From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are coming together with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together we're building the data infrastructure layer that moves, transforms, and adds context to data — from the moment it lands to the point where teams and AI systems depend on it.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work.
About the Role
Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations.
You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off.
You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back.
You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early.
Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts.
Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications.
Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation.
Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data.
Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes.
Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together.
Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on.
Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend.
Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models.
Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business.
Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership.
Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run.
Nice to Have
Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis.
Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization.
Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling.
Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL.
Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation.

About the Opportunity
OKX Brazil is building its finance function from the ground up while preparing for supervision by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) under the new virtual asset service provider (SPSAV/PSAV) framework. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil team and take ownership of core day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, and tax-compliance operations.
You will work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and the Finance & Accounting Specialist, in a role where accuracy, documentation, and discipline matter. Our books will soon be reviewed by a regulator, not only by auditors. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to financial regulation, crypto, and Brazil’s tax reform.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting & Month-End Close
Prepare monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and recurring accounting schedules.
Prepare and review intercompany journal entries and reconcile intercompany balances with affiliates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain close checklists and supporting documentation in FloQast and NetSuite, meeting group reporting deadlines.
Support the local Portuguese-language books, helping keep entries aligned with Brazilian GAAP and the BCB chart of accounts (COSIF) as we prepare for regulated status.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and weekly payment batches in line with internal policies and approval matrices.
Validate vendor documentation and apply the correct tax treatment before payment.
Review withholding taxes on vendor payments (IRRF, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, ISS), and keep payment files and supporting documents audit-ready.
Tax Compliance Support
Issue electronic invoices for company operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with municipal and federal requirements.
Support the monthly review of VAT and CIT calculations and maintain supporting documentation.
Support tax-to-accounting reconciliations and coordinate with our outsourced accounting firm on filings and information requests.
Help us follow and prepare for the Brazilian tax reform (IBS/CBS) transition, including the impact on invoicing, vendor payments, and ERP configuration.
Audit & Controls
Support external audit and group-level audit requests: prepare PBC lists, schedules, and reconciliations.
Follow documented controls and flag exceptions or gaps. Contribute to SOPs and process improvements as we build a controlled environment suited to a regulated entity.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CRC registration is a plus).
3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto, or big 4.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP/CPC. Familiarity with tax is a plus.
Hands-on experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and AP processes.
Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the discipline to document your work.
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups); Power Query is a plus.
Hands-on, responsible use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of work, while validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
Professional proficiency in English: you will work daily with international teams and prepare documentation for the group in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with international teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience in an institution regulated by the BCB or familiarity with COSIF.
Exposure to crypto or digital assets, or interest in learning about them.
Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, or similar ERP/close tools.
Exposure to intercompany transactions or transfer pricing.
Experience with external audits.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Ramp Advisory LLC, our SEC-registered investment adviser. This is a high-accountability, build-and-own role. You will own and be accountable for the firm's compliance program in house, and be the gatekeeper who protects clients and the firm while keeping pace with how fast Ramp ships product. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Maintain the firm’s policies and procedures, Code of Ethics, and Form ADV and amendments, and conduct the annual compliance review
- Provide compliance advice and sign-off on marketing materials, customer disclosures, onboarding agreements and product changes
- Own books and records, communications monitoring, complaints handling, employee training, and access-person and personal-trading requirements
- Oversee key financial partners and vendors from a compliance standpoint
- Shape customer onboarding strategy, partnering with Product, Engineering and Customer Experience to build scalable controls and monitoring
- Build and maintain the firm’s anti-money laundering program
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in investment adviser compliance, including prior experience as a CCO or deputy CCO of an SEC-registered adviser
- Experience in the fintech space
- Deep working knowledge of the Advisers Act and SEC expectations
- Direct experience supporting SEC examinations and interfacing with regulators
- Experience overseeing custodian, broker-dealer or sub-adviser relationships
- Sound, independent judgment: the ability to make and defend compliance decisions in real time, grounded in regulatory guidance, and to hold a position with senior stakeholders
- AI fluency and demonstrated experience using AI and automation to build and scale compliance programs
- Comfort operating as a standalone compliance lead in a fast-moving environment
- Experience building controls and leading program design initiatives in partnership with engineering teams and cross-functional partners
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a compliance program at a high-growth company
- Experience with cash management or fixed income strategies
- Experience with digital or technology-enabled advisory models

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Employment Counsel to join Ramp's Legal team. This is a generalist employment role with broad scope. You will handle U.S. employment counseling as your base load, cover non-U.S. jurisdictions as needed, and own immigration and global mobility. You will partner directly with People, Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Equity Admin, Compliance, and business leaders, and you will manage outside counsel in jurisdictions where we do not hold the expertise in house. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you will cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Day-to-day employment counseling: Advise People partners and managers on hiring, worker classification, compensation, leaves and accommodations, performance management, discipline, separations, and more
- Immigration and global mobility: Collaborate with the People team on the immigration program, including work authorization outside the U.S. Set and communicate the sponsorship policy, manage outside immigration counsel and case volume, and partner with Talent on offer-stage decisions. Support relocations, cross-border remote work requests, and business travel, and work with Finance and Tax on permanent establishment and mobility tax exposure
- Investigations: Collaborate with the People team on internal investigations and advise on findings and outcomes
- Disputes: Handle demand letters, agency charges, arbitrations, and litigation with outside counsel
- Agreements and templates: Own offer letters, employment agreements, separation and release agreements, contractor and consultant agreements, restrictive covenants, and the local-law variants of each
- Transactions: Support employment and immigration diligence, employee transitions, and post-close integration for M&A and new-market entry
- Build for scale: Produce manager training, policies, self-serve guidance, and repeatable processes as we expand in the US and globally
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years practicing employment law, with a combination of top law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York or California preferred)
- Deep U.S. employment counseling experience across the full employee lifecycle, including wage and hour, leaves and accommodations, investigations, performance management, and separations
- Working knowledge of employment law outside the U.S. and the judgment to triage a cross-border question quickly
- Hands-on experience with U.S. business immigration and global mobility, including running a sponsorship program and managing immigration counsel at volume
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can turn an employment law question into guidance a manager can act on in one reading
- High judgment on sensitive and confidential matters, and the steadiness to advise on them under time pressure
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built, and a bias toward action
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company
- Experience standing up employment infrastructure in a new country, including EOR-to-entity transitions and works council or employee representative consultation
- Employment experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work

Looking to join a world-class blockchain development team? Ava Labs makes it simple to deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, led by innovations on Avalanche. The company was founded by Cornell computer scientists, who partnered with Wall Street veterans and early Web3 leaders to execute a promising vision for redefining the way people build permissionless networks. Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3. Join us as we empower people to easily and freely digitize all the world’s assets on one open, programmable blockchain platform.
As the Finance Lead at Ava Labs, you will help manage and strengthen our financial operations within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership from identifying a need through delivering the result. You will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive financial clarity, maintain efficient operations, and ensure our financial practices align with regulatory requirements and business goals. You will partner with the CFO on financial execution and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic initiatives as you grow in the role. Reports to the CFO.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning and forecasting across the business. Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and departmental decision-making.
- Hands-on Execution and Ownership: Personally drive finance projects from start to finish, including gathering and validating data, building models, investigating variances, and implementing solutions. Proactively identify what needs to be done and follow through to completion, independently resolving challenges and coordinating with others when their input or approval is needed.
- Operations and Compliance Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the handling of crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring efficient payments and settlements in close collaboration with the treasury team. Maintain and continuously refine existing systems for expense management, equity and compensation plans, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a financial liaison among engineering, compliance, business development, legal, and accounting teams. Work with People Operations and Human Resources to align financial processes with workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Track and report key financial and operational metrics. Partner with the Head of Business Operations and Analytics to analyze trends and variances and flag business risks and opportunities.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine financial processes and systems as the business scales, and recommend changes to existing workflows. Support the CFO in identifying processes that can be automated, planning, and implementation of automation.
- Investor Relations and Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the C-suite to prepare and present materials for board meetings and strategic updates. Experience in venture capital fundraising is a plus, although direct fundraising activities are not currently planned. Create visually engaging and digestible financial presentations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, enhancing communication both within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Corporate Development and Strategy: Support the CFO on corporate development activity, including entity spinouts, divestitures, and asset sales, and help evaluate, structure, and execute potential investments, acquisitions, or similar strategic transactions as they arise.
- Tax Responsibilities: Support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring tax positions align with overall fiscal policy and legal requirements.
- Legal Agreement Review: Collaborate with the legal department to review the financial terms of contracts and agreements.
- Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights and risks clearly to the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Education: BA or BS in Finance or Accounting; an MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in finance within the digital assets or fintech sector. Proven track record in cryptocurrency management, international payments, and trading platforms. Experience in investment banking, corporate development, and fast-paced startup environments is highly valued.
- Adaptability and Resourcefulness: Comfortable being scrappy and resourceful in a dynamic environment, with sound judgment on trade-offs and prioritization under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills, comfortable working with large datasets. SQL or statistics experience is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow management, and general accounting principles. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, and high integrity.
- Self-Starter with a Hands-on Approach: Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous requests into concrete deliverables with minimal supervision. Willing to roll up your sleeves and perform detailed work yourself, take initiative without waiting for direction, and deliver results without relying on a supporting team to execute.
- Leadership and Team Management: Comfortable mentoring or overseeing junior finance team members as the team grows while remaining directly responsible for hands-on execution and delivery.
- Attention to Detail and Strategic Perspective: Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture; able to think critically and solve problems under deadlines.
