Описание вакансии
As a Chairman Programs Lead at Clover Health, you will own and drive the company's most important cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution and results. This role requires operating at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and executional rigor, acting as a force-multiplier to the Chairman and executive team by orchestrating execution across organizational boundaries, defining innovative pilots, testing hypotheses, structuring problems without owners, and driving initiatives that shape Clover’s growth and operational leverage.
Responsibilities:
— Architect Strategic Programs by translating high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
— Drive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor by owning initiatives from kickoff through outcomes, setting the pace, and maintaining both altitude and detail.
— Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions by influencing without authority and driving accountability through clarity.
— Translate Ambiguity Into Action by building playbooks when none exist, force ranking unclear priorities, and rebuilding systems when coordination breaks down.
— Collaborate Across Boundaries by managing projects involving internal teams and external partners such as vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators, aligning internal readiness to external dependencies.
Success Metrics:
— First 90 days: Understand Clover's business model, establish key relationships, identify 2-3 high-priority initiatives, and implement a structured framework for tracking strategic projects.
— First 6 months: Drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational efficiency, and become a trusted advisor to the Chairman on strategic priorities.
— First year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms improving execution across teams, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact on growth and operational leverage.
Requirements:
— 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role.
— Strong structured logical thinking, precise writing, and ability to communicate synthesized insights.
— Proven track record of driving complex, multi-organization initiatives to completion, not just advising.
— Comfortable with ambiguity, averse to bureaucracy, and motivated by proximity to decision-making and value creation.
— Ability to lead without positional authority by earning trust and creating alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity.
Benefits:
— Competitive base salary and equity opportunities.
— Performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews.
— Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
— Mental health initiatives including No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and flexible time-off policy.
— Remote-first culture supporting collaboration and flexibility.
— Professional development programs including learning, mentorship, funding, and performance feedback.
— Additional perks such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), reimbursement for office setup expenses, monthly cell phone & internet stipend, paid parental leave, and more.
