BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.

Work closely with Product, Analytics, Ad Monetization and other teams to identify and test opportunities that can improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. The people who use it are demanding, opinionated, and allergic to marketing.
We want someone who belongs in that room. Not a brand account with a person behind it, but a trader's trader who happens to be very good at building community.
Come here to build and grow this Community for us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Live in the trenches. Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, the group chats you're already in at 3am. You're not "monitoring channels". You're a participant, with standing.
- Be the fastest voice in the room. When a chain halts, a listing drops, or the market goes vertical, you're posting before the screenshots start circulating. Speed with accuracy, not vibes.
- Build the inner circle. Stand up an ambassador and power-user program: the market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders who'll tell you the truth about the product. Give them a reason to stay loud.
- Run the room in public. AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, post-mortems when we get something wrong. Own the format, don't just attend it.
- Close the loop with Product. You'll be the first to hear that the order entry flow is broken. Your job is to get it to the PM with receipts, then go back and tell the community what happened.
- Write things people screenshot. Threads on microstructure, teardowns of new features, release notes that don't read like release notes.
- Prove it worked. Sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, retention of the accounts that matter. You bring the numbers to the table before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You trade. Actual positions, actual scars. You can hold a conversation about funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency without reaching for a glossary.
- 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience. Crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools all count.
- You write fast and well. Short-form that lands, long-form that holds up under scrutiny from people smarter than the average follower.
- You have thick skin and good instincts. Crypto community management means getting yelled at with an audience watching. You de-escalate without going corporate and you know when to push back.
- You've built something from a standing start, not just maintained an existing account.
- You operate without a brief. Markets don't wait for approval chains, and neither should you… because you know where the line is and you don't need a committee to find it.
- You're comfortable with the ambiguity of a company that ships constantly and reorganizes around opportunity.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About ActAI
There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting. Our application focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations.
Our objective is to organise anyone's life.
Role
As a Web Frontend Engineer, you will build the core web experiences, including Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.
You will own complex, highly interactive product surfaces from architecture through implementation, working closely with product, design, backend and AI engineers to make AI a native part of how users communicate, write, organise and work.
What You'll Own
Build major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
Develop complex interactions including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, scheduling, tables, and spreadsheets.
Build reusable frontend architecture and components that work consistently across ActAI applications.
Integrate streaming AI responses, proactive actions, and model-driven experiences directly into product workflows.
Own frontend performance, responsiveness, reliability and accessibility across browsers and devices.
Work closely with product and design to take ideas from prototype to production quickly.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience building complex, production web applications using React, TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs, and performance.
Experience building highly interactive products such as chat, collaboration, productivity, document editing, calendars, or workspaces.
Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming APIs, or collaborative interfaces.
Strong product and UI judgment with attention to interaction details.
Able to independently own features from technical design through production.
Outcomes
Users can communicate, write, organise and collaborate seamlessly across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.
Complex interactions such as group messaging, editing, scheduling and collaboration feel fast and reliable.
AI capabilities are integrated naturally into product workflows rather than added as separate chatbot experiences.
Frontend architecture remains fast, maintainable and reusable as ActAI expands into new applications and workflows.

Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics for our core engines. In this role, you won't just build dashboards, you will partner directly with Business Leaders to define roadmaps, business cases, and design synthetic experiments. You will turn ambiguous data into an actionable strategy that directly impacts customer conversion, driver efficiency, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Product Partnership & Strategy:
Collaborate with Product Managers, Strategy Directors and Business leaders to translate complex business problems into data-driven product features and strategic roadmaps.
Experimentation & A/B Testing:
Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate feature launches, pricing mechanics, and UX changes across our apps.
Funnel & Marketplace Optimization:
Deep-dive into consumer retention, funnel conversion, courier dispatch dynamics, and merchant metrics to unlock business growth and improve unit economics.
Metric Standardization:
Define core product KPIs and maintain a single source of truth by building robust data models (data warehouse) and production-grade dashboards (Tableau).
Data Quality & Infrastructure:
Enforce strict data validation standards, maintain data governance across clickstream/event tracking, and ensure downstream reporting reliability.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor junior analysts, lead code reviews for analytical SQL scripts, and elevate overall analytics best practices across the team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
4+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in a product-led tech company, hyper-growth startup, or multi-sided marketplace (e.g., delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce).
Advanced SQL Mastery:
Recognized expert in writing clean, modular, scalable SQL code optimized for complex datasets.
Statistical Rigor & Python/R:
Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, causal inference, and statistical modeling using Python or R.
BI & Data Modeling:
Hands-on experience building centralized dashboards in Tableau and working with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
Product Intuition:
Demonstrated track record of leveraging user behavior analytics (event tracking, cohort analysis, funnel drop-off) to directly influence product decisions.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
Nice to Have
Experience working with clickstream tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment).

offers a portfolio of security solutions for Linux and open-source software aimed at enterprise organizations. With TuxCare, enterprises can automate live vulnerability patching, minimize downtime, keep their applications secure and compliant, and get support from a team that knows Linux security best – covering the most popular Linux distributions, end-of-life systems, programming languages, and much more.
We’re looking for a Head of Direct Sales to lead TuxCare’s direct sales organization across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a distributed team responsible for new customer acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and renewals.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. Our solutions, including SecureChain and Extended Lifecycle Support for RHEL-based Linux alternatives (ELS for RLA), call for thoughtful discovery, tailored proposals, and flexible deal structures. You’ll coach the team through live opportunities, help shape complex deals, and build a sales approach grounded in each customer’s security and business needs.
Responsabilties:
Set and execute the direct sales strategy across North America and EMEA, turning revenue goals and territory plans into clear priorities for the team.
Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives, Account Executives, account management, renewals, and sales development team members.
Work closely with sales representatives on active deals, helping them uncover customer needs, communicate business value, and develop effective proposals.
Support complex and strategic opportunities, including customer conversations, negotiations, and requests for tailored packaging or terms.
Drive performance across new business, account growth, and renewals while maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
Review sales results and win/loss trends to identify coaching opportunities and improve the team’s approach.
Build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify opportunities to grow TuxCare’s presence in both regions.

Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent across North America and EMEA.
Represent TuxCare at relevant industry events and provide regular performance and forecast updates to the CRO and executive team.
Requirements
Proven experience leading direct sales teams across North America and EMEA, with a strong record of achieving revenue targets.
Required: Direct sales or sales leadership experience in software supply chain security, software composition analysis (SCA), application security, or DevSecOps. Candidates must have sold enterprise solutions in this sector; experience selling general IT or infrastructure software alone does not meet this requirement.
Hands-on experience selling solutions to buyers concerned with software vulnerabilities, end-of-life systems, compliance, or open-source security.
Strong deal-coaching and value-selling skills, including experience with tailored product packaging and dynamic pricing.
The ability to turn technical challenges into a clear business case for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing new customer acquisition, account growth, and renewal motions.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A coaching style that combines support, clear expectations, and accountability.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales qualification methodology.
Willingness to travel as needed.
