ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. This role owns the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem (GameLift, gaming ISVs, and gaming-focused SI/SA teams).
You'll work closely with our SI partner ecosystem (including gaming-focused system integrators) on feature enhancements, run co-sell motions with AWS gaming account teams, and build the pipeline that proves out gaming as a durable growth motion for the AWS relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team (GameLift, gaming ISV/partner org) and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators -- including scoping technical gap analyses (SDK coverage across Unity, Unreal, Godot), negotiating MNDAs/agreements, and managing joint GTM plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story (SDK support, real-time/multiplayer patterns, missing feature parity vs. incumbents)
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations, providing data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or gaming-focused ISVs/SIs) a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships (SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, internal product/eng)
- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity -- you don't need to write code, but you need to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical GTM stories well enough to be credible with SAs and engineers
- Strong program management instincts -- this role is equal parts relationship-building and disciplined execution (gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking)
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that impact the bottom line, paired with a deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility—you lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role:
WorkOS is growing rapidly, and our largest customers are growing with us. We're looking for an Account Manager to own the expansion of our most complex accounts — deepening product adoption, uncovering new use cases, and turning strong technical relationships into meaningful revenue growth.
This is a commercial role with a technical center of gravity. You'll build trusted relationships with engineering and product leaders, understand their roadmaps well enough to see where WorkOS should show up next, and drive the renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion that follow. You'll also be a critical feedback loop into product — the expansion opportunities you can't close today become the roadmap that unlocks them tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of strategic accounts end to end: retention, renewal, and expansion targets
- Build and execute account growth plans — map the org, identify unadopted products and untapped teams, and drive a clear path to increased usage and spend
- Proactively surface expansion opportunities by understanding each customer's product roadmap, technical architecture, and growth plans
- Lead commercial conversations independently, from initial opportunity through pricing, negotiation, and close
- Drive adoption of the full WorkOS platform — SSO, Directory Sync, AuthKit, Audit Logs, and beyond — across new teams, new products, and new geographies
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to remove technical blockers standing between a customer and their next stage of growth
- Run executive business reviews that connect WorkOS usage to customer outcomes and set up the next expansion conversation
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene across your accounts
- Feed structured expansion signal back to Product — what customers are asking for, what's blocking adoption, and what would unlock the next tier of spend
- Help build the playbooks, content, and processes that make this motion repeatable as the team scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales at an enterprise level, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Demonstrated ownership of expansion, upsell, or net revenue retention targets
- Strong product sense and genuine energy for solving hard technical customer problems
- Ability to lead complex integration and architecture conversations in a consultative, proactive way
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to our largest and most technical customers
- Familiarity with SQL — comfortable writing basic queries and modifying more complex ones to find adoption and usage signal on your own
- Comfort navigating multi-threaded relationships, from individual developers to VPs and executive buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial instincts: you can spot an opportunity, build the business case, and ask for the deal
- Operations-savvy mindset — you remove process friction and build things that scale
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

This is a very critical role to ensure that the cash flows for the company are smooth. The BR will reach out to the workplaces through phone and email to follow up on payments, get a commitment of payment ("promise to pay"), and ensure that the workplaces honor these commitments. The BR will work with the workplaces and the respective internal teams to ensure any roadblocks in collecting the payments are removed. The role will require cross-functional collaboration with Billing Disputes, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to achieve the desired goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Call and email accounts payable contacts, administrators, and others as needed to ask about their overdue payments and upcoming dues.
- Build relationships with workplaces (e.g., properly set expectations about our billing policy, explain NET & Dispute Terms, etc.).
- Identify the root cause of non-payment and resolve billing concerns.
- Report on collections updates and accounts receivable status.
- Identify critical accounts and devise SMART action plans to address issues.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
General
- Professional and clear communication (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail.
- Receptive to feedback (highly coachable).

- Strong judgment in customer-facing decisions and live interactions.
- Negotiating skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to candidates of all experience levels—what matters most is your ability to handle business customers professionally and solve problems effectively.
- No specific degree required—we care about what you can do, not just what’s on your résumé.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- 100% Remote. Work from anywhere in the world.
- Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A hiring process that rewards skills, not just experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot—our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our workplace customers.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Stable power and internet connectivity.

2. Case Study: Collections scenarios (identifying at-risk accounts, action plans, email writing)
3. Interview 1: Collections simulation
4. Interview 2: Collections simulation

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Sales Commission Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and analytics. Owning the accuracy, integrity, and clarity of how Clipboard pays its revenue-generating teams.
You're likely someone with sharp spreadsheet instincts and a low tolerance for unexplained numbers. You're comfortable enough in SQL to pull your own data, fluent in comp plan mechanics, and just as capable of explaining a payout discrepancy in plain English to a rep as you are tracing the formula that caused it. You take ownership of the details because you know one uninvestigated row error erodes trust in the whole system.
You will:
- Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle, catching and resolving discrepancies before they land in a paycheck.
- Own the mechanics of our commission plans, the calculations, tiers, and accelerators. Keeping the spreadsheets and systems that run them aligned to plan documentation.
- Query and reconcile data across systems to validate commissionable revenue and investigate payout questions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out new or updated comp plans, translating plan changes into working, auditable calculations.
- Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear, reliable written communication.
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards that make commission tracking transparent and self-service for reps and managers.
What you bring:
- Spreadsheet mastery. You build and audit complex, multi-tab models without breaking them.
- Working SQL skills, comfortable pulling and reconciling data across sources.
- Comp plan literacy. You can read a plan document and translate it into an accurate calculation.
- Sharp attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a payout problem.
- Strong, reliable written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.
- Project ownership. You can take a commission cycle or plan rollout from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Experience
- 0-2 years in FP&A, sales operations, commissions/compensation, analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility
