Location: California
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

If you want to build reliable financial systems at speed, take on real operational complexity, and help raise banking standards across the Philippines, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering to translate model outputs into strategy changes and implementation specs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.

About Salmon Bank
Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd., is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a licensed institution with the speed and convenience of a modern financial product. Work within regulated financial infrastructure, where product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience are closely connected.
The Role
We are building our MSME lending business from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Underwriting Lead to design and own the credit function. This is a hands-on builder role — you will not inherit a finished framework. You will design it, document it, and develop the team that runs it. If you have built underwriting functions before and want to do it again in a fast-moving, BSP-regulated fintech environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Design and document the end-to-end MSME underwriting framework: credit policy, risk appetite, scoring methodology, and delegation of authority matrix
• Define and standardize credit assessment criteria for business term loans, with extensibility to revolving credit lines and cash flow-based products
• Establish approval workflows, escalation paths, and documentation standards for credit decisions
• Coach and develop the local underwriting team, building internal capability to operate independently
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Product to ensure underwriting standards meet BSP regulatory requirements
• Review and sign off on credit decisions during the framework build-out phase
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of MSME/SME credit underwriting experience, ideally in SEA or emerging market banking or fintech
• Prior experience building or rebuilding underwriting functions and processes from scratch
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow-based lending, and collateral assessment
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and Philippine lending compliance standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are still being shaped
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach junior underwriters and collaborate across teams
Why Join Us
• Be part of building MSME lending in a BSP-licensed digital bank from the ground up
• Work within a regulated financial infrastructure with the agility of a startup
• Competitive compensation and benefits including HMO on Day 1
• Collaborative and international team environment
• BGC, Taguig headquarters

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be one of the founding data scientist on Replit's Growth team, working with Product and Engineering leadership across acquisition, activation and recommender systems, and helping shape how Replit experiments.
This role is for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You spot problems and opportunities before anyone else does, bring a strong point of view, and push it until it changes what we build.
YOU WILL:
- Own data science for major growth areas, partnering with PMs and engineers from problem framing and sizing through launch and readout
- Make fast decisions trustworthy: we ship weekly and need a decision within days, but retention takes weeks to show up. You'll design the experiments and metrics that close that gap; for example, variance reduction (CUPED), sequential testing, and short-term proxy metrics validated against long-term retention and revenue
- Help set the experimentation standards teams rely on for Replit's highest-traffic surfaces: how metrics and guardrails are defined, and the checks that catch a broken test before it misleads anyone
- Use quasi-experimental designs (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, regression discontinuity) where randomization isn't feasible, such as pricing changes and regional launches
- Help define the data science behind an emerging personalization and recommendations workstream: problem framing, offline and online evaluation, and measuring incremental lift
- Model the economics of a freemium, usage-based product: credit consumption, conversion, and how pricing and limits change behavior
- Develop user and project segmentation from behavioral and content signals (e.g., embeddings and clustering) so growth analysis reflects what people are actually building
- Partner with Data Engineering on a shared metrics layer and experimentation tooling
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in data science, with significant time on growth or experimentation for high-scale prosumer, PLG, or self-serve products
- Data science experience at a fast-growing startup, where you built metrics, datasets, and experimentation practices without much existing infrastructure
- Deep expertise in experimental design and statistical inference, including reaching reliable decisions when readout windows are short and the outcomes that matter are slow
- Experience establishing experimentation standards or platforms adopted by multiple teams
- Expert SQL and Python
- A track record of analysis that changed what a team shipped, and of influencing senior Product and Engineering leaders
- Heavy, practical use of AI tools to move faster in your own work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable building your own datasets in dbt;
- Pricing, packaging, or monetization analysis for usage- or credit-based products
- International or mobile growth experience
- MS or PhD in statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with multi-armed bandits or adaptive experimentation
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI products, or creator platforms
This is a full-time role based in our Foster City, CA office with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
