Location: Americas; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE: A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation. As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else. This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them. You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them. We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows. What you’ll be responsible for: - Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us. - Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves. - Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress. - Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them. - Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over. - Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck. What you’ll need to be successful: - Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects. - Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help. - Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead. - Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context. - Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch. - Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you. - The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region. We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé. Ideally, you: - Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry. - Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role. - Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers. - Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier. What success looks like: Within the first month, you’ll: - Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together. - Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist. - Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects. Within the first three months, you’ll: - Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area. - Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps. - Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption. Within the first six months, you’ll: - Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates. - Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience. - Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively. Within the first twelve months, you’ll: - Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs. - Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes. - Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time. 133 000 – 133 000 $
Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place. RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build. This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale. You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing. RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar. - You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure. - You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions. - You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque. - Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities. - Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition. - Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test. - Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages. - Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why. - Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet. - Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction. - Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment. - Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value. - Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area. - Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them. - Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone. - Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them. - Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area. - Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users. - Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team working on analytics features in RevenueCat. RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of new subscription apps shipped — and the number of apps shipped is growing exponentially. We are uniquely positioned not only to give individual developer impactful information into the performance of their own apps, but also deliver truly unique data and insight given our position in the market; we know what good looks like, and we can not only put numbers in context, but give specific recommendations on metrics to target, experiments to run and anomalies to investigate. Our analytics features help app developers make better decisions that improve the monetization of their apps. As product manager on this team, you are responsible for working with your team to set the vision and roadmap, delivering on it, launching new functionality, and increasing the impact of the team. This role requires: - being technical to understand how our analytics system works and its constraint - being analytical to be able to define how to show data as well as debugging issues and edge cases - being customer obsessed to understand what information app developers need for their decisions and how we can provide this information to them - having an understanding of the app ecosystem, how the economics of app businesses work, and what success means for app developers You will oversee all of the Analytics features at RevenueCat — our charts, benchmarking, dashboard, and predictive LTV. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers understand and grow their revenue. ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience - You have 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products. - You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love diving deep into data yourself. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics. - You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details - You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across. Values and Abilities - You act like an owner. You roll up your sleeves, dive into the logs, and get something done yourself. - You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. You can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate. - You're a systems thinker. You can step back from a specific customer request and see the broader system. You build things that scale. - You're deep on the details. You care about what users experience, not just what the data says. - You know when it's good enough. You are obsessed with getting things right, but you know when you're at diminishing returns. You have a bias toward shipping. You love building — and are energized by discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration. - You’re passionate about great data visualization. Chart sins grind your gears. Your visualizations deliver meaningful insights. You care what is says — and what it looks like — and you know those things are dependent on each other. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's Analytics products. - Be obsessed with your customers. You will triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems deeply, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig deep to understand what developers really want — distill signal from noise and good ideas from bad ones. - Recommend, develop and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to our developers, and help them make more money. Be the go-to person when a number looks off. - Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break that down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline. - Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market. This job can not be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that hooks them together. The salary for this role is $230,000 USD. You can view our full Compensation Philosophy here https://www.notion.so/revenuecat/RevenueCat-Compensation-Philosophy-82b57cae23ab4c9bb62dfe4e933d32d0 for additional details. In the first month, you'll: - Get to know the product, customers, and team - Contribute to shipping a meaningful feature to thousands of developers - Be ramped up on ongoing projects in your teams Within the first 3 months, you'll: - Have formed a strong working relationship with your engineering manager and design counterpart - Have taken ownership of the roadmap and prioritization for your team (jointly with the engineering manager) - Work with your engineering manager and leadership to define quarterly objectives for your teams - Have shipped the first bigger feature end to end - Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers - Play an integral role in your team’s discovery and delivery processes - Understand the fundamentals of our tech stack and its complexities, and drive the evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs in collaboration with your teams Within the first 6 months, you'll: - Have helped your team grow and become a high-performing, engaged team in line with our company values - Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels - Be an expert of your areas of the product and the related customer needs, and instill customer empathy in your teams - Independently drive all product-related decisions in your area - Have contributed meaningfully to our knowledge of our customers and their needs, our industry, and important trends - Develop a longer term vision for your area of the product in line with the product strategy - Work with your teams to improve processes and interfaces with other teams Within the first 12 months, you'll: - Be ready to kill something you have shipped if we learned it didn't deliver the value we hoped - Explore completely new opportunities for how RevenueCat may provide greater value to our customers - Make meaningful contributions to our overall product strategy - Have delivered a material, business-impacting new benefit to our customers in your product area WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization, you'll join a small product and engineering team building RevenueCat's next generation of monetization products for app developers. Ads at RevenueCat are early, but we’re no longer starting from zero. We’ve launched ad revenue tracking and rewarded-ad infrastructure, with strong early adoption. Our next chapter is helping developers earn more from ads: building products that connect publisher inventory with demand, improve monetization performance, and make ad monetization easier to adopt and operate. You'll report to our product lead for Ads and become the primary IC product owner for ad monetization. You'll own significant parts of the roadmap end-to-end: understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, working closely with engineering and design, shipping quickly, and using what we learn to determine what comes next. This is still a fast-moving initiative with significant strategic latitude. We're specifically looking for someone who has built ad monetization products for mobile apps, ideally at a mediation platform, ad network, SSP, or similar company serving app publishers. You should already understand the ecosystem well enough to contribute a strong point of view while remaining willing to challenge your assumptions as we learn. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning product decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You've built and shipped publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps, and have firsthand experience solving the product, technical, and business problems involved in helping developers monetize ad inventory. - You deeply understand the mechanics of mobile ad monetization, including how publisher inventory, demand sources, auctions, pricing, mediation, and measurement interact. - You understand the incentives of the different participants in the ad ecosystem and can reason about both the technical and commercial implications of product decisions. - You are excited about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money and about expanding that mission beyond subscriptions. - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to take an initiative with early traction and help turn it into a significant product area. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on SDKs, APIs, integrations, data flows, and other technical product decisions. - You have demonstrated the ability to ship and learn quickly, including finding pragmatic solutions to hard problems with many constraints. - You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, making decisions under uncertainty, and taking responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Build a deep understanding of what's live today, including ad revenue tracking, rewarded-ad infrastructure, and virtual currency and entitlement flows. - Spend significant time talking with customers using these products to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities may be. - Build strong working relationships with your engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market counterparts. - Develop context on our existing strategy, customer research, technical architecture and the hypotheses behind our current roadmap. - Begin contributing your own perspective on where RevenueCat should invest next. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Take ownership of a meaningful portion of the ad monetization roadmap. - Work closely with engineering to identify the fastest and most effective ways to validate our next set of product hypotheses. - Ship or meaningfully advance your first product bets. - Establish a strong understanding of the opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs that should shape our roadmap. - Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders on priorities for the area. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Independently drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across your areas of the ad monetization roadmap. - Have shipped meaningful improvements for customers and developed clear signals about what we should invest in next. - Have a documented point of view on where RevenueCat should be headed in ad monetization over the longer term and what capabilities we'll need to get there. - Have materially improved RevenueCat's understanding of the ad monetization vendor ecosystem, customer needs, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends. - Be recognized internally as a domain expert who can help the broader company reason about advertising and monetization. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Be the primary IC product owner for RevenueCat's ad monetization products. - Have shipped products that create measurable monetization value for our customers and establish a meaningful new growth opportunity for RevenueCat. - Have a credible, evidence-backed view of RevenueCat's longer-term opportunity in ad monetization and a roadmap for pursuing it. - Have shipped enough meaningful bets that you've also stopped, changed, or deprioritized something when the evidence showed it wasn't delivering the value we expected. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? 230 000 – 230 000 $
THE ROLE RevenueCat helps app developers manage subscriptions and make more money from them. Maybe you're an indie developer who doesn’t know what "conversion" even means, you just want your app to make money so you can keep building it. Or maybe you're a growth specialist at a company doing millions a month, and pricing experiments are already your whole job. Either way, you probably didn't get into this to spend your days staring at a dashboard. So we built two AI agents to do that work for you, or make you even sharper at it if you're already a pro. Enter Rico. Rico watches over your subscription business and can help you make sense of it, and act on what it finds. Say your revenue dropped last week. You don't need to go digging through charts to find out why. Just ask Rico. It pulls the data, explains what happened in plain language, and shows you how you compare to similar apps. Then it can fix things itself, like setting up a new plan or restoring a customer's access, with you approving the change before it goes live. Run a pricing experiment and Rico will read the results for you and tell you which version is winning. There are so many things we want Rico to be able to do! Then there's our AI Paywall Editor, a specialized agent to build and edit paywalls, the screen that asks someone to subscribe. Most developers are not designers, and a paywall that actually gets people to tap "subscribe" is harder to build than it looks, so the AI Paywall Editor helps you with that. Use it in our online editor, from the command line, or hook your own AI tools into it over MCP. You can see both agents in action in our most recent product launch recap https://www.revenuecat.com/blog/engineering/launch-party-june-26-the-new-features-you-should-know. This is a role for engineers who've built advanced agents that do actual work, not just a thin wrapper around an LLM. You'll ship agentic features to thousands of developers, and you’ll shape the foundation everything else runs on: orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation and human-in-the-loop controls. ABOUT YOU - You have 8+ years of experience shipping production systems. - You've built agents that other people actually use and the systems around them: tool use, structured output, context management, evaluation, orchestration. - You have strong backend fundamentals. You've built systems that need to be reliable, observable, and secure. - You hold a high bar for quality and instinctively know which details matter, but also are discerning enough to cut scope when needed while still delivering value. - You’re customer-obsessed: you imagine yourself as the developer, product manager, or marketer using the feature or experiencing the issue. - You’re a builder, not an implementer: scoping, prioritizing, and driving rollout in partnership with our Product team. This isn’t a role where you check off items from a detailed specification. - You can quickly familiarize yourself with code you didn't write yourself and improve it. - You’re scrappy and biased toward shipping. You’d rather ship a good version today and iterate than wait to ship a perfect one next quarter. - You communicate clearly, both in real-time and asynchronously. We’re a fully remote team, and how you write is as important as how you code. - You’ve shipped meaningful user-facing features to production, monitored their usage and adoption, and improved them over time. - You write high-quality, well-tested code, debug issues methodically, and help raise the engineering bar through thoughtful feedback and mentorship. - You act like an founder:: you notice problems, propose improvements, and follow through fast. - You're comfortable with ambiguity. This is an early stage product inside a growth stage company, and the architecture is still being figured out. - You're self directed. You figure out what needs to be built, build it, and ship it. - You are curious and stay current on AI tools and practices. - You have a habit of sharing what you learn with others. IDEALLY, YOU HAVE: - Familiarity with subscription business models, app stores, or developer tools - Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs specifically - Experience with observability frameworks (Langfuse, Langchain, etc.) - Built Slack integrations - Contributed to open source AI/ML tooling - Maintained systems at scale IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL: - Meet frequently with your team and manager to get up to speed - Learn our tools, processes, and the subscription business concepts that shape our product - Get familiar with our debugging tools, infrastructure, and overall architecture - Ship your first project: a small feature that gets you into the codebase and shows you how the agents talk to RevenueCat's APIs - Jump in early: fix bugs, ship small improvements, and weigh in on PRs WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Ship a medium sized project, ideally a new agentic feature that reaches tens of thousands of developers - Understand the main product areas your team owns and how they work end to end - Understand our current agent infrastructure, orchestration, the eval pipeline, the tool framework, and the trust and permissions layer, and have opinions on how to improve it - Scope and work on projects on your own, from idea to post launch improvements - Take part in code reviews, bug bashes, and technical discussions WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Become the go to engineer for certain focus areas - Have made the agents measurably more reliable, faster, and capable - Contribute to architecture discussions that affect more than just your team - Mentor other engineers joining the team - Talk directly with customers to understand how your work actually lands - Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data. Communicate clearly during incidents and drive fixes that prevent repeats - Learn the basics of incident response and join the on call rotation WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Have built infrastructure the rest of the team ships agents on top of - Know all the major components of our system and be able to debug complex issues - Write proposals and drive major architecture discussions - Spec and architect large projects, gather feedback, and drive design validation and rollout plans - Have made RevenueCat an AI native company in large part because you built the engine underneath it - Have your own initiatives for improving our product and systems, grounded in real customer priorities WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product oriented Fullstack Engineer to design, build, ship, and own end-to-end product features used by thousands of developers and hundreds of millions of end-users. We’re specifically looking for someone with a strong backend foundation who is also genuinely proficient in React. This is a hands-on IC role. We are looking for someone product-focused, but deeply technical. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and data boundaries, making thoughtful tradeoffs to deliver reliable, high-quality systems. You’ll take ownership from problem definition through production rollout and long-term maintenance, the scoping and prioritization work as much as the code. “Product-focused” at RevenueCat means pairing strong engineering fundamentals with good judgment, customer obsession, and a bias toward shipping — not trading correctness, reliability, or scalability for speed, but also not letting “perfect” get in the way of “shipped today.” ABOUT YOU - You have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend foundation and a track record of building and operating high-scale production systems. - You can write advanced SQL statements beyond basic SELECT and UPDATE statements. - You’re proficient in React and have genuinely built on the frontend before. You’re comfortable owning UI work, not just backend APIs. - You have solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, and an understanding of HTTP and browser–server interactions - You hold a high bar for quality and instinctively know which details matter, but also are discerning enough to cut scope when needed while still delivering value. - You're comfortable coding alongside AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. You use them to move faster on the parts that don't need your full attention, and you're detail-oriented enough to catch when they're wrong. TECHNOLOGIES YOU’LL LIKELY WORK WITH: - TypeScript - React - PostgreSQL - Python - Flask - AWS-hosted systems, following best practices for deployment, monitoring, and reliability A note: Our interview process includes two separate live-coding sessions: one on frontend fundamentals and one on SQL, data logic, and algorithmic programming. We've found strength in both is a strong predictor of success in this role. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL: - Meet frequently with your team and manager to get up to speed. - Get familiar with our tools, processes, and core subscription-business concepts. - Complete a First Ship project. - Jump in early: fix bugs, ship small improvements, and weigh in on PRs. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Have shipped a medium-sized project successfully. - Understand the main product areas your team owns and how they work end to end. - Scope and work on projects self-sufficiently, from idea to post-launch improvements. - Actively participate in code reviews, bug bashes, and technical discussions. - Continuously improve areas of your team’s codebase and product. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Become the go-to engineer for certain focus areas. - Proactively contribute to architecture discussions that impact more than just your team. - Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data; communicate clearly during incidents; drive fixes that prevent repeats. - Engage directly with customers to understand how your work actually lands. - Mentor other engineers joining the team and raise the bar through feedback and guidance. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL: - Know all the major components of our system and be able to debug complex issues across it. - Spec and architect large projects, gather feedback, and drive design validation and rollout plans. - Lead your own initiatives for improving our product and systems, grounded in real customer and business priorities. 230 000 – 230 000 $
THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of Customer Growth to build and lead the operating system that helps RevenueCat customers become better app businesses. This is broader than a traditional Customer Success role. It combines strategic account coverage, app-growth judgment, specialist advisory, customer education, product adoption, and scalable enablement. The goal is not to give every customer the same high-touch service. It is to identify where RevenueCat can create disproportionate value, deploy the right kind of help, and turn every successful customer intervention into knowledge that benefits the rest of the customer base. You will lead a multi-lane Customer Growth function spanning the CSM team, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and the emerging Customer Enablement function. The CSM Team Lead will own daily CSM execution. You will set the strategy, operating model, talent bar, investment plan, and measures of success for the function as a whole. For our highest-value customers, this means deep account context, growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, product-adoption strategy, technical-account coordination, and clear next-step ownership. For high-potential customers, it means identifying them early and providing the right help before revenue has fully materialized. For customers with specific growth bottlenecks, it means bringing in the right specialist. For the broader customer base, it means scalable education through Growth Advocates, lifecycle guidance, office hours, playbooks, templates, product nudges, and eventually dynamic next-best-action systems. Your job is to make Customer Growth one operating system rather than a collection of disconnected activities. WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW RevenueCat serves tiny indie apps, fast-growing startups, games, media companies, health and fitness apps, AI products, marketplaces, and some of the most sophisticated consumer app businesses in the world. The app market is top-heavy, so the human touch must be allocated deliberately. At the same time, a customer that is small today may become strategically important very quickly. Contract status and current revenue are necessary signals, but they are not sufficient. We already have many of the ingredients: CSMs, a CSM Team Lead role, Growth Advocates, Customer Growth Advisory specialists, Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, TAM, Data, and one of the richest datasets in app monetization. We need a leader who can turn those ingredients into a coherent function. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own Customer Growth strategy across the full customer base. Define how RevenueCat helps customers grow after they begin using the product, including named accounts, high-potential customers, specialist-assisted customers, scaled customers, and the long tail. - Build segmentation and coverage. Use current value, future potential, adoption, intent, growth moments, risk, and strategic importance to decide who receives named CSM coverage, time-bound help, specialist advisory, scaled education, product-led guidance, or monitoring. - Lead through the CSM Team Lead. Set the bar for customer context, account strategy, stakeholder management, growth diagnosis, adoption planning, commercial awareness, and follow-through. Develop the Team Lead and create a strong leadership bench rather than becoming the permanent CSM manager. - Identify high-potential customers early. Work with Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to find customers with meaningful future potential before revenue alone makes them obvious. - Govern Growth Advisory. Define intake, qualification, expected impact, output quality, follow-through, and reuse. Specialists should be deployed against specific high-value problems rather than become general-purpose consulting capacity. - Make Growth Advocacy a customer-education channel. Ensure Growth Advocates turn real customer learning into authoritative one-to-many education for existing customers and the broader app ecosystem. - Build Customer Enablement and Scaled Growth. Create the roadmap for lifecycle programs, templates, office hours, documentation, automation, product nudges, and next-best-action guidance. - Drive meaningful product adoption. Partner with Product and Product Marketing so customers adopt RevenueCat capabilities in ways that help them win, rather than merely increasing feature activity. - Create clear cross-functional decision rights. Define how Customer Growth works with Sales, TAM, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data without turning CSMs into AEs, TAMs into a catch-all, or collaboration into meeting theater. - Build the customer-insight loop. Repeated customer questions should become product improvements, enablement, playbooks, benchmarks, documentation, lifecycle programs, and market education. - Own the function. Set metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the talent bar across Customer Growth. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH - Meet directly with at least 15 customers across different sizes, growth stages, product footprints, and monetization models—including high-value, high-potential, at-risk, and scaled customers. - Take point on at least two live customer-growth situations. Work alongside the CSM, Advisory, TAM, Support, or Product partner to diagnose the problem, agree ownership, and move each customer to a concrete next milestone. - Ship at least one no-regrets improvement to a broken handoff, account motion, Advisory route, or customer experience rather than waiting for a complete strategy. - Establish a clear operating agreement with the CSM Team Lead and act on urgent customer, talent, or ownership issues. - Build a working view of the team, coverage, high-potential misses, lane boundaries, and metrics—deep enough to make decisions, without allowing analysis to delay action. WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS - Act as executive sponsor for a small set of strategically important or high-potential customers and personally lead at least two customer-growth interventions through a measurable milestone. - Put the first version of segmentation and coverage into production on real accounts, then revise it from evidence. - Run decision-oriented account reviews and a working Growth Advisory intake and follow-through motion. - Ship the first scaled education or Customer Enablement program based on a repeated customer need. - Make the first material changes to ownership, operating cadence, or talent where the current model is not working. - Establish a customer-insight loop that turns frontline evidence into owned Product, education, lifecycle, or process actions. WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS - Maintain direct customer contact every week and own selected executive relationships while leading the wider system through the CSM Team Lead and specialist leaders. - Operate a functioning multi-lane Customer Growth model with clear owners, live handoffs, and visible outcomes across CSM, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and Customer Enablement. - Have the CSM Team Lead independently owning daily CSM execution, coaching, and account quality. - Demonstrate measurable results from customer interventions and show that repeated one-to-one work is becoming reusable Advisory output, education, enablement, or product insight. - Have shipped multiple scaled programs and made concrete hiring or investment decisions for the function. WITHIN THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS - RevenueCat has a trusted, actively used system for serving high-value, high-potential, specialist-assisted, and scaled customers. - Customer Growth produces measurable improvement in customer outcomes, meaningful product adoption, account health, renewal readiness, expansion quality, and customer revenue outcomes. - The Head remains directly connected to customers and is a trusted executive partner for selected strategic accounts. - The best customer work consistently becomes reusable product, education, and market leverage. - The function has a strong leadership bench and a record of shipping improvements without waiting for perfect information. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL - Approximately 10 or more years in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle, monetization, or an adjacent customer-facing function. - Five or more years leading customer-facing teams, including managers, senior team leads, or specialist groups. - Evidence of owning an entire function or multi-lane operating model, not only managing an individual CSM team. - Experience building or materially rebuilding segmentation, coverage, strategic-account, adoption, health, advisory, or scaled-customer systems. - Strong commercial judgment around NDR, renewal risk, expansion influence, customer value, and executive alignment. - Credibility with mobile apps, app monetization, in-app purchases, paywalls, checkout, pricing and offers, lifecycle, retention, experimentation, analytics, or a closely adjacent domain. - Enough product and technical fluency to lead around a developer-facing platform while preserving clear ownership for TAM, Support, and Engineering. - Experience managing both generalists and specialists. - Evidence of turning repeated one-to-one work into scalable systems. - Strong written communication, directness, and remote-first operating habits. - Evidence of hiring, coaching, performance management, and raising the leadership and talent bar. IDEALLY, YOU - Have led CSMs and advisory, education, lifecycle, or enablement teams together. - Have scaled a customer-facing function through a major company-growth stage. - Have worked in a hybrid self-serve, product-led, and enterprise business. - Have firsthand experience as an app operator, growth leader, founder, or consultant. - Have built product-led or tech-touch Customer Success programs. - Have helped productize or commercialize an advisory or professional-services capability. 259 000 – 259 000 $
THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion. In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money. As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal. WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue. Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver. We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process: - Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders. - Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum. - Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise. - Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful. - Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled. The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales. - Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio. - Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting. - Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action. - Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat. - Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity. - Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand. - Help shape pricing and packaging. Bring a clear Sales point of view to cross-functional pricing and packaging decisions, using customer evidence to advocate for structures that support value, adoption, and durable growth. - Get cross-functional collaboration right. Define how Sales works with Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support without creating duplicate account ownership or executive rescue as the default operating model. - Create learning from every deal. Turn repeated discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into better playbooks, reusable assets, Product evidence, and team training. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE We help even more apps make even more money, without turning Sales into the standard SaaS “spray and pray” factory WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL - 5+ Year of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment, including responsibility for managers or senior team leads as well as individual contributors. - Success across multiple distinct motions such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling. - Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization. - Enough product and technical fluency to talk to Engineering about a possible migration without relying on Sales Engineering for every conversation. - Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management. - Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions. - Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams. - A desire to stay personally engaged with customers and live commercial work as the organization grows (and an understanding of why this matters). IDEALLY, YOU - Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business where self-service remains an important customer path. - Understand app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity. - Have built a productive Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership. - Have experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs. - Have sold to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement. 363 000 – 363 000 $
Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Funnels team. We need a producty-engineer or an engineering-y product manager to lead the product vision in a highly technical, experimentation-driven domain where UX choices, growth tactics, and analytics all compound. RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of the new subscription apps shipped. For many of those apps, Funnels will be a critical lever to monetize them: turning web traffic into paying subscribers, testing & iterating to improve performance, adopting web payments in other channels, and much more. We can, and should, be opinionated about what RevenueCat’s developers should try next to help them make more money. We’re building the “Make More Money Machine”. You'll lead Funnels, RevenueCat’s web2app product that turns web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, unlocking efficient paid acquisition and empowering app growth teams to iterate quickly. Along the way, you’ll help us evolve the product to address an even wider set of monetization problems that app growth teams face. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the product strategy and roadmap for Funnels. - Be obsessed with your customers. Speak to prospective customers to understand their use cases deeply, and identify the feature gaps blocking adoption. Coordinate with existing customers to unblock them and help them earn more money. Triage and investigate problems proactively, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig into what growth teams actually want and the challenges they face, and understand why these products are a crucial instrument in any modern app's growth toolkit. - Recommend, develop, and maintain new features that deliver value that truly matters, enabling customers to easily spin up compelling experiences, understand the results, and iterate quickly. - Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline. - Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these growth tools to market. This job cannot be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that connects them. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time growing mobile apps. - You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love getting deep on the data analysis on your own. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE RC Capital is RevenueCat's first move into financial services. Our first product, Early Payouts, gives developers access to App Store proceeds without waiting the usual 30 to 60 days for Apple and Google to pay them. As Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying suitable prospects through screening, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, account operations, and portfolio health. You will combine commercial judgment, customer care, operational discipline, and risk awareness to help RC Capital acquire and serve more healthy customers. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on a small founding team. You might move from a discovery call to an onboarding issue, a portfolio review, and a workflow improvement in the same day. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will also help build the playbook and systems future teammates inherit. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: - Sales and qualification. Manage a portfolio of inbound and targeted outbound opportunities. Run discovery, assess product and customer fit, coordinate screening, handle objections, maintain momentum, and guide suitable prospects to a clear decision. - Onboarding and activation. Lead approved customers from decision to activated. Ensure customers understand how to use Early Payouts successfully. - Customer support and portfolio operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, including questions, disputes, and operational issues. Coordinate with RevenueCat Support and specialist teams, and own follow-through through resolution. - Risk-aware execution. Apply documented customer, fraud, and risk policies consistently; investigate issues; document decisions; monitor emerging patterns; and make sound recommendations. Escalate exceptions and regulated or high-impact decisions to the appropriate risk, legal, finance, or leadership owner. - Lifecycle performance and insight. Maintain a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support demand, usage, and portfolio health. Turn data into recommendations on funnel quality, conversion, time to activation, drop-off, retention, customer experience, and risk indicators. Bring structured customer insight to Product to inform roadmaps. - Systems, automation, and playbooks. Improve CRM, support workflows, internal handoffs, reporting, documentation, and automation. Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work and response times without weakening controls or customer trust. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Product on durable implementations. - Customer and growth. Partner with Marketing on focused acquisition and lifecycle experiments. Support marketing efforts like campaign execution, competitive analysis, and content that drives demand. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations. - A track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process and managing a meaningful volume of customer relationships with strong follow-through. - Experience in fintech, payments, lending, factoring, embedded finance, or another environment where customer growth and operational risk are closely connected. - 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or managing CRM-driven outreach. - Strong operational judgment: you clarify ownership, define next steps, document decisions, apply policy consistently, and recognize when an issue needs specialist review. - Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools, with the ability to diagnose funnel or portfolio performance and recommend action. - Practical experience improving workflows with automation and AI, including judgment about where automation introduces unacceptable risk or a poor customer experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive with prospects, clear during onboarding, calm in disputes, and concise with executives and cross-functional partners. - Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small, autonomous team and working hours that meaningfully overlap with US time zones. NICE TO HAVE - Direct experience with payment operations, underwriting, fraud and risk workflows, disputes, or compliance-adjacent processes. - Experience launching a new product, business line, or operating motion before the playbook was written. - Knowledge of mobile apps, developer products, subscriptions, or App Store economics. - Experience contributing to CRM or lifecycle campaigns, customer-facing content, or growth experiments. - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom or Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms. What success looks like In your first 30 days - Understand RC Capital's product, customers, unit economics, risk model, and role within RevenueCat. - Map the lifecycle from first signal through activation and live-account support. - Establish baseline reporting for pipeline quality, conversion, time to decision, time to activation, support demand, repeat usage, and portfolio health. - Shadow sales, onboarding, support, risk, and account reviews; then handle initial customer interactions with support. - Ship one concrete improvement to a workflow, report, playbook, or automation. By 90 days - Independently own a portfolio from qualification and screening through onboarding and ongoing operations, escalating genuine exceptions appropriately. - Give the team a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support, usage, and portfolio performance, with recommendations rather than reporting alone. - Run a consistent cadence for opportunity follow-up, onboarding, live-account reviews, and issue resolution. - Ship workflow or automation improvements that reduce manual work or customer wait time without weakening controls. - Support marketing efforts to deliver on targets. - Translate recurring customer and operational friction into structured recommendations for Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Support, or Marketing. By 6 to 12 months - Improve key lifecycle measures such as conversion, activation speed, utilization and retention. - Help grow a portfolio of healthy customers while keeping fraud, disputes, losses, and other agreed risk indicators within guardrails. - Maintain a commercial and customer-operations playbook another teammate can follow without relying on context held only in people's heads. - Help turn the early motion into a repeatable engine and identify which responsibilities should move to partner teams or future hires as volume grows.
