We are seeking an experienced Linkbuilder / Outreach Specialist for international SEO projects in various Tier-1 countries and RU.
Ideally we need a specialist with practical experience in the niche, our own donor database, site contacts, and verified contractors who can quickly get to work.
Tasks:
— Search and purchase high-quality links.
— Direct outreach to website owners and webmasters.
— Find new donors and continuously expand our base.
— Negotiate placement prices and terms.
— Guest Posts, Link Insertions, directories, Crowd, submissions, and other formats.
— Analyze competitors' link profiles and find their donors.
— Search for sites outside of standard exchanges.
— Monitor placements, indexing, and link integrity.
— Database management: GEO, contacts, cost, metrics, and placement history.
— Work with multiple projects and different Tier-1 countries.
Requirements:
— 1-2 years of link building experience, preferably with projects in the Adult niche.
— Own database of verified topical donors.
— Verified contractors and webmaster contacts are a big plus.
— Experience with independent outreach and negotiations.
— Ability to evaluate donor quality and link profiles.
— Basic understanding of SEO, links, and Google metrics.
— Understanding of anchor text lists and link promotion principles.
— Ahrefs / Semrush / Majestic or similar.
— English level at least B2: confident written communication, independent outreach, and negotiations with foreign webmasters and site owners.
A big plus is:
— Experience working with platforms like ThePornList and similar directories, directories, review sites, and thematic resources.
— Direct contacts with platform owners.
— Large in-house donor database.
— Verified contractors with ready-made databases.
— Experience working with Tier-1 countries.
— Mass outreach and automated contact search.
— Ability to scale procurement across multiple projects.
Salary:
— Crypto 1000 - 2000 usdt based on exp
