Location: Paris, France; Bordeaux, France; Lyon, France; Marseille, France; Biarritz, France; Nantes, France; Annecy, France HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks. The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams. The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners. The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel. Here is how your key outcomes will look like: 1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks. 2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients. 3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities. 4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes. ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build. You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are: - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment - Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management - Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company - Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills - A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities - The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams - An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously - Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity. Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team. 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. Key focus areas: GPU fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across our neocloud and bare metal environments. We contract for a fixed amount of compute capacity. GPUs drift from healthy to unhealthy over time, and this role minimizes that downtime to keep the maximum number of GPUs healthy at any given moment. This is an operator role, not people management. You'll drive execution through clear processes, metrics, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive suppliers to keep the maximum amount of the GPU fleet online and healthy. - Maintain a live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity, broken out by supplier and by cluster maximizing the number of healthy GPUs. - Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, mean time to repair (MTTR), and RMA cycle times for every in-scope supplier. - SLA monitoring, credit claims, and remedy enforcement: track SLA performance against contract terms, file and pursue credit claims, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short. - Drive internal communications where suppliers need to perform maintenance to ensure all Baseten stakeholders are aware of activities that impact availability. Scope and Approach - Flexibility: this list covers the core of the role, not the limit of it. You'll be asked to take on adjacent work as the function evolves and as new gaps surface. - Ownership mindset: we need someone who treats "whatever it takes" as a genuine operating principle, not a line in a job posting. If something falls outside a defined lane but inside the overall goal of closing the capacity gap, it's yours to pick up. REQUIREMENTS - 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally in a hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale compute environment. - Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships. You understand fleet health, RMA processes, and how contracted capacity differs from delivered capacity. - Highly analytical. You should be comfortable pulling your own data, building your own reports, and generating insights without waiting on someone else to hand you a dashboard. - Comfortable with ambiguity. Part of the job is figuring out what should exist and building it. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll work closely with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security on a regular basis. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company - Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute. - Experience running formal supplier corrective actions. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite Why work at Higgsfield AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. Why this role exists Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. A large share of our revenue already comes from business users, but the product wasn't built for them, and there's no dedicated PM. We need someone to build the B2B and Enterprise product from the ground up, own the full path from a corporate email signup to a signed enterprise contract, and turn what's currently a reactive feature stream into a real business line. What you'll actually do • Own the B2B and Enterprise product surface end-to-end: workspaces, roles, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, admin controls, user and asset management, billing and seat management, brand controls, API access for enterprise. • Own the self-serve team-plan motion too: corporate email signup flow, in-product invites, seat expansion, the path from one paying user to a paying team. • Partner with sales on live deals: security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract-blocking features, pilot design. Sit on customer calls, not just receive summaries. • Untangle the workspace and collaboration model: separate identity from content ownership so users can be invited to collaborate without breaking billing or credit pools. • Build the enterprise data residency, retention, and privacy story alongside legal and security. • Design the metrics that matter: corporate-email signup share, team-plan conversion, seats per account, expansion revenue, enterprise pipeline conversion, deal cycle time, loss reasons by segment. • Work directly with Sales, Legal, Security, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, and Payments. Frequent contact with actual enterprise buyers. Must-haves 1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec. 2. Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered. 3. Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs. 4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate. 5. You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon. Who this is not for • You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself. • You want to inherit a mature B2B org. This is zero-to-one. • You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and enterprise deals can compress that to hours. Nice to have • Background at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS, collaboration tool, or developer platform in the US, EU, or Asia. • Direct experience with SSO, SCIM, SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, or enterprise procurement cycles. • Experience turning a strong B2C product into a real B2B business. • Comfort with generative AI, creative tools, or API products. What We Offer - Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role. - Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth. - Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country. - A seat where the business line you build shows up on the P&L within the quarter. - A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company. - Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales. - Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits. This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role builds the key capabilities and partnerships to scale these services with velocity. As Warehouse and Logistics Capability Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the design, and roll-out of key capabilities (selection of in-house or off-the-shelf tooling, process, and data integrity), implementation and integration with strategic partnerships to achieve global scale. This is a strategic role on a small team, so you'll move between building the tooling, processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for supply chain and logistics capabilities. Key responsibilities Define the key requirements for new capabilities in collaboration with partner teams Own the program management, selection and implementation of tools pertaining to warehouse, inventory, transport management etc., and their integration with internal and external tools Enable expansion to new geographies with the right tools, processes, SOPs and data in conjunction with the operational warehouse managers Conduct RFP where needed and drive tool selection and/or build in line with business requirements Ensure third party vendor tools are fully integrated with Anthropic’s architecture and meet compliance, and regulatory requirements Conduct full testing and effective adoption of new processes and tools, effectively managing risks and timely implementation Develop/enhance reports on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement Minimum qualifications Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping Hands-on experience using and designing warehouse management and inventory management system, and comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable to them Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation that goes with it Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, such as hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations running reliably as volume and complexity increase Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed Preferred qualifications Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems Experience with Agile development and frontier AI tools Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud, telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) The Position CallRail is looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own our healthcare business. CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Healthcare organizations are one of our largest and fastest-moving markets. Think of this role as the general manager for healthcare at CallRail: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you are the person the rest of the company turns to when they need to understand this market. You'll build the healthcare personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. You'll decide which healthcare subverticals we go after, how we talk to them, what we need to build or partner on to win. It's a role for someone who is energized by ownership, is happiest when they know a market better than anyone else in the room, and would rather bring a plan than wait for an assignment. The mix is roughly equal parts strategy and execution: you'll build the plan, and then you'll roll up your sleeves and go run it, with cross-functional support. What You'll Do You act like an owner. Healthcare is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it. You come with a point of view. You represent heathcare in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing. You advocate for what your market needs. You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision. You go deep. You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works. What You'll Own Healthcare strategy and business performance Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail's healthcare business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, and conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed. Report on healthcare performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it Market and competitive expertise Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the healthcare market: the buyers, the workflows, the regulatory realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow Own the healthcare buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market Develop real depth in the specific subverticals where our opportunity is biggest, not just a broad view of "healthcare" Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical — regulatory shifts, consolidation, AI adoption, patient acquisition economics — and translate them into implications for our strategy Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data Be the face of CallRail in the healthcare market: conference and industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc. Cross-functional leadership Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction Serve as the messaging authority for healthcare: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real healthcare customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results? Partner with product development teams as the voice of the healthcare customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap Build business cases for the partnerships and integrations we need to win Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for healthcare buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need What You'll Need BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in healthcare, healthtech, or an adjacent health-related field required A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day Nice To Have B2B SaaS or martech vertical, industry, or product marketing experience Experience presenting at industry conferences or building a personal presence in a vertical community Familiarity with healthcare marketing and patient acquisition, HIPAA-conscious marketing practices, or the healthcare technology stack (EHR, practice management, patient engagement, and CRM tools) Experience building or influencing a partner and integration ecosystem If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience. Additional Perks Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage Competitive HSA with company matching Paid parental leave Flexible vacation policy 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match Employee stock options available from day one $2,000 annual educational allowance Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually Regular company outings and events Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office Designated bike storage Learn more: https://www.callrail.com/about/ You Are Welcome Here CallRail understands that valuing diverse creative practices and forms of knowledge are crucial to and enrich the company's core mission.
