Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Responsibilities: — Manage fund valuation processes, month-end close and deliver price updates for tokenised funds and strategies — Liaise with fund administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting and audits — Identify and implement process improvements, automation, data quality controls and reconciliation routines — Oversee tokenised reporting integrations, on-chain data transparency and custody/counterparty relationships — Maintain and evolve operational risk frameworks, conduct third-party risk assessments and incident root-cause analysis — Coordinate client onboarding, AML/KYC activities, subscription & redemption flows and support portfolio management teams Requirements: — 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration — Self-starter with strong ownership, highly organised and adaptable to changing priorities — Demonstrated success in change management and implementing process improvements — Excellent written communication and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders — Calm under pressure, pragmatic, solutions-oriented, with high integrity and accountability Conditions: — Remote-first structure with opportunities for in-person collaboration — Collaborative, high-performance culture — Exposure to cutting-edge crypto and digital asset strategies — Competitive compensation package
