ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

About the role
ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. We're building the RFP Engine to own how we compete in them — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs pursues its most strategic deals. As a Proposal Manager, you'll be one of its founding members, owning strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission: decoding what evaluators actually want, shaping the response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving every submission to an exceptionally high bar — on time, every time.
You'll run pursuits through an AI-first system and help make it better with every cycle. Automation handles the mechanical work — first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval — so your judgment goes where it matters: positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot work being repeated, you'll help systematise it, turning what you learn on each bid into templates, content, and process the whole company benefits from.
We think the right person has lived complex enterprise bids and knows the difference between a compliant response and a winning one. You write and edit exceptionally well, you're calm and decisive coordinating many contributors against a hard deadline, and you'd rather build the machine than crank the handle.
Requirements
- A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company
- A builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you've shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw
- Exceptional writing and editing: you turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses
- Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality
- Commercial instincts: you can read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren't worth the effort
Bonus: additional languages beyond English; experience with security or compliance questionnaires; a technical or pre-sales background.
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to look make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Leading regional proposals capacity as pursuit volume grows across markets
- Specialising in bid strategy on our most strategic global pursuits
Location
We're hiring for this role in two regions. This role is remote-first and can be executed from any of our hub cities in EMEA. If you prefer, you can work from our growing number of offices, including in London, Dublin, Madrid or Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Investigating 770 Million User Interactions Across a 100TB Data Lake
When a platform serves 770 million users, every optimization from reward mechanics to SDK integrations needs to be grounded in data. The Rewarded Analytics team builds the internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines that monitor the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency.
SQL and Python power deep-dive investigations and automated 100 terabyte-sized data analyses queried through Trino. Using Tableau as the main visualization tool, stakeholders have access to real-time insights on the product performance. Airflow orchestrates the pipelines that keep everything up to date. This team provides the data that turns questions into answers: every A/B experiment the product team runs, every anomaly a publisher flags, and every new SDK integration. These answers guide all the business decisions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data analyst with an exceptional technical foundation. You have 7+ years as a Data Analyst or Analytics Lead in the AdTech domain, with mastery in SQL and Python for processing multi-terabyte ad impression, bidding, and conversion event streams.
- Focused on data quality and anomaly detection. You have extensive experience building anomaly detection frameworks using clustering, distribution analysis, and cross-population comparison to catch data drift, tracking drops and discrepancies before they create severe impact.
- You own the systems, not just your slice. You hold a technical helicopter view of the full AdTech data stack: tracking specs, API integrations, data lake architecture, and event pipelines. You can evaluate technical tradeoffs and guide engineering on infrastructure improvements.
- Automation-minded across the stack. You establish team-wide technical standards, building production-grade data quality suites, automated monitoring pipelines, and reusable analytics modules. Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow is required.
- Technical leader and strategic advisor. You elevate the entire team's technical bar, drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, and turn complex data telemetry into clear strategies that level up our ad tools and operations.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the search landscape shifts and our market gets more crowded, Help Scout is investing more than ever in paid and performance marketing to accelerate signups, expand brand awareness, and diversify how we reach customers.
It's an exciting time to be here. We've got a best-in-market product story, strong creative assets, and stellar copywriting. What we need now is a strategic owner to take our performance marketing motion from early-stage to a durable growth engine that fuels our self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted growth. You'll report to the VP of Marketing, setting and executing the strategy for how Help Scout invests in paid channels while building deep partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and company leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Own performance marketing strategy. Set the quarterly and long-term strategy for how paid, lifecycle, and conversion work together to hit the signups number, defining what's needed from each channel and building the plan B when something's off. You'll be the person leadership turns to for the full picture of paid performance.
- Move Help Scout upmarket. Own iteration of ad copy, creative, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across paid search and display, and set the bar for how we drive both our horizontal motion for volume and our vertical motion for larger deals.
- Build the business case for new channels. Identify and evaluate new channel investments, paid social, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and drive alignment with leadership on where to place new bets and how to measure them.
- Partner on pipeline outcomes. Work closely with Sales and RevOps to connect paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel volume, and make sure channel investment decisions reflect what's actually converting downstream.
- Partner to grow organic and paid in harmony. Work with content, social, SEO, and AEO to make sure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other rather than compete for the same ground.
- Represent Help Scout's performance marketing point of view. Bring an informed perspective on where the paid landscape is heading, and use that expertise to keep Help Scout ahead of a crowded, competitive market.
- Own our presence in AI-driven discovery. As search shifts toward AI overviews and LLM-based answers, you'll define how Help Scout shows up in that landscape alongside traditional paid and organic search.
- Shape the future of the function. This is currently an individual contributor role with agency support. You'll build the roadmap for what performance marketing needs to look like over the next 12-18 months, including where headcount should come in as the motion scales.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience owning strategy for a B2B SaaS company.
- You have significant experience in paid/performance marketing, with a track record of owning strategy for B2B SaaS companies – not just executing campaigns.
- You're an expert across paid channels and know the search landscape and the benchmarks that matter (PPC, CPM, ROAS), and you can identify which channels and investments matter most for the business right now.
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, a modest budget, and a lean marketing team, and you know how to out-creative the competition while also spending in the right way to drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with deep experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms, and you know how to turn data into a clear recommendation for leadership.
- You know how to run rapid experimentation and adapt strategy based on what the data tells you – and you have a plan B ready before you need it.
- You use AI tools daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, or scale of what you delivered.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, know how to communicate and build relationships across a remote, async organization, and can present insights and strategy to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: you have experience managing an agency and/or direct reports to execute a paid marketing strategy.

The job
Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)— building a scalable UA engine
Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the "why," you define the "how." No hand-holding, no micro-management — just results
Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms
Lead creative testing frameworks — build and manage scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify what wins and why, and replicate success at scale
Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation
Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS
Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and other recurring UA workflows
Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams — guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements
Dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels; when a number moves, you're the first to ask why
Generate insights from performance data, proactively surface opportunities, and produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, evolving privacy regulations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to performance marketing
Must Have
5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments
Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads at scale, with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads
Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar); comfortable pulling and analyzing data via SQL and/or advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows — reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimization, or process automation more broadly
Strong communication and project management skills — able to sell ideas and negotiate priorities cross-functionally with stakeholders who don't report to you
Comfortable with ambiguity: when the roadmap shifts or a problem has no clear playbook, you build the solution rather than wait for one
Direct communicator who gives and welcomes honest feedback; willing to challenge a broken process or a wrong call
You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line — business owner first, media buyer second
Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
Experience in healthtech, wellness, or other strictly regulated verticals is a strong advantage

We're hiring a
HVAC Estimator
for a U.S.-based commercial mechanical contractor.
This is a
newly created position
, and it is first and foremost an estimating seat. The company wants one person who can own commercial HVAC estimating end-to-end — take-offs, pricing, bid packages — and become the internal authority on how they bid work.
As you learn their processes, the role expands to include project management support. That's the secondary half of the job, and it grows over time rather than starting on day one.
Their current project mix is hospitality — hotels, resorts, restaurants — plus office buildings. They are actively expanding into

You'll work directly with the leadership team, not through layers. This is a long-term hire.
Your primary role: HVAC estimating
This is where you'll spend most of your time.
Prepare complete estimates for commercial HVAC projects from drawings and specifications
Execute detailed material and equipment take-offs — ductwork, sheet metal, air handling equipment, piping, insulation, hangers and accessories
Build labor pricing using U.S. labor rates and productivity factors
Solicit, review and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Analyze scopes of work, identify exclusions and qualifications, and flag scope gaps before they become change orders
Raise RFIs and process addendums during the bid period
Assemble and submit complete, competitive bid packages within deadline
Build and maintain the company's cost databases, estimating templates and standardized workflows
Conduct post-bid reviews to improve accuracy and margin over time
Your secondary role: project management support
Once you're established in the estimating seat, you'll take on a growing share of this.
Prepare and track submittals
Assemble closeout documentation
Plan management and document control
Support change order pricing and scope adjustments
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree
Hands-on HVAC estimating experience
— you have personally priced commercial HVAC scope: ductwork, sheet metal, equipment, piping, and the associated labor
U.S. market experience

adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

💡 This role requires deep Google Ads expertise. Please note that this is an absolute requirement. If Google Ads isn't your passion and honed skill, please don't apply!
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
- Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
- Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
- Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
- Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
- Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
- We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
- Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
- Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
- Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
- Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
- Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
- Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
- Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
- Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (€65,650-€84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.

- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being
