Growth Solutions Engineer

About Plurio Plurio is an AI agent that automates media buying on Meta, Google, and TikTok for teams spending $300K–$15M a month. Our AI Platform already runs $500M+/year in ad spend, and our customer base has grown 5× since our public release in March. Our clients are Heads of UA and CMOs in subscriptions, apps, fintech, and gamedev. When they decide to hand their buying to an agent, they want to talk to someone who has launched ads with their own hands. Location: remote from EMEA or the Americas (timezone up to UTC+5). Compensation: competitive base + bonus. The role This role is a pivot out of user acquisition. You bring years of hands-on buying experience, but here you no longer run budgets yourself: you take that expertise into client deals. If you want to keep buying day to day, look at our AI Marketing Engineer role instead. You're the technical expert in our deals. You're part of the sales team and report to our CRO. Account executives own the relationship and the close; you own the depth. Go deep with the client's UA team. Their channels, their numbers, how they buy today, and what changes when the agent runs it, in a Head of UA's terms and in a CMO's. Own discovery and the Value Validation. You gather everything we need to show the client, on their own data, what the agent will change in their numbers, then present it. Bridge the client and our product. You know exactly what we can and can't do today and carry it accurately both ways. Build the function. Recurring cases and objections become playbooks and training for the team, not knowledge in your head. Who we're looking for A former Head of UA or senior media buyer who wants to take that expertise to the client side. Deep, recent hands-on UA. You've run budgets and channels yourself, not only managed people who did. Channel mechanics and CMO-level metrics. From account structure and creative testing to LTV, CAC, ROAS, and attribution. You make hard things simple. You enjoy explaining, teaching, and turning your work into systems others can use. AI-native. You've already automated parts of your own buying. Strong English for client calls and objections. Nice to have: ~$500K+/month managed, presale or sales engineering in martech/adtech, team leadership. What you'll get The strongest UA teams on the market, at the moment they move to AI-run media buying. An AI-first company where every function runs on agents, and we teach you to build your own. Remote (timezone up to UTC+5), tools and AI infrastructure, 50% of education costs, two weeks of vacation twice a year, Deel contract. How to apply Fill in a short application form.
