We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT YOUTUBE SCRIPTWRITING MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth is about distribution and revenue, not fluff or just good ideas.
A YouTube Scriptwriter is a high-agency storyteller https://www.highagency.com who:
- Crafts scripts that hook viewers and drive engagement.
- Turns trends, research, and insights into full-length, actionable video scripts.
- Works closely with Growth and Scriptwriting teams to ensure content resonates and converts.
This is a hands-on role: you write, optimize, and iterate scripts that the team can directly produce and publish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
SCRIPTWRITING & STORYTELLING
- Write engaging, audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos.
- Craft hooks, narrative flow, explanations, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching.
- Translate research, trends, and insights into clear, structured content.
TREND & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
- Cover trending topics, AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons, and other educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with what performs on the platform.
- Adapt tone and style for different formats: short-form hooks, long-form explainers, or comparison videos.
COLLABORATION & ITERATION
- Work with Growth Researchers to understand which trends and ideas are high-priority.
- Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Directors to ensure scripts match production needs.
- Take feedback from data and audience performance to continuously improve content.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
- Suggest formats, hooks, or structures that are likely to maximize watch time, CTR, and engagement.
- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to improve scripts.
- Help build a library of reusable templates, formulas, and structures for consistent output.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want creative, high-agency writers, not just people with a portfolio.
You should have:
- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.
- Comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Bias toward action: scripts are only valuable if they get produced and perform.
BACKGROUNDS THAT OFTEN DO WELL:
- Journalists or content writers with social media experience
- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
- Researchers or analysts who can turn insights into compelling narratives
- Founders, operators, or early startup writers who have worn multiple hats
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Prefer theory over execution or writing for ideas that never get produced
- Avoid feedback or rewriting scripts
- Struggle to meet deadlines or work at a fast pace
- Don’t enjoy staying on top of trends, AI tools, or social media
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.
What you'll do

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Documentation is your product. You have 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management. You own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end: API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials, and example applications, and treat it with the same rigor as shipping code. You drive documentation standards and consistency across teams.
- You build to validate. You create lightweight demos and sample apps in Swift or Kotlin to test and support what you document. You contribute directly to documentation tooling like Docusaurus, including Markdown, frontend components, and styling. You're comfortable with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and fix it.
- AI-assisted, not AI-dependent. You use code copilots and LLMs to explore unfamiliar codebases, analyze SDKs, and accelerate content creation, but you validate every output for technical accuracy. You're also comfortable building and maintaining AI tools, like publisher-facing integration assistants, to reduce integration friction at scale.
- Debugging is part of the job. On the support side, you perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows, working with SQL, dashboards, and logs to investigate integration health and performance issues. You collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional by default. You manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel, work across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver documentation at launch, and optimize resources culturally and linguistically across regions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure where none exists are a must. AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based product experience is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
