Artificial intelligence (AI) agents are becoming part of enterprise infrastructure—requesting access, handling credentials, interacting with production systems, and acting on behalf of people. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. This is a remote opportunity within the US. What we're looking for: - Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets. - Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development. - Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes. - Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward. - Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences. - Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view. - Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization. What you can expect: - Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password. - Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market. - Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure. - Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them. - Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business. - Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities. - Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows. The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid About WorkOS 🚀 WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations. We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid. As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would. You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective. This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here. You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers. WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD - Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals. - Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard. - AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance. - Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope. - Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome. - Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next. - Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance. - Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out. - Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft. - Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership. - Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent. QUALIFICATIONS - Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact. - You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back. - Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning. - You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy. - You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly. - You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive. - You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent. - You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment. Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas. Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖 At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements. - 401k matching - Competitive Equity - Healthcare, dental and vision coverage - FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life - Carrot fertility benefits - 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave - 12 weeks fully paid parental leave - Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active - Wellness: Monthly stipend for a massage, meditations class, therapy, or activities that enhance your well-being - Commuter benefits for hybrid employees in SF/NYC - Unlimited token usage! In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners. Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth. Role Summary We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel. You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki. What You'll Be Doing Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them. Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work. Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market. Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level. Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories. Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy. Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned. Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors. Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy. Our Expectations 12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both. A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required. A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members. Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues. Experience navigating regulatory authorities. Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing. Experience managing external agencies or consultants. A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required. Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience. Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage. Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. ABOUT THIS JOB We're looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to run the business side of marketing. Our marketing team went from two people to 25 this year, organized around four functions: product marketing, brand and consumer, enterprise, and growth. This is the first operations hire on that team. You'll own the marketing budget with Finance, run our planning cycle and operating cadence, keep hiring aligned with the plan, and partner directly with the CMO on how marketing sets priorities and tells its story to the executive team and the board. It's a role for someone who has sat close to a CMO and a CFO, likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can execute, and is comfortable building the function themselves before building a team. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Budget & Financial Operations - Own the marketing budget end to end with Finance: allocation across teams and channels, tracking against plan, forecasting, variance flags, and the tradeoff conversations that follow - Build the layer of visibility leadership needs (spend by team, channel, and program) on top of the spend-tracking tools we already have, so decisions get made with numbers - Run quarterly, half-year, and annual budget planning, and make marketing's case to Finance and the executive team - Own marketing's vendor and agency contracts end to end: evaluations, procurement, renewals, and a clear view of what we pay for and why Planning & Operating Cadence - Own marketing's planning cycle: translate company goals into marketing objectives, OKRs, and resourced plans, and keep them current as priorities shift - Bring a point of view. Pressure-test plans, frame the tradeoffs, and help the CMO decide where marketing places its bets - Design the lightweight processes and internal tools (planning, intake, reporting) that let a 25-person team operate like a much bigger one - Run the operating rhythm for the marketing leadership team: meetings, all-hands, team-wide readouts, agendas, decisions, and follow-through - Keep the marketing functions connected so plans, launches, and budgets move together Executive Partnership - Partner directly with the CMO on board materials, executive readouts, and strategy documents. Own first drafts and make them data-backed and on-message - Extend the CMO's reach across the team: surface risks early, chase decisions to closure, and keep priorities clear week to week - Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales, and Product Hiring & Org Operations - Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing leads on headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview process, and keep hiring plans aligned with budget and org design - Standardize the basics across sub-teams (job descriptions, interview loops, scorecards) and help new leaders land well WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader - You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does - You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team - You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative - Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team - You've run vendor evaluations and procurement alongside Finance and kept a clean view of contracts and renewals - Comfortable as an individual contributor. This is the first ops hire; you'll do the work before you have a team - You scope light and move fast. We plan in weeks, not quarters, and you build just enough process to keep a fast team aligned - You build trust quickly, from individual contributors to the C-suite - Bonus: you're comfortable building your own tools with AI.
