Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a senior pod alongside an FDE, an FDX, and Senior AI Engineers — contributing to real delivery work while building toward independent ownership.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with some ambiguity, with support from senior team members as you take on more.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in a production or near-production setting.
Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency. Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with some ramp-up support.
Practical AWS experience (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar); ready to grow into Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore .
Some experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects.
Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems — you've contributed to or run test/eval cycles, even if you haven't owned a full eval suite end-to-end.
Basic working knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts.
Awareness of cost and latency trade-offs when working with LLMs.
Some hands-on exposure to the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus, or strong ability to ramp up quickly.
Practical experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) in real projects.
2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including some exposure to production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations — you understand what the models do well enough to reason about common failure modes.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications (or actively pursuing them).
A2A: Interest in agent-to-agent interoperability concepts.
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа.
Experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration, having authored a server is an additional plus.
Responsibilities:
Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy.
Write tests and help build out evaluation harnesses for the features you work on.
Write production code across the stack (AI, backend services, data pipelines) with code review support.
Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs.
Support deployment of systems to AWS (containerized, CI/CD), taking on more of this independently over time.
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with an eye toward taking on more of this independently.
Support model evaluation efforts and help investigate and improve failure modes.
Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow in the role.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP.
This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers.
You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails.
- Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently.
- Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries.
- Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data.
- Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services.
- Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting.
- Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own.
- Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them.
- Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance.
- Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements.
- Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs.
- Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks.
- Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation.
- Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Directort of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot)
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Operations and the leadership team to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical and sales development efforts. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:
