Location: New York; New Jersey Workplace: hybrid Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide. Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code. You'll learn the customer's job before you automate it. Most AI projects fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a spec, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements step is the bug. So we remove it. As an Associate Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll join each engagement paired with a Senior FDE. Together you'll spend time alongside the client to understand their workflow and business needs. Then you'll help rebuild that work from first principles, and write real production code for it. You won't start from zero: every engagement begins from a Blueprint that has already shipped for a customer in that industry, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. This role is for early-career engineers who want to learn how AI gets deployed in the real world — and who'd rather learn by building than by watching. What You'll Need: A degree in computer science, engineering or another STEM field 0–2 years of experience; internships, co-ops and research You built projects, where you integrated AI as a part of your SDLC (internship, research or hackathon entry) that you can walk us through in depth: what worked, what broke, and what you'd change Hands-on Claude Code basics Strong programming fundamentals in Python or TypeScript Curiosity and speed of learning — you pick up unfamiliar subjects quickly and ask good questions, especially about how real businesses work Good commication skills - ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-engineers Willingness to spend real time learning a client's job before you write code. It's the most unusual part of this role, and the most valuable Location & Work Arrangement: This role requires working on-site from our New York office 3 days per week Great If You Have: Cloud basics: AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, CI/CD AI/ML coursework or foundations Comfort with ambiguity — our engagements start open-ended by design Interest or coursework in financial services, insurance, healthcare or asset management Data pipelines or SQL; classical ML or MLOps (PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow); infrastructure-as-code Open-source contributions, hackathon projects or public writing on applied AI Claude certification or AWS certification What You'll Learn: How to deploy LLM and agentic systems into regulated production — banks, insurers, health systems How to build evaluation harnesses: defining what "working" means, then measuring it Cloud delivery on AWS Claude Code in production, working toward Claude certification A real business domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset management How to work with clients: their operators, engineers and executives Your first 90 days: Foundations — onboarding into our Blueprints, our delivery stack (Claude Code, AWS) and how we build evals, plus a primer on your first client's industry The seat — join an engagement with your senior FDE. Shadow the operator, then do the work yourself Your first piece — own a scoped part of a production system, with code review and your senior FDE beside you What You'll Do Take the seat — learn a client's function from the inside, and help redesign it alongside your senior FDE and the Forward Deployed Executive Build — ship production code for LLM applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval and extraction pipelines Build the evaluation harness before the feature — define what working means, then measure it Take systems to production on AWS, and feed what you learn back into the Blueprint Grow into ownership — your team is measured by the client's business results, not by hours. Drive adoption, because a system nobody uses hasn't shipped — and build credibility with the client's engineers and operators What you'll get: A senior FDE paired with you on every engagement, a named mentor accountable for your growth Regular feedback and a clear path to Forward Deployed Engineer Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare Real production experience in regulated industries most early-career engineers never see Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions Full-time model Unlimited Vacation policy Generous health, vision, and dental insurance 401(K) matching plan Salary base range: $120-145k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. How We Hire Technical task — Complete a practical engineering task to demonstrate your programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with AI-powered solutions. Intro conversation — Discuss your background, projects, and what you're looking for in your next role. Task discussion — Join a discussion about your approach to the task, what you'd build next, and how you'd evaluate whether it works. No LLMs are permitted during this session. Why we ask for a task We're growing and want to find the right fit. The task is a small investment of your time that gives you an opportunity to demonstrate your engineering skills, AI maturity, and ability to think independently. It also helps us verify that we're evaluating a real person rather than a bot. We're not using your work in our products or for client projects.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, California; Los Angeles, California; Berkeley; Oakland; Daly City; San Mateo; Palo Alto, California; San Jose Workplace: remote About us At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Why Provectus Frontier access — Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems. Real tasks (not scope), real deployment. You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive. Embedded, not engaged. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented. Autonomous. You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. Your experience stays portable. Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack. Craft & growth — build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name. We give you a stage: Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name. What you’ll do Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it. Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously. You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare. Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice. What we look for Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way. Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly. Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works. You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why. Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits. Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room. Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job. Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses). Nice to have Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production. IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform. Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI. What we offer Full-time. On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week Unlimited Vacation policy. Generous health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(K) matching plan. Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. *No Visa sponsorship How we hire Recruitment interview. Tech interview with our FDE (30 min). A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows. Soft skills interview. Offer discussion. We’re real A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team. We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates. You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Massachusetts; Maryland; Connecticut; Rhode Island; Delaware; New Jersey Workplace: remote Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete. We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch. The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need. The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer. Responsibilities: New logo hunting Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals. Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close. Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast. Partner motion — Anthropic channel Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams. Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW. Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion. Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions. Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions. Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls. Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production. Cross-functional collaboration Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses. Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing. What You Need to Succeed: 3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm. Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW). Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support. Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions). Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level. Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data. Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities. Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus. About Provectus: Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing. Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption. High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership. Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions. B2B contract model or full-time model. OTE range $120k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. Unlimited Vacation policy. Generous health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(K) matching plan.

Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions. B2B contract model or full-time model. OTE range $120k. Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts Workplace: remote About the role: At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. Requirements: Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. What you’ll do: Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it. What We Offer: Full-time. No Visa sponsorship We’re real: A person reads your application. How we hire: Recruitment interview. 4. Soft skills interview. 5. Offer discussion.

With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete. We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller. Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals. Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions. Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs. Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events. New business development Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals. Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle. Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast. Cross-functional collaboration Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses. Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting. Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing. A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close. Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders. Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it. Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged. Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences. Nice to Have Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). Location: Ukraine; Spain; Serbia; Yerevan; Poland Workplace: remote Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements. Where this role sits You will work in a senior pod alongside an FDE, an FDX, and Senior AI Engineers — contributing to real delivery work while building toward independent ownership. Requirements: Mindset Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with some ambiguity, with support from senior team members as you take on more. B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams. Technical depth Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in a production or near-production setting. Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency. Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with some ramp-up support. Practical AWS experience (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar); ready to grow into Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore . Some experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects. Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems — you've contributed to or run test/eval cycles, even if you haven't owned a full eval suite end-to-end. Basic working knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts. Awareness of cost and latency trade-offs when working with LLMs. Some hands-on exposure to the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus, or strong ability to ramp up quickly. Practical experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) in real projects. 2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including some exposure to production systems. Solid AI/ML foundations — you understand what the models do well enough to reason about common failure modes. Nice to Have: Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare. Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery. AWS and Claude Code Certifications (or actively pursuing them). A2A: Interest in agent-to-agent interoperability concepts. CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines. Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust). Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа. Experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build. MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration, having authored a server is an additional plus. Responsibilities: Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy. Write tests and help build out evaluation harnesses for the features you work on. Write production code across the stack (AI, backend services, data pipelines) with code review support. Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs. Support deployment of systems to AWS (containerized, CI/CD), taking on more of this independently over time. Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials. Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with an eye toward taking on more of this independently. Support model evaluation efforts and help investigate and improve failure modes. Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow in the role. What We Offer: The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them Remote-friendly culture Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance Career growth; we actively develop our engineers Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions Long-term B2B collaboration Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work How we hire: Intro conversation. Responsibilities: Partner motion — Anthropic channel Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams. Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW. Cross-functional collaboration Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses. Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing. Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing. Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities. Location: New York, New York; San Francisco Bay Area, California Workplace: onsite We build production AI systems for enterprises. We are an AI-first systems integrator and a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected. The work is good. Most people have never heard of it. That is the job. We are looking for a marketer, first and foremost, who can tell the story of what we build in a way that actually travels, and who is comfortable enough with code to build simple tools that make that storytelling faster and sharper. Not an engineer who writes copy on the side. What you will do: Turn real engineering work into stories people share. Sit close to the teams shipping AI systems for banks, healthcare companies, and PE-backed operators, and translate what they built into video, writing, and demos that travel Own channels outright. Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today Run experiments and kill the ones that lose. Real budget and real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else. A scraper that watches what our market is saying. You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively. You read the papers or you read the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months You are comfortable around code. Python or TypeScript at a working level. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering You are anywhere from your first job to a few years in. If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range You are in New York or San Francisco, or you will be What we offer: Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus performance bonus 401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period Unlimited PTO policy Medical, vision, and dental insurance Direct access to the people building the systems and to the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold Promotion tied to output, not tenure How to apply: Do not send a cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked. Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
