Location: New York, NY Workplace: Hybrid We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate. We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in. Today that means New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, & Tel Aviv. Over the next few years it means more room in those cities and new locations elsewhere. You'll handle the real estate and the buildouts, what it costs to run each site, and the events and visits that happen in these rooms. You'll work with cross functional partners including People and Finance on how much space we need and when, and with IT and Security on what it takes to make a site usable. Expect to be close to the work itself, not only the strategy behind it. Things are always moving quickly at Runway, so this role calls for exceptional organization and the judgment to know what needs a plan and what just needs doing. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Handle the daily operation of each office: cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety - Own the workplace budget and the reporting behind it, from rent and capex through daily operating spend - Run Runway's onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings and visits from partners and press - Decide how much space Runway needs in each city and by when, working from hiring forecasts with People and Finance - Take new offices from shortlist to signed lease, working with brokers, Legal and Finance on terms - Manage design, construction and furniture projects to move-in dates that hold - Work with IT and Security on network, AV and physical access ahead of each opening - Set up local vendors, services and compliance in markets where Runway hasn't operated before - Travel occasionally to Runway's other offices, usually around an opening or a large onsite event - Decide what good looks like for a Runway office, then keep checking each one against it, from the perspective of both the people working there and the people visiting WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations - Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics - Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on - Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security - At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day - International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus - Comfort writing the process docs, service standards and vendor scorecards a workplace function depends on - Accountability for offices you don't sit in every day Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. WORKING AT RUNWAY Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. Location: Lyon, France Workplace: Hybrid HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency. As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting! Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan. We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them. Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to: - Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉 - Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations - Flag risks and opportunities In details, your missions are: - Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation) - Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers - Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity - Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally) - Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, … ⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️ Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are: Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc). Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, …. Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE As a member of the Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of supply intelligence, demand forecasting, and cross-functional execution, turning a complex, fast-moving hardware market into a predictable, reliable foundation for our customers and internal engineering teams. This is not a purely analytical role. You will own the end-to-end capacity planning process: from translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete supply requirements, to coordinating fulfillment across vendors, finance, and the infrastructure team, to building the systems that make all of this repeatable and scalable. When supply is constrained and tradeoffs are unavoidable, you are the person in the room who can model the options, make a clear recommendation, and drive alignment fast. You are a strong fit if you have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution before — someone who is equally comfortable building a capacity model in a spreadsheet and running a cross-functional war room when a customer deployment is at risk. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES - Demand-Supply Alignment Framework: Build and own the process that translates customer pipeline, signed commitments, and growth projections into a forward-looking GPU demand signal — so the team is never caught flat-footed when a customer scales faster than expected. - Constrained Allocation Playbook: Define the decision framework for how Baseten allocates scarce GPU supply across competing customers and regions, including escalation paths and tradeoff criteria for leadership. - Capacity War Room Ownership: Lead cross-functional response when a high-stakes capacity situation arises — coordinating across Sales, SRE, Finance, and Vendor relationships to resolve it with minimal customer disruption. - Strategic Briefings for Leadership: Produce clear, concise capacity health reports and scenario analyses for senior leadership, enabling confident decisions on customer commitments, vendor negotiations, and CapEx allocation. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the capacity planning process end to end: intake, triage, prioritization, fulfillment tracking, and post-mortem learnings - Translate customer commitments, sales pipeline, and infrastructure growth targets into concrete GPU demand forecasts across regions, GPU types, and timelines - Partner with Finance to model capacity scenarios, evaluate new supply opportunities, and support CapEx decision-making - Work closely with the Capacity Acquisition team to align supply procurement with forward demand, flagging gaps and risks early - Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to resolve capacity conflicts and ensure customer commitments are honored - Build and maintain the operational cadence that keeps capacity planning structured, visible, and free of ad-hoc Slack chaos - Develop reporting and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of capacity health, utilization trends, and risk exposure - Identify recurring operational gaps in the capacity lifecycle and drive process improvements that reduce toil and improve reliability REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical and execution-oriented role - Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities - Strong quantitative and modeling skills — comfortable building demand forecasts, scenario analyses, and capacity models from scratch - Excellent communication skills, with a track record of distilling ambiguous situations into clear recommendations for senior leadership - High ownership mindset: you identify what is broken, build the fix, and follow through until it is working - Operates well under pressure and in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist NICE TO HAVE - Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML ecosystem - Experience in a high-growth startup or Series B+ environment where operational processes were being built from scratch - Exposure to vendor or partner management, particularly in hardware, cloud, or infrastructure contexts BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. Key focus areas: GPU fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across our neocloud and bare metal environments. We contract for a fixed amount of compute capacity. GPUs drift from healthy to unhealthy over time, and this role minimizes that downtime to keep the maximum number of GPUs healthy at any given moment. This is an operator role, not people management. You'll drive execution through clear processes, metrics, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive suppliers to keep the maximum amount of the GPU fleet online and healthy. - Maintain a live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity, broken out by supplier and by cluster maximizing the number of healthy GPUs. - Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, mean time to repair (MTTR), and RMA cycle times for every in-scope supplier. - SLA monitoring, credit claims, and remedy enforcement: track SLA performance against contract terms, file and pursue credit claims, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short. - Drive internal communications where suppliers need to perform maintenance to ensure all Baseten stakeholders are aware of activities that impact availability. Scope and Approach - Flexibility: this list covers the core of the role, not the limit of it. You'll be asked to take on adjacent work as the function evolves and as new gaps surface. - Ownership mindset: we need someone who treats "whatever it takes" as a genuine operating principle, not a line in a job posting. If something falls outside a defined lane but inside the overall goal of closing the capacity gap, it's yours to pick up. REQUIREMENTS - 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally in a hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale compute environment. - Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships. You understand fleet health, RMA processes, and how contracted capacity differs from delivered capacity. - Highly analytical. You should be comfortable pulling your own data, building your own reports, and generating insights without waiting on someone else to hand you a dashboard. - Comfortable with ambiguity. Part of the job is figuring out what should exist and building it. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll work closely with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security on a regular basis. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company - Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute. - Experience running formal supplier corrective actions. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, …. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
