Chief of Staff

Moonfare, a global investment platform in private markets based in Berlin, is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its executive team. Reporting to the co-CEO, this role involves leading strategic, cross-functional projects such as the company's transformation into a leading asset manager and the integration of AI across operations. Responsibilities include managing high-priority initiatives from planning to execution, advising the co-CEOs and Executive Committee, organizing leadership meetings, analyzing complex business issues to provide actionable insights, supporting communications with the board and investors, and fostering collaboration across departments and regions. Candidates should have at least 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or senior strategic roles, demonstrated success in managing large-scale initiatives, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with senior executives. Experience in financial services, asset management, or FinTech is beneficial but not mandatory.
