Workplace: hybrid
Capital.com is scaling fast, and this role makes sure that ambition shows up everywhere the brand does. Reporting to the Brand Director, you’ll own delivery end to end, turning brand strategy into standout campaigns and building a sponsorship and events function that makes every partnership work harder. It’s a hands-on role for someone as comfortable running a campaign timeline as negotiating a sponsorship deal or managing an event on-site. Working with the CMO, Head of Creative, PR and regional teams, you’ll have real influence over how Capital.com shows up globally as it pursues premiumisation and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns
Own end-to-end delivery of Capital.com's big-ticket brand campaigns, turning the Brand Director's strategy into standout, well-executed work across markets
Partner closely with the Head of Creative, who leads creative production, to ensure every campaign is built and delivered to a premium standard
Work with market analysts and the PR team to align campaign timing, messaging and measurement
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and sign-off across multiple markets and stakeholders
Lead delivery across campaigns of every scale, from moments built around a global brand asset to local activity such as a UK spread betting campaign or a new performance-led campaign for the paid social team
Feed into the strategic thinking behind paid social alongside the paid social team, for example how a new channel is seeded with initial paid support, or how an organic boosting strategy is agreed and backed with paid
Bring imagination to how the brand shows up, finding new ways to express Capital.com's premiumisation and expansion ambitions through brand activity
Sponsorship & Events
Own the sponsorship and events function end to end: evaluating and negotiating new opportunities, then delivering the activations that bring them to life
Draw on activation support at global level from the events team and at local level from regional marketing leads and local offices, so delivery is never carried alone
Evaluate opportunities across sport, conferences and other partnerships against clear criteria for brand fit, audience relevance and commercial value
Lead negotiation and management of sponsorship contracts, protecting Capital.com's interests and tracking every commitment on both sides
Build and maintain relationships with rights holders, sports marketing agencies and event partners as the primary point of contact
Plan and deliver event activations and client hospitality end to end — suppliers, guest lists, merchandise, booths — working with the design team so every physical presence reflects the brand
Collaborate with the CMO, regional marketing managers and regional CEOs to align sponsorship priorities across markets and activate global properties locally
Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure all sponsorship and event activity meets regulatory requirements across Capital.com's jurisdictions
Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI, and build out the sponsorship and events team as the function grows
Requirements:
Senior experience delivering brand campaigns end to end.
Experience within a financial services or fintech business.
Proven experience delivering sponsorship activation end to end, from deal negotiation through to on-site activation.
Breadth beyond sport (e.g. culture, academia, thought leadership) and integrated activation skills across social, content and brand campaigns, not just hospitality.
Experience activating global properties across multiple markets.
Strong commercial focus: you can articulate the value a sponsorship brings to the business and use it as a vehicle to drive acquisition.
Experience in our industry or regulated financial services.
Confidence negotiating commercial contracts and evaluating opportunities critically rather than just enthusiastically.
Excellent relationship management across rights holders, creative partners and senior stakeholders in a multi-market structure.
Comfortable building a function from a small base, with willingness to travel roughly 20% of the time.
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with sports rights holders, conference organisers or sports marketing agencies
Agency-side background in sponsorship, experiential or brand campaign delivery
Experience managing brand or sponsorship activity across multiple international markets simultaneously

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the company
Our client makes CE Level 2 certified protective apparel for dirt bike, moto, mountain bike and snow riders: base layers, hoodies and jeans with armor built in. They run roughly 600 UGC videos and 1,000 static ads a month on Meta, produced by a team of creators, editors and AI creatives, with an outside media buyer who launches everything.
About the role
You keep the creative pipeline accurate. Every ad is QC’d and logged in the tracker perfectly, every creator and editor delivers on time, and every retainer count is exact.
You are the operations layer between the creative team, the media buyer and finance, so the Creative Strategist and CMO can spend their time on strategy instead of checking your work.
What you’ll own
Getting the tracker right is the core of the job.
Creatives tracker, daily
Check every new row: ad set name matches the naming convention exactly, creator key spelled right, funnel stage filled, product code and asset link correct
Catch mislabeled files, such as a TOF batch named BOF or a missing funnel tag, and get the editor to fix them. Never rename creator files yourself
Group rows correctly: one row per product batch, with TOF and BOF cuts split into their own folders
Match each row’s ad copy from the copy tab to its funnel stage, with no price in TOF copy
Keep the tracker in sync with Meta once ads go live
QC and approve ads in the sheet
Watch every video and static in full before approving
Enforce the ad set build rules, which change often but are firm
Tracking people down
Track every creator’s deliveries against their monthly quota and chase late or missing videos
Chase editors, the static designer and AI creators on deadlines once briefs are out, and log what is late
Retainer counts
Count each creator’s delivered videos against their quota by hand, using that creator’s count rule, whether per concept, per video or per variant
Who we’re looking for
Extreme attention to detail.
You are the last check before anything goes live. If a wrong name, a wrong color, a missing funnel tag or a miscounted video gets past you and someone else finds it, that is a miss. Your approval means it is right
Smart.
You pick things up fast, spot what is off, and do not need to be told twice
Great with people.
You work well with creators, editors and the team: friendly, clear, and you follow up without creating friction
Happy to run a system, not redesign it.
This role does not come with creative freedom. You follow the process precisely, and you make it better by being reliable
Hungry to learn.
The job will keep expanding with new tools and new tasks as the team scales, including uploading ads to Meta with AI. You are excited by that, not thrown by it
Motivated.
You take ownership, finish what you start, and care about getting it exactly right
If you want a lot of independence or creative freedom, or you are fine with “close enough”, this is not the right role.
Requirements
Meta media buying experience, strongly preferred. You understand campaign and ad set structure, funnel stages, naming conventions and how creative testing works in an ad account. That is what lets you QC ads properly, and uploads and buying support are where this role grows
1+ year in ad ops, creative ops or media buying for a DTC brand or agency
A track record of being the person who catches the errors other people miss
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Clear, plain written English
Strong with AI tools. You use Claude or similar every day to get real work done, and you check the output instead of trusting it
Comfortable in Slack, Google Drive and Meta Ads Manager
Nice to have: AdManage.ai, Motion, Triple Whale, experience with a UGC creator program, Todoist or Asana, or a creator or affiliate pay process
The basics
Contract, fully remote
Around 4 hours per day
The team works roughly 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PT, and you need at least 3 hours of overlap with that window. Hours are flexible for the right person
Finalists complete a short paid test after the interview
Details
Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Your 4-hour shift must fall within 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PST, the same shift every day
Benefits

You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. - Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next

- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.

- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
