The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Asia to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise customers in the region.
This is a high-ownership, full-cycle sales role for someone who wants to build, not simply inherit a mature territory and run an established sales playbook.
You will have strong support from marketing, partnerships, leadership, product, clinical, customer success, and other teams across Intellect. At the same time, we expect you to be highly proactive in creating momentum yourself: opening doors, developing opportunities, shaping propositions, building compelling pitches, navigating complex buying processes, and doing what is needed to move important deals forward.
We are looking for someone commercially sharp, resourceful, persistent, and comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity.
A builder, not a passenger.
What You Will Do
Build & Win New Business
Own the end-to-end sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise customers in Asia, from first conversation through to contract signature.
Develop a deep understanding of target accounts, their priorities, decision-makers, buying dynamics, and where Intellect can create meaningful value.
Run high-quality discovery with senior stakeholders and translate customer needs into compelling commercial solutions.
Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across organisations and navigate complex regional or enterprise buying processes.
Create & Develop Pipeline
Work closely with marketing and the broader commercial team on inbound opportunities, campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, and other sources of demand.
At the same time, take ownership of creating opportunities yourself through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and thoughtful account development.
You should be comfortable working both sides of the equation: converting strong inbound demand and creating new opportunities from scratch.
Shape Complex Enterprise Deals
Develop account strategies and determine the best path to win each opportunity.
Create and customise presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial narratives around the needs of each customer rather than relying only on standard materials.
Bring the right internal stakeholders into the process - across leadership, product, clinical, customer success, legal, security, and operations - and orchestrate them effectively.
Navigate procurement, legal, security, commercial negotiations, and other enterprise requirements with sound judgement and persistence.
Identify blockers early, create clear next steps, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
Represent Intellect Across Asia
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the region.
Represent Intellect at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, roundtables, and other commercial opportunities.
Be willing to engage directly in events, lead generation, and market-building activities rather than seeing them as someone else’s responsibility.
Develop a strong understanding of the evolving mental health, employee benefits, HR, healthcare, and workforce landscape across Asia, and bring relevant market insights back into the company.
What Success Looks Like
You consistently build and convert a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
You win meaningful new mid-market and enterprise customers across Asia.
You create opportunities independently as well as convert marketing-generated demand.
You build credibility with senior stakeholders and develop relationships across multiple decision-makers within an account.
You navigate complex sales cycles with strong commercial judgement and clear ownership.
You create compelling, customer-specific pitches and proposals that move opportunities forward.
You maintain strong discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, follow-ups, and next steps.
You become a credible and trusted representative of Intellect in the market.
You operate effectively without needing a large or highly prescriptive sales machine around you.
Requirements
5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful exposure to mid-market or enterprise customers.
We care less about a specific industry background than we do about seeing evidence that you can create and win business.
You are likely to be someone who:
Has a strong track record of winning new mid-market or enterprise customers.
Has owned a meaningful portion of the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
Is commercially hungry and proactive about generating business rather than relying entirely on inbound demand.
Can sell consultatively and understand the underlying business problem rather than simply presenting product features.
Is comfortable navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Can communicate credibly with senior executives and adapt your approach across different audiences and markets.
Is comfortable creating or adapting your own decks, proposals, business cases, and sales narratives when needed.
Is highly resourceful and persistent when an opportunity becomes difficult or stalls.
Has strong judgement around account prioritisation, stakeholder management, and how to move a deal forward.
Is comfortable operating in an environment where not every process is perfectly defined.
Has strong commercial discipline without becoming overly dependent on process or infrastructure.
Works effectively across functions and knows how to bring the right people into an opportunity.
Is ambitious, resilient, and motivated by ownership and outcomes.
Is willing to get hands-on where needed, whether that means prospecting, working an event, researching an account, preparing a custom pitch, or pushing through a difficult procurement process.
Experience selling HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, mental health, SaaS, professional services, or other complex B2B solutions is useful, but not essential.
Experience selling across multiple Asian markets or operating in a regional role would be a strong advantage.

In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead and elevate our mid-market sales organization, driving performance, consistency, and execution excellence across the segment.
This is a leadership role focused on developing talent, sharpening sales rigor, and building a repeatable, high-performing motion. You’ll coach a team of already-performing Account Executives to win complex deals, deepen discovery, improve close rates, and consistently exceed targets.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in high-accountability environments, loves developing talent, and knows how to build discipline and performance into a scaling mid-market team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own mid-market revenue performance, ensuring the team consistently hits and exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coach and develop Account Executives to improve discovery, objection handling, deal strategy, and closing effectiveness.
- Elevate call quality through regular deal reviews, call coaching, and structured feedback loops.
- Improve pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales execution rigor.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted enablement programs to raise performance across the team.
- Refine messaging, positioning, and demo execution to increase conversion rates and ACV.
- Lead by example in strategic deals, modeling best-in-class mid-market selling behavior.
- Establish clear performance standards and accountability across the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years leading mid-market or enterprise AEs.
- Strong track record of improving rep performance through hands-on coaching.
- Experience scaling and optimizing mid-market sales motions.
- Proven ability to drive forecast accuracy and operational rigor.
- Deep expertise in discovery-led, consultative sales.
- Ability to diagnose pipeline issues and implement corrective action quickly.
- Clear, confident communicator who can raise the bar on performance standards.
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in fast-moving, in-office environments.
WHO YOU ARE
- Coach first, manager second: you measure your success by how much better your reps get.
- Obsessed with deal quality, not just deal volume.
- Direct and high-accountability: you don't shy away from tough performance conversations.
- Energized by mid-market complexity: real selling skill, fast cycle times, operational discipline.
- In the weeds on calls, pipeline, and deal strategy, not managing from a dashboard.
- Builder mentality: you want to create something, not maintain it.
- High ownership, low ego: you do whatever it takes to make the team win.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $350,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

See yourself at Twilio
Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Engineering Manager.
About the job
As a Senior Engineering Manager in Compliance Experiences, you will lead the Know Your Customer (KYC) engineering team as it builds out Twilio's new Compliance Domain. Your team owns Trust Hub, Twilio's KYC Platform and the gateway to accessing all of Twilio's communication APIs. It serves two distinct customer bases: external customers - Twilio's customers who depend on seamless regulatory compliance to provision and manage phone numbers globally, and internal customers - engineering teams across Twilio who rely on your team's compliance APIs, services, and Ops Tooling to operate efficiently. You will own the people strategy, delivery execution, and stakeholder relationships for a team processing millions of requests daily.
You will be expected to champion AI-driven development practices, ensuring your engineers adopt LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and stay at the forefront of modern software engineering. Your mission is to build a high-performing team that consistently ships reliable, customer-obsessed products - while balancing the competing demands of external product commitments, internal platform obligations, and operational tooling investments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
DRAW THE OWL:
Own the delivery roadmap for the Compliance Domain, including customer-facing compliance services, internal platform APIs, and Ops Tooling. Partner with Principal and Staff Engineers to translate long-term technical strategy into executable quarterly plans and measurable outcomes.
ACCELERATE WITH AI:
Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or internal LLMs) within your team. Set expectations for AI-augmented workflows, measure the impact on team velocity, and create the psychological safety for engineers to experiment with new tools.
BE AN OWNER:
Take full accountability for your team’s operational excellence, including system reliability, incident response, on-call health, and security posture. Make high-judgment calls that balance speed, quality, and risk.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Serve two customer bases with equal rigor. For external customers, partner with Product Management to ensure compliance workflows are seamless and developer-friendly. For internal customers, proactively engage with dependent engineering teams to understand their needs, gather feedback on your team’s APIs and Ops Tooling, and ensure your platform enables them to move faster. Ground every decision in customer data and feedback from both audiences.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class engineering team. Build a culture of psychological safety, candid feedback, and career growth. Coach your engineers-from mid-level to staff-to reach their full potential and take on increasing ownership. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring and development decision.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Navigate competing priorities across external product features, internal platform needs, and Ops Tooling investments. Balance requests from multiple stakeholders-Product Management, internal engineering teams, and operations-with a clear framework for saying “no” to protect focus. Ensure resources are aligned to the highest-impact work across all three pillars.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Communicate team strategy, progress, and risks clearly and consistently to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners. Author team plans, post-mortems, and decision documents that create transparency and alignment.
BUILD BRIDGES:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Compliance Domain and its stakeholders. Manage relationships with Product Management, external-facing teams, and internal engineering teams that depend on your compliance services and Ops Tooling. Proactively communicate roadmap plans, surface trade-offs, negotiate priorities, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into what your team is delivering and why.
NO SHENANIGANS:
Model integrity in every interaction. Create an environment where engineers feel safe raising concerns, surfacing problems early, and challenging the status quo. Hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
15+ years of software engineering experience
with at least 5+ years in engineering management, leading a team of 10+ engineers and directly managing individual contributors.
Technical Depth:
Strong hands-on background in designing and operating highly available, cloud-native distributed systems. You don’t need to write code daily, but you must be able to engage deeply in architectural reviews, evaluate technical proposals, and earn the trust of your senior engineers.
Cloud-Native Fluency:
Deep familiarity with AWS ecosystems (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka), microservices patterns, and infrastructure-as-code practices (Kubernetes, Terraform).
AI-Forward Mindset:
Demonstrated experience driving AI tool adoption within your engineering team. You should be able to articulate a clear vision for how AI accelerates your team’s delivery and quality.
Delivery Excellence:
Proven track record of shipping complex software products on time and at high quality. Experience with agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to measuring team health and productivity.
People Leadership:
A track record of building diverse, inclusive, high-performing engineering teams. Experience with career frameworks, performance management, and growing engineers from mid-level to staff-plus.
Clear Communication:
Strong ability to communicate technical strategy, trade-offs, and team plans to engineering leadership, cross-functional partners, and your direct reports.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups with competing needs. Experience balancing external customer commitments with internal platform obligations and communicating trade-offs transparently.
Operational Rigor:
Experience owning system reliability for mission-critical services, including incident management, on-call rotations, and SLO-driven operational improvements.
Desired:
Platform & Tooling Leadership:
Experience leading a team that builds internal platforms or operational tooling serving other engineering teams, with a product mindset toward internal customers.
Team Scaling:
Experience growing and evolving a team through periods of change, including onboarding new engineers, reshaping team processes, and managing through ambiguity.

The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.

• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.
Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnosticacross B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own new-business outbound into the US market
:
high-volume cold calling via a power dialer (around 100 dials a day)
, focused on new pipeline,
not inbound
Personally manage and respond to every reply from our automated email and LinkedIn campaigns
Qualify B2B decision-makers and book meetings for mid-size
deals (around $50K ARR)
with several Sales Executives
Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market
, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)
A
high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day
and meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
Confidence with senior decision-makers and handling objections live
Fluent, professional English (C1+) and hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Availability to work full US business hours
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with power dialers (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, PhoneBurner or similar)
Experience running multichannel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn
Experience supporting several AEs or Sales Executives in a small sales tea
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.

About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

Kaizen Asset Management Services · Dubai, covering the UAE · Full-time · Mid level
Kaizen is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE. This is a newly created role with a mandate to win new asset management mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock, and to generate pipeline for Kaizen’s owners association, unit management and capital markets teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development and pipeline
Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE, focusing on landlords managing their own buildings or using smaller local operators, family office portfolios, institutional owners and developers’ retained stock.
Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
Make the case for outsourced asset management: NOI and value growth, compliance, reporting and governance.
Attend building handovers, developer launches and industry events to secure opportunities ahead of the market.
Asset reviews, proposals and contracts
Sell the paid asset review, Kaizen’s entry point for new clients, delivered by the Director of Asset Management.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures with the Director, Finance and operations, and take every deal through Kaizen’s deal desk.
Negotiate contracts and hand each client cleanly to the asset management team, with a full handover pack and a warm introduction.
Cross-service referrals
Introduce owners association, handover, unit management and capital markets opportunities to the relevant Kaizen teams.
Market intelligence and client relationships
Track new supply, competitor activity, ownership changes and rental trends across the UAE, and report pipeline and market intelligence to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships, and act as a cultural and linguistic bridge to the Arabic-speaking landlord and family office community.
Requirements
At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including at least 3 in business development for property or asset management, leasing or investment.
An established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
A solid grasp of property and asset management economics: rent roll, NOI, yields and service charges, and the regulatory differences between emirates.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: block mandates typically take three to six months from first meeting to signature, family offices longer.
Fluent Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal skills; CRM discipline (Pipedrive; Yardi or Goyzer an advantage); Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission on mandates when they go live.
A newly created role at the start of Kaizen’s asset management growth, with direct access to senior leadership.
Part of an international asset management group.
Professional development and training support.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The SABR team owns the top layer of request processing for product discovery. We own the service that first receives product discovery requests (autocomplete, search, browse & recommendations) & executes the entire business logic that drives product discovery. That service also functions as a gateway to parse incoming user requests, orchestrate calls across the internal services that do the ranking and retrieval, interpret their responses, and assemble the final response the customer sees. We also own the public configuration APIs customers use to control how discovery behaves, and the MCP layer that exposes all of it to AI agents.
Our team owns both platform & product components: Because of the positioning of our services, we take part in every architectural decision of our core product offering. At the same time, our goals are heavily influenced by direct customer feedback, because all product discovery-related features are either implemented in or integrated with our services.
All of our services are public APIs, so interface design and backward compatibility are a constant part of the job. But most of our attention goes to keeping them fast and up: we serve up to 15k RPS, fan out to many internal services on every request, and are expected to stay available and degrade gracefully when any of them fails or slows down.
The work is distributed systems in practice rather than in theory: request orchestration, failure isolation, caching, latency budgets, capacity planning, and the observability to know what is actually happening in production. The team is small enough that engineers own problems end to end, from design through on-call.
ABOUT YOU
You're a staff-level engineer who wants to own systems, not tickets. You've built high-traffic, low-latency Python services and carried the pager for them. You think in trade-offs: latency versus cost, flexibility versus a public API that customers can't afford to see break, the fix that ships this week versus the architecture that has to last two years. You can lead work that spans several engineers and several quarters, you enjoy mentoring others, and you're fine when a problem shows up half-defined. You don't mind being the one who reads the spec for some unfamiliar protocol, works out how it fits, and designs an integration that holds up at scale. You change your mind when someone has a better argument, you make the people around you better, and you still care about your code long after it merges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the technical direction of one or more of our services - architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Lead design of new systems and public APIs, and the evolution of existing ones as traffic and feature scope grow.
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code review, and mentor mid and senior engineers into owning bigger scopes.
- Partner with product, other engineering teams, and solutions/support to shape what we build and to represent search constraints and trade-offs honestly.
- Take part in on-call for the systems you own, and lead incident response and follow-through when things break.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TECHNICAL
- Substantial experience building and operating high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language).
- Experience with observability and performance work in live systems.
- Experience designing and evolving public APIs that external customers depend on.
- Experience designing & implementing scalable service-oriented architectures.
BEYOND THE CODE
- Track record of leading projects that span multiple engineers and quarters.
- Influence without authority, and willingness to change your position when someone has a better argument.
- Clear written communication - design docs, RFCs, postmortems.
- Good judgment about trade-offs and scope.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Ownership that extends past merge, to how the system behaves in production.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS
- Background in search, ranking, information retrieval, or e-commerce product discovery.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-facing infrastructure (MCP, agent tooling, or similar).

- Build datasets for model training, including LLM-as-a-judge labeling pipelines
- Improve page selection algorithms for indexing

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. You will report directly to the CMO and the User Acquisition Lead. The bar is high and so is the upside. Compensation combines a fixed salary with bonuses when targets are met, performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next
- Create ad concepts yourself, setting the standard the team works to.
- Decide weekly what to scale, iterate on, and stop producing, based on the data.
- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.
- Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives yourself, not only managing others.
- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
