Location: Hong Kong Position Summary We are looking for a Financial Reporting and Control Manager to own group reporting and the monthly close across Hex Trust's legal entities in Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will run the group consolidation in Workday, our new ERP, and own the numbers that go to the Executive Committee, the Board, our auditors and our regulators. Our finance team is deliberately small. Workday and AI tools handle most of the transaction processing, reconciliation and first-draft analysis, so your job is to run the close as a controlled process, check what the systems produce, and stand behind the result. The role suits a qualified accountant who wants more ownership than a large finance team would offer, and who is comfortable reviewing work that a machine has prepared. You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the Group CFO. Duties & Responsibilities Own the monthly group close as a controlled process: set the close calendar, run the review gates, and sign off entity results with the Director of Finance. Run the group consolidation in Workday, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and review the system output rather than assembling it by hand. Catch the cases where a system-generated elimination or translation is wrong. Produce the monthly Executive Committee reporting and the quarterly board reporting for the Group, Singapore and MENA, delivered through our live financial dashboard. Turn the automated variance analysis into clear commentary that you can defend. Review the closes of the material legal entities, and own intercompany recharges and reconciliations. Deliver the statutory audits across the group with the Director of Finance: prepare schedules and workpapers, manage auditor requests, and challenge proposed adjustments where the treatment is wrong. Account for digital assets, staking and validator income, stablecoin activity and trading results, with treatment and documentation that are ready for audit. Prepare regulatory financial returns, including monthly reporting to VARA in Dubai and returns to the MAS in Singapore, for sign-off by the Director of Finance. Coordinate tax compliance with our local advisors across jurisdictions. Keep the finance procedures and our finance knowledge base current, so that the automated tools and AI agents work from accurate instructions. Work with the finance operations team to extend the automation of the close and of our reporting. Requirements Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with three to five years of experience, ideally including audit at a Big Four or mid-tier firm. Hands-on experience of group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency reporting across several legal entities. Experience with a modern ERP; Workday is a strong advantage. We value ERP experience over advanced spreadsheet consolidation skills. Sound technical accounting under IFRS or HKFRS. Experience with digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage but not a must. Comfortable working with AI tools and automated workflows. Much of your first draft will come from a system, and your job is to question it. Examples of where you have used AI tools in finance work are a plus. The judgement to say a number is wrong, to push back on an auditor, and to explain results clearly to senior stakeholders. Experience with regulatory financial reporting in Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai is an advantage. Strong written and spoken English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage. Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority. Benefits As one of the leading Web3 innovators, Hex Trust offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry. We genuinely believe that people are our greatest asset, and invest heavily so they’re best prepared to support our mission to unlock ownership in decentralized markets! You will be joining a company that is always committed to creating a supportive & inclusive environment that promotes personal and professional growth that furthers your success and drives innovation, collaboration, and passion in the blockchain space. At Hex Trust, we are proud of our H.E.X. culture: Heart Empowerment Xcellence Join us at Hex Trust and not only can you look forward to working with blockchain professionals to build the decentralized future, but also: Competitive Salaries & Bonuses Generous Amounts of Paid Time Off (incl. leave for Birthdays, Work Anniversary, and Mental Health etc.) Access to Corporate Discounts and exclusive Employer Perks Medical & Retirement Plans Professional Learning and Development Opportunities Elevate your work using cutting-edge technology Fun & friendly office spaces in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Vietnam Regular company & social events Hex Trust is an equal-opportunity employer devoted to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.

We are backed by top global investors including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, Insignia Ventures Partners, HOF Capital, K3 Ventures, JAFCO, Headline, East Ventures, IHH Healthcare, MS&AD Ventures, and more, alongside an extensive coalition of notable family offices, big tech executives, and leading angel investors. The Role We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Asia to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise customers in the region. This is a high-ownership, full-cycle sales role for someone who wants to build, not simply inherit a mature territory and run an established sales playbook. You will have strong support from marketing, partnerships, leadership, product, clinical, customer success, and other teams across Intellect. At the same time, we expect you to be highly proactive in creating momentum yourself: opening doors, developing opportunities, shaping propositions, building compelling pitches, navigating complex buying processes, and doing what is needed to move important deals forward. We are looking for someone commercially sharp, resourceful, persistent, and comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity. A builder, not a passenger. What You Will Do Build & Win New Business Own the end-to-end sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise customers in Asia, from first conversation through to contract signature. Develop a deep understanding of target accounts, their priorities, decision-makers, buying dynamics, and where Intellect can create meaningful value. Run high-quality discovery with senior stakeholders and translate customer needs into compelling commercial solutions. Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across organisations and navigate complex regional or enterprise buying processes. Create & Develop Pipeline Work closely with marketing and the broader commercial team on inbound opportunities, campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, and other sources of demand. At the same time, take ownership of creating opportunities yourself through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and thoughtful account development. You should be comfortable working both sides of the equation: converting strong inbound demand and creating new opportunities from scratch. Shape Complex Enterprise Deals Develop account strategies and determine the best path to win each opportunity. Create and customise presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial narratives around the needs of each customer rather than relying only on standard materials. Bring the right internal stakeholders into the process - across leadership, product, clinical, customer success, legal, security, and operations - and orchestrate them effectively. Navigate procurement, legal, security, commercial negotiations, and other enterprise requirements with sound judgement and persistence. Identify blockers early, create clear next steps, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle. Represent Intellect Across Asia Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the region. Represent Intellect at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, roundtables, and other commercial opportunities. Be willing to engage directly in events, lead generation, and market-building activities rather than seeing them as someone else’s responsibility. Develop a strong understanding of the evolving mental health, employee benefits, HR, healthcare, and workforce landscape across Asia, and bring relevant market insights back into the company. What Success Looks Like You consistently build and convert a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities. You win meaningful new mid-market and enterprise customers across Asia. You create opportunities independently as well as convert marketing-generated demand. You build credibility with senior stakeholders and develop relationships across multiple decision-makers within an account. You navigate complex sales cycles with strong commercial judgement and clear ownership. You create compelling, customer-specific pitches and proposals that move opportunities forward. You maintain strong discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, follow-ups, and next steps. You become a credible and trusted representative of Intellect in the market. You operate effectively without needing a large or highly prescriptive sales machine around you. Requirements 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful exposure to mid-market or enterprise customers. We care less about a specific industry background than we do about seeing evidence that you can create and win business. You are likely to be someone who: Has a strong track record of winning new mid-market or enterprise customers. Has owned a meaningful portion of the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation and close. Is commercially hungry and proactive about generating business rather than relying entirely on inbound demand. Can sell consultatively and understand the underlying business problem rather than simply presenting product features. Is comfortable navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Can communicate credibly with senior executives and adapt your approach across different audiences and markets. Is comfortable creating or adapting your own decks, proposals, business cases, and sales narratives when needed. Is highly resourceful and persistent when an opportunity becomes difficult or stalls. Has strong judgement around account prioritisation, stakeholder management, and how to move a deal forward. Is comfortable operating in an environment where not every process is perfectly defined. Has strong commercial discipline without becoming overly dependent on process or infrastructure. Works effectively across functions and knows how to bring the right people into an opportunity. Is ambitious, resilient, and motivated by ownership and outcomes. Is willing to get hands-on where needed, whether that means prospecting, working an event, researching an account, preparing a custom pitch, or pushing through a difficult procurement process. Experience selling HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, mental health, SaaS, professional services, or other complex B2B solutions is useful, but not essential. Experience selling across multiple Asian markets or operating in a regional role would be a strong advantage. Benefits Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Global company – work in a diverse environment with people from nearly 20 countries Generous leave policy – time off to rest and recharge Christmas week off – company-wide break during Christmas, separate from annual leave Birthday leave – enjoy a day off on your birthday Quarterly mental health days – one day off every quarter to focus on your wellbeing Flexible work arrangements – work in a way that suits your lifestyle and goals Work-life balance – a culture that values personal time and long-term wellness Medical coverage – comprehensive insurance for peace of mind Performance bonus – high performance is recognised and rewarded Development budget - annual allowance to support your professional development Mental health support – premium coaching access to our mental health app and resources & dedicated budget for clinical and psychiatric care Socials and communities – regular non-work events/activities to connect and have fun together

ABOUT THE ROLE As Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead and elevate our mid-market sales organization, driving performance, consistency, and execution excellence across the segment. BENEFITS - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell - Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays - Company-wide off-sites - Monthly wellness stipend - Daily in-office lunch through Parkday - Dinner covered when working late - Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare - Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request - All core tools and software provided Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $350,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place. RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build. This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale. You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing. RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar. - You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure. - You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions. - You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque. - Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities. - Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition. - Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test. - Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages. - Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why. - Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet. - Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction. - Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment. - Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value. - Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area. - Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them. - Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone. - Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them. - Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area. - Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users. - Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose.
