Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Most providers make customers migrate their data to them. We're doing the opposite: bringing ClickHouse Cloud into the environments our customers already trust, so their data stays useful right where it lives.
Those environments come in a few shapes. Some are major cloud data platforms that run ClickHouse as a native service, so customers get it without leaving the tool they already use. Some are BI and visualization tools that need ClickHouse to show up as a fast, first-class data source behind their dashboards. And some are developer and data platforms we connect through marketplaces and identity federation with a couple of clicks or agentic calls. Every integration is unique, but the goal is the same every time: ClickHouse should feel like a first-class citizen in every environment.
The craft is finding the patterns underneath different integrations. As one of the first backend engineers, you'll help shape the technical defaults for this team. You'll have end-to-end ownership, but you'll also work inside the constraints of platforms you don't own: thin documentation, unfamiliar deployment topologies, and timelines governed by partner approval cycles. A lot of the challenge is engineering across trust boundaries you don't fully control.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work closely with your engineering manager, the product manager, a growing team, and experienced engineers across the broader org. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own an integration end to end: the design, the code, and the production system that keeps running after launch. The patterns you set there become defaults the rest of the team builds on.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Owning the architecture: auth and identity flows, multi-tenancy, how data moves and where it's allowed to live, performance, and what happens in production
- Running what you build. Which means owning the infrastructure, CI, deployment, observability behind it and on-call
- Working on top of external platforms you can't change, and being straight about which risks are yours to manage and which aren't
- Partnering closely with the internal teams whose services you depend on: iterating on product requirements, agreeing on interfaces and protocols, and proactively finding ways to keep moving
ABOUT YOU
These are the attributes of someone who will perform well in this role:
- 8+ years building software, with a good chunk of it on data-heavy or integration-flavored systems
- Preferably proficient in TypeScript or Go or comfortable contributing to each
- Solid backend and systems instincts. You can reason about deployment topology, multi-tenancy, and data movement, and you're comfortable owning architectural tradeoffs you'll have to live with later
- You've worked with modern auth protocols, service principals, and identity federation, and you know how to get it right across a trust boundary
- You've built on someone else's platform and know what that's actually like: incomplete docs, unintended breaking changes, etc.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity. You can ship before the spec is finished, make sensible calls under uncertainty, and flag the decisions that'll be hard to undo to your team before we bake them in.
- You're good with other engineers. Much of the work runs through teams you don't own, and you earn their trust by how you think, not just what you commit.
- You're mainly a backend engineer, but you're comfortable enough to touch a modern React app
- You use AI tools well and honestly. Reach for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or whatever helps, and be clear about where you did and didn't
- You write well. Most of how we coordinate happens async in chats, design docs and RFCs
NICE TO HAVE
None of these are required, but any of them would be a bonus:
- Close familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem
- Real depth in auth and identity federation, or experience building to a partner's security review, marketplace requirements or certification requirements
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or the isolation and deployment topology behind them
- Working knowledge of ClickHouse, or another columnar / OLAP engine
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.

- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.

Are you a tax professional who looks at complex global regulations and sees a puzzle to solve? Do you want to move past repetitive compliance checklists to build a global tax strategy from the ground up, owning your decisions in a place that values substance over corporate protocol?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our product reach grows and international tax laws shift, managing indirect tax requires deep context and real ownership. We are establishing a dedicated global indirect tax function to handle our footprint across multiple office locations and the dozens of countries where we sell products and host events.
In this role, you will act as the core expert shaping our global VAT, GST, US sales tax, and digital services tax strategies. Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will take full ownership of designing scalable compliance processes from scratch rather than just maintaining inherited workflows. You will collaborate directly with legal, procurement, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our systems handle new commercial operations, like e-invoicing and real-time reporting mandates, smoothly. Your judgment will directly influence how JetBrains navigates changing legislation and mitigates financial risks worldwide.
Day to day, you will:
Lead global indirect tax operations, managing VAT, GST, digital services tax, US sales tax, consumption taxes, and customs duties across all global entities.
Design and implement end-to-end tax workflows for digital services, physical goods, employee benefits, and intercompany transactions.
Direct our response to ViDA, focusing on the deployment of electronic invoicing.
Oversee compliance lifecycles, coordinate registrations, and manage external service providers across international jurisdictions.
Evaluate and refine internal indirect tax controls and policies to support business growth.
Advise internal product and operational teams on the tax implications of new commercial initiatives.
Partner with technical teams to automate tax reporting and integrate compliance logic into our ERP systems.
Monitor international tax updates, assessing their impact and leading the necessary system changes.
Manage tax audits and direct communications with local tax authorities.
Train internal stakeholders across departments on indirect tax compliance practices.
What you’ll bring
A problem-solving mindset that turns complex regulatory ambiguity into structured, clear processes.
The autonomy to make decisions and full accountability for the results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax implications in plain language to non-tax colleagues.
Cultural curiosity when working with cross-functional teams spanning different countries and backgrounds.
A commitment to quality that avoids quick fixes in favor of stable, long-term operational workflows.
What you’ll need
Comprehensive experience in international indirect taxation, blending advisory or consultancy work with in-house operations for an international corporation.
Deep technical command of international VAT frameworks, including EU VAT application rules.
A proven track record of designing tax workflows or adapting business systems to new regional tax legislations.
Experience managing cross-border tax audits and dealing directly with regulatory authorities.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A practical understanding of tax automation tools and ERP system integrations.
What success looks like
Success means building a resilient global indirect tax function that keeps JetBrains ahead of international regulatory updates without stalling business momentum. You will earn the trust of leadership by translating shifting rules into reliable internal workflows, ensuring our e-invoicing and digital service operations remain compliant and fully integrated. Ultimately, you win when tax risks are minimized, internal stakeholders are unblocked, and our compliance processes scale invisibly alongside our products.
Why join JetBrains?

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, by helping customers deliver more personalised and profitable guest experiences. As a result, our digital ordering, payment, loyalty and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
While our roots are in NYC, we’re intentionally investing in Belfast and Northern Ireland as a key hub, with an established leadership presence, a local team, and community for the long term. This role is fully remote, offering you flexibility to work from anywhere within NI.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll join as a Software Engineer on the ‘Core’ team, which is part of the wider ‘Order Engineering’ group.
The Core team owns key parts of Olo’s platform, including baskets, orders, checkout, promotions, capacity management, and the services that power ordering experiences at scale. We build and maintain the APIs, services, and tools that brands and partners rely on to create reliable, flexible, and high-performing digital ordering experiences.
As a Software Engineer on this growing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of these systems. You’ll help guide technical decisions, improve platform reliability and scalability, contribute hands-on code, and mentor other engineers. This is an opportunity to have meaningful influence across a broad and business-critical area of the platform while helping evolve the architecture for the next stage of growth.
On a management level, the team is led by a dedicated Engineering Manager who is based in Northern Ireland.
How you’ll make an impact
Develop an understanding of the ‘Core’ team's domain and technology stack and actively seek guidance to grow technical expertise.
Handle small-to-medium features with support from more senior engineers, ensuring tasks are completed according to set timelines.
Write code adhering to established coding standards and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
Collaborate with team members to understand feature requirements and implement solutions with guidance.
Focus on building reliable and maintainable software components, contributing to team deliverables with a focus on quality.
Utilise version control systems to manage code changes and maintain a consistent development workflow.
Participate in team meetings and sprint ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives, contributing updates and feedback.
Engage in learning activities, including game days and training sessions, to build familiarity with the company's tools and processes.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with guidance, learning to identify and resolve common software bugs.
Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders, developing teamwork skills necessary for larger projects.
Demonstrate ownership of the team's delivery pipeline, ensuring that code quality, testing standards, and deployment practices are continuously optimised.
Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot extensively as part of your daily workflow, and grow your skills through hands-on AI training designed to help you become highly effective with modern AI coding agents and IDEs.
Active participation in on-call duties is required, with specific responsibilities determined by your assigned team and area of expertise.
What will set you up for success
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1.5 years of experience in a software engineering role.
Programming Skills: Proficient in C#/.Net and familiar with basic programming constructs and design patterns.
Version Control Systems: Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and how to use them for source code management.
Unit Testing: Familiarity with writing unit tests to validate small software components and test-driven development frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Jest).
Distributed Systems Fundamentals: Basic understanding of how distributed systems work, focusing on building reliable components.
Collaboration Tools: Experience using collaboration platforms for development, such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
