Location: United States Workplace: Remote WHO WE ARE Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you. YOUR IMPACT Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger. A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth. ABOUT THE ROLE - Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better. - Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them. - Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity. - Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product. - Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works. - Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set. - Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream. - Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences. ABOUT YOU - You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it. - You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive. - You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply. - You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust. - You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work. - You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs. - You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team. Who you'll work with - Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them. - Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM. - VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery. - Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS. - Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams. Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only. COMPANY VALUES HAPPY TO HELP Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. CRAFT OVER CONVENTION Our success relies on the quality and craft https://paulstamatiou.com/craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. OWN THE OUTCOME Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along. Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/aligning-culture-with-values/. BENEFITS AND PERKS - Competitive salary and an internal, transparent salary formula based on market data - Flexible time off – you choose the holidays and vacations that make sense for you - 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including adoption and foster care - A home office stipend to help you get set up and productive - A co-working stipend up to $300 a month if you choose to work out of your house - A yearly professional development stipend of $1,800 to help you grow in your craft - If you’re in the U.S. or Canada, we offer top tier health insurance for you and your dependents. HIRING GUIDELINES: All roles at Help Scout are fully remote. Some positions have specific location requirements. For roles outside the U.S. and Canada, we work with teammates as independent contractors under country-specific agreements. We do not sponsor visas. Teammates must already be authorized to work from their home country. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion https://www.helpscout.com/dei/. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company’s financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do. To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them. A NOTE ON THE USE OF AI IN OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team. On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process. Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. We will never ask for personal financial information or conduct interviews outside of these official channels.

Location: Remote About the Team Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey. As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams. What You’ll Do Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs. Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation. Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey. Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue. Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making. Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion. Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment. Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate. Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience. Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion. Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI. Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops. What You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment. Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance. Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale. Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations. Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes. Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems. Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently. Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue. Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate. Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful. Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required. Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise. This Role Is a Great Fit If You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted. You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work. You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook. You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it. You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine. You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale. You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work. You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority. Applying Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway! When applying please include: A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts. Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $155,000 - $210,000 for most US-based locations. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT US Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money. In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. ABOUT THE ROLE The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them - Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off - Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership - Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met - Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing - Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close - Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself - Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance - Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time - Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals - You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. - Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication NICE TO HAVES: - Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR - Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management - Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know. A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Location: Remote Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. *Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage research and pre-training through post-training, UX buildout, GTM strategy, and pricing. It gives the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end, in a way that’s unique for a company of our scale. We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the AI tools our customers will rely on. You have a real engineering or quantitative foundation and a track record of shipping products. You can take the state-of-the-art systems our research team builds and turn them into products that creators love. You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s technically possible, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our internal teams, so we ship our models and products with the most value for Runway’s creators. This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team at a market-defining company in its early stages. What you’ll do - Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from early model development through launch, pricing, and go-to-market - Partner with research to shape what gets built, translating customer needs and model capabilities into clear product requirements and priorities - Work closely with engineering and design to ship new products and continuously improve existing ones, making sound technical tradeoffs along the way - Define and analyze product metrics, run A/B tests, and use data (including your own SQL and Python analysis) to validate pain points and prioritize features - Talk with users weekly to uncover use cases and turn feedback into product decisions - Drive pricing and GTM strategy in partnership with business teams What you’ll need - 4+ years of product management experience, including taking products from zero to one - A strong technical foundation, typically demonstrated by things like the following: - A degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, HCI, math, statistics, or physics - Professional experience writing code before the LLM codegen era (e.g., as a software engineer, data scientist, data analyst, or technical founder who built and bootstrapped a product) - Hands-on fluency with SQL, Python, AI code generation tools, and version control best practices - Working knowledge of current ML capabilities and products, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs with researchers and engineers - Experience in fast-moving teams, with comfort operating amid ambiguity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to have - Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or media products - Experience owning pricing or GTM for a product Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. WORKING AT RUNWAY Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: • 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product. • Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog. • Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing. • Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible. • Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself. • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn. What you can expect: • Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits. • Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan. • Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers. • Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels. • Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source. • Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value. • Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote Workplace: onsite About the Role Spin.AI is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands, including Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl. In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of high-impact events and field marketing programs, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and regional experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build brand awareness, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth. We're looking for someone who combines strong event management expertise with a strategic, business-minded approach to field marketing . You should be comfortable managing every aspect of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, while understanding how each initiative supports broader marketing and revenue objectives. This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We value people who bring fresh ideas, take initiative, work independently, and find smarter ways to get things done. What You'll Do: Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, ranging from major flagship conferences and regional shows to community meetups, executive dinners, and partner sessions, while stretching the budget by running events remotely through local partners and vendors. Own the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, executive roundtables, regional events, and customer experiences. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, sponsorships, vendors, contracts, budgets, registration, booth design, collateral, promotional materials, and onsite execution. Collaborate with Sales teams on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up. Work with Marketing to align field marketing initiatives with integrated campaigns, messaging, promotional strategies, and broader GTM priorities. Coordinate event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partner communications, and other relevant platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and return on investment. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, optimize spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify new and creative opportunities to engage cybersecurity and technology audiences through meaningful, differentiated experiences. Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to streamline event planning, research, reporting, data analysis, vendor management, and operational processes. Continuously evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and apply learnings to improve future programs. Experience We're Looking For: 10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years owning B2B events end to end, from strategy, budget, and vendor selection through onsite execution and post-event pipeline follow-up, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology. Hands-on experience setting up international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), including successfully running and supporting events remotely when you can’t be there in person, by working through local vendors, partners, and in-region teams across time zones. Proven success with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches that drive outsized results from modest budgets. You know how to make a scrappy activation, a creative partnership, or a small, well-targeted event punch well above its weight, and you have the numbers to show it. AI-first in how you work, not just AI-curious. You already use AI as a major multiplier on your own productivity, going well beyond chatting in a browser to building AI projects, custom workflows, and automations (e.g., Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) that handle research, planning, content, reporting, and follow-up. Be ready to walk us through how you’ve set it up. Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development. Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners. Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report on results, and make data-informed recommendations. AI-native proficiency, with demonstrated experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships. Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the ability to learn quickly are equally valuable. What Success Looks Like: Success in this role means delivering exceptional events that contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for building a field marketing program that strengthens our presence in the cybersecurity market, creates valuable customer and prospect experiences, and supports revenue growth. We'll measure success through event execution and attendee experience, qualified meetings and opportunities generated, target-account engagement, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, budget efficiency, event ROI, and strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Just as importantly, success means continuously improving how we operate: identifying better opportunities, streamlining processes, applying new technologies, and creating repeatable, scalable field marketing programs across our brands. How We Work: You have a startup mindset. You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take an objective, build a plan, coordinate the right people, and make it happen. You're resourceful, curious, organized, and a fast learner. We trust your expertise. We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you see a better way to approach an event, improve a process, or create an opportunity, we genuinely want to hear it. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership, and execute in the way you believe will deliver the strongest results. You're collaborative and dynamic. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners. You're comfortable working across teams, bringing new ideas to the table, and building strong relationships. You value feedback, communicate openly, and understand that the best results come from working together. You move fast. We're a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving industry. You know how to prioritize, solve problems, adapt to changes, and keep things moving. If something doesn't work, you learn from it, adjust, and try again. You're a team player. We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, support your colleagues, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others. You're adaptable. Technology changes, priorities shift, and the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. You're comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. You care about outcomes. A successful event isn't just one that runs smoothly. It's one that creates value for our customers, prospects, partners, and business. You take pride in understanding the impact of your work and continuously finding ways to improve it. And we genuinely enjoy working together. Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we believe great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while doing it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here. Location: Remote - USA Workplace: Remote Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base. This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries. In this role, you'll: Position the value - Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part. - Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently. - Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on. Build the programmes that grow it - Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment. - Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses. - Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get. - Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience. Win and learn in market - Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays. - Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking. - Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity. We're looking for candidate who have: - 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing. - Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook. - Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story. - Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics. - Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision. - A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders. Nice to have experience: - Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure. - Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology. - Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging. You’ll thrive here if: You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you. AI at Chainalysis AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before. About Chainalysis Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation. You belong here.
