ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it — reporting to our VP of Revenue. You'll build Render's relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and — over time — systems integrators, to help Render customers who are migrating off competitive platforms, or who are pursuing new builds with Render.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map partner types — agencies, PE firms, SIs — and determine which are the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
- Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Develop commercial agreements with partners to co-sell Render alongside their own services, to both existing and net-new customers.
- Develop Render-specific narrative and enablement materials: decks, pilot frameworks, ROI overviews.
- Design co-marketing models with partners — customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
- Work with our technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large & enterprise accounts.
- For partners with a portfolio model, like PE firms, design scaled activation programs — webinars, cohorts, office hours — that drive Render adoption across many portfolio companies at once, without requiring 1:1 touch on every account.
- Drive the creation of new pipeline for both Render and the partner, and own the path from first engagement to partner-qualified referral to closed revenue.
- Set up the operating rhythm of each partnership: regular engagement cadences, co-sell activity, and a clear, repeatable path from first call to referral.
- Partner closely with Render's internal Sales and Delivery/CS leaders to align on how reps and partners work together, keep deal registration and pipeline hygiene clean, and avoid channel conflict with internal teams
- Define and report on success metrics for the channel, evolving from early engagement signals toward pipeline and revenue impact as the program matures.
- Build out a team of partner managers over time, dedicated to each partner type.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM/general management, or solutions engineering roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra or PLG company.
- A generalist with strong seller DNA — someone who is outcomes-obsessed and comfortable being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue, not just relationship-building.
- Comfort building a program without a playbook: you can hypothesize, run small experiments, and iterate quickly rather than waiting for a fully-formed process.
- Real experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs — ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- A proven record of getting deals done — willingness to travel, get in front of partners in person, and find creative ways to keep partners engaged and motivated.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills — you'll work daily with Sales, Delivery/CS, Product Marketing, and Legal, and need to build trust and alignment across all of them.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, both with partner leadership and internally at Render.
- A technical enough orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused partners and speak to how AI is changing the questions partners are asking.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a channel program at an infrastructure, dev-tools, or other PLG-motion company.
- Familiarity with partner/ecosystem tooling such as Crossbeam, or experience running account mapping and pipeline reviews jointly with external partners.
- Experience navigating the emerging AI SI / AI consulting partner category.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now — and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Xsolla is seeking a Head of Investor Relations for the Xsolla Credit Fund, whose primary mandate is LP capital raising. While Xsolla's Capital Markets team covers investor relations across all of the company's strategic vehicles, this role is dedicated to the credit fund. Over time the role will also support fundraising for other Xsolla investment products, but the credit fund remains the primary focus. This is a relationship-led role. We are looking for someone who brings an established network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions — and who can open doors, engage principals, and personally steward investors from first conversation through diligence to commitment.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios and gaming businesses, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla's own payments telemetry across thousands of games. The fund is in its capital formation phase and is led by Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help raise a first-time fund inside a profitable, global gaming-commerce company, alongside the broader Xsolla capital markets ecosystem (Xsolla Funding Club, Xsolla SPAC 1 — Nasdaq: XSLLU, and other strategic vehicles).

Responsibilities
LP Relationships and Origination
Bring and grow the network:
activate your existing LP relationships and originate new ones across family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions.
Engage principals:
represent the fund credibly with decision-makers and investment committees, and match opportunities to each investor's mandate and ticket size.
Source and qualify the wider funnel:
from conferences, investor databases, introductions, Xsolla contacts, and external research — qualified and prioritized by mandate fit.
Steward each relationship
through diligence, negotiation, and commitment — and after the close, as the foundation of the fund's long-term LP base.
Follow-Through and Pipeline Discipline
Drive follow-through
from first contact to meeting, diligence, soft interest, and closed commitment — no lead goes stale.
Prepare and send investor outreach and follow-ups;
capture meeting notes, next steps, and commitment tracking after every interaction.
Maintain clean CRM reporting:
pipeline status, activity, outcomes, blockers, priorities, and weekly progress — so leadership always knows conversion rates, stage aging, and next actions per LP.
Provide regular internal fund progress reporting
to Xsolla leadership via Slack and other internal tools. A junior IR hire will take on pipeline operations as the raise scales.
Fundraising Materials and Messaging
Support and continuously improve investor materials:
pitch deck, FAQs, data room, and meeting-specific talking points.
Refine LP messaging, fund thesis, objection handling, and investor segmentation
based on live market feedback.
Write concise, institutional-quality
investor emails, follow-ups, and presentation language.
Diligence and Fund Setup Support
Coordinate LP diligence requests
across internal Xsolla teams, external advisors, legal, finance, and leadership.
Support fund setup workstreams:
data room preparation and upkeep, reporting readiness, and document management.
Collect and synthesize investor feedback
on fund terms, structure, risk-return profile, reporting, and allocation preferences to inform fund design.
Cross-Product Fundraising Support
As capacity allows,
extend the same funnel discipline and materials support to other Xsolla investment products and strategic vehicles, in coordination with the Capital Markets team.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
7+ years in investor relations, placement, private funds, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, private equity, family office, or institutional fundraising.
An established, referenceable network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, or institutions — that you can activate for a first-time fund. This is the core requirement for the role.
A track record of raising institutional capital, with a strong understanding of LP fundraising mechanics: fund materials, diligence processes, investor segmentation, and the private fund lifecycle.
Direct exposure to private credit or first-time fund raises is a strong plus.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent business English; able to write concise investor emails, follow-ups, FAQs, and presentation language without supervision.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets, CRM, tracking, reporting, and project management discipline.
Commercial, structured, responsive, and able to manage many parallel investor conversations without dropping threads.
The gravitas and credibility to engage principals, investment committees, and senior allocators as a peer.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive fund and investor information.
Interest in gaming, fintech, private credit, alternative investments, or digital platforms preferred.
Education and Credentials
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
CFA / CAIA or relevant securities licenses are viewed favorably but not required.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
