Location: EMEA+ Time Zone (UTC 0:00~UTC+08:00); APAC Workplace: Remote SENIOR PEOPLE & TALENT OPERATIONS PARTNER ⚡ This one's moving fast. We've already received a lot of interest. Applications and assessments close October 18, with interviews happening over the two weeks after that. Apply quickly to avoid disappointment! 📍 Where do we hire from? Almost everywhere. Check that your country appears on this page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. For this role, you'll have at least 4 hours daily overlap with your UK-based manager. Hi there, I'm Olive Turon, Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla. I'm excited to share more about the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner role and our team. ABOUT TESTGORILLA At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we're building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do. Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We're all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness. After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we're now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most! ABOUT THE ROLE As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one. Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you'll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Let’s face it: we’re a scale-up, so you’ll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires. We're looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who'll tell me when I've got it wrong. You'll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you'll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up. I’m biased, but I think it’s a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, we’ll have immense amounts of fun, there’s plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and I’m committed to helping you to do the best work of your life. A quick check: if you've never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), please don't apply. Automation is just that central to the job. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture. - Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from pre-boarding to off-boarding - that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters - Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated. - Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in. - Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor. - Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently. - Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that it’s structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents. - Working with me to maintain a clean line between what's self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here. WHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for someone who: - Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs. - Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com http://Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list. - Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities. - Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems. - Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation. - Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before. - Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You'll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters. - Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills. Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you've owned, your impact and how you've progressed, than the exact number of years. We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend! BONUS SKILLS While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following: - Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever. - Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster. - HRIS implementation or migration project experience. - Experience supporting a team through organizational change. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Please note: In this role, you'll be hired as an Individual Contractor. - Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world. - Competitive compensation: €56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component. - Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life. *Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. - Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year, or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop! - Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities. - Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches. - Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being. I’m excited to share more about the Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst role and our team. ABOUT TESTGORILLA At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. We’re all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness. After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we’re now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most! ABOUT THE ROLE As our Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections for our subscription business. You'll investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, resolve them directly with customers, reconcile billing and payment records against the ledger, and fix the processes that keep causing them. You'll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller, with lasting and broad ownership from day one. Billing, AR, collections and reconciliation are core, permanent responsibilities. What grows is the build side. As you learn our systems and reporting definitions you'll take ownership of MRR/ARR reporting, and we'll expect you to automate the manual workflows behind it rather than maintain them. If you'd rather fix the process than work the queue, that's the part of this job that gets bigger. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture. - Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits, and working with Customer Success on complex or sensitive billing cases. - Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers. - Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather than just resolving individual cases as they come up. - Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, explaining timing and definition differences, and producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis that helps Finance understand what has changed and why. - Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, and moving routine work towards exception-based processing. - Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective: defining requirements, testing outcomes and monitoring exceptions, and partnering with Product and Engineering when a technical change is needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for someone who: - Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs. - Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment. - Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions and following issues through to resolution. - Has personally resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers. - Has run customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business, and is hands-on with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio, Paddle or similar. - Is skilled at reconciliation, and able to independently work through why two financial or customer datasets don't agree. - Has strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. - Is comfortable using AI and automation to reduce manual work, and can point to a recurring Finance process they personally improved or automated. Most people in this role will have at least four years of relevant experience. We haven't set an upper limit, because we care far more about what you've owned and how you've progressed than the number of years. Please note that this is an absolute requirement. If Google Ads isn't your passion and honed skill, please don't apply! Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team. ABOUT TESTGORILLA At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do. Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness. After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most! ABOUT THE ROLE As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture. - Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets. - Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots. - Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor. - Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions. - Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language. - Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins. WHAT YOU’LL BRING We're looking for someone who: - Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs. - Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment. - Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS. - We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far. - Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager. - Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite. - Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly. - Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use. - Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift. We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. BONUS SKILLS While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have: - Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution. - Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM. - Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget. - Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels. - Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
