BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This role provides high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly — managing complex, ever-changing calendars with responsibility for multifaceted coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with communications and executive affairs, enabling them to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work in lockstep with other EAs within the CEO office, understanding the unique dynamics of a Co-CEO leadership model — sharing information, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining seamless executive support across leaders.
- Build relationships with the broader team while acting as a gatekeeper for the executives; anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, planning for multiple contingencies and implementing solutions with minimal direction.
- Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the CEO; coordinate meetings, handle logistics, manage competing deadlines, and review incoming requests to ensure they're on the Executive's radar with all necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.

You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS
- Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality
- Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops
- Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic
BROWSER AUTOMATION
- Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably
- Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code
- Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back
- Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run
EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION
- Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse
- Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage
- Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks
- Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it
PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP
- Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release
- Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale
- Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers
- Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale
- Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context
- Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas
- Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection
- LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration
- Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition
- Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on
- Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously
- Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after
- Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Strategic account planning: Build and maintain detailed account plans. Forecast performance accurately and provide regular insights to internal leadership regarding pipeline health and account stability.
- Drive executive value: Establish trust with both clinical and non-clinical executives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings to demonstrate value, align on business goals, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Cross-functional advocacy: Partner with Product, Legal, and Strategy Operations to represent the voice of the customer, driving product improvements and internal initiatives that optimize the client experience.
Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:
- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product.
You will work on problems ranging from performance and scalability, security and networking, to integrations with external systems.
You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementing, testing, and documenting.
Teleport is an open core project, and most of the code you will write will be open source and written in Go.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert on scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large deployments.
- Design, develop, and ship outstanding, high-quality products.
- Write most of the code in Go.
- You'll join one of Teleport's access teams. These teams build secure, passwordless access to every kind of infrastructure, using short lived credentials, and it has to work at the scale of our largest customers.
- Improve observability, tracing and failure handling so the access layer can be debugged at scale.
- Grow your technical expertise.
- Lead a distributed team of outstanding engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process.
- Builder mentality and experience -- you love being hands-on and building zero-to-one products.
- Extensive Go experience.
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms.
- Strong team leadership.
- Engineering management experience.
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Significant contributions in Open Source is a big plus.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage research and pre-training through post-training, UX buildout, GTM strategy, and pricing. It gives the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end, in a way that’s unique for a company of our scale.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the AI tools our customers will rely on. You have a real engineering or quantitative foundation and a track record of shipping products. You can take the state-of-the-art systems our research team builds and turn them into products that creators love.
You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s technically possible, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our internal teams, so we ship our models and products with the most value for Runway’s creators.
This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team at a market-defining company in its early stages.
What you’ll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from early model development through launch, pricing, and go-to-market
- Partner with research to shape what gets built, translating customer needs and model capabilities into clear product requirements and priorities
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship new products and continuously improve existing ones, making sound technical tradeoffs along the way
- Define and analyze product metrics, run A/B tests, and use data (including your own SQL and Python analysis) to validate pain points and prioritize features
- Talk with users weekly to uncover use cases and turn feedback into product decisions
- Drive pricing and GTM strategy in partnership with business teams
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of product management experience, including taking products from zero to one
- A strong technical foundation, typically demonstrated by things like the following:
- A degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, HCI, math, statistics, or physics
- Professional experience writing code before the LLM codegen era (e.g., as a software engineer, data scientist, data analyst, or technical founder who built and bootstrapped a product)
- Hands-on fluency with SQL, Python, AI code generation tools, and version control best practices
- Working knowledge of current ML capabilities and products, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs with researchers and engineers
- Experience in fast-moving teams, with comfort operating amid ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or media products
- Experience owning pricing or GTM for a product
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our
