At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Engagement Management is a new and fast-growing practice at ClickUp, and it's quickly becoming central to how we serve our enterprise customers. Our EMs bring program leadership, service delivery and change management together in one role. As a ClickUp Senior Engagement Manager you will lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for the company’s largest and most strategic clients. We're looking for someone hungry, who excels in building, and who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work.
Here, Engagement Managers are the single point of accountability for outcomes. You own everything between the contract being signed and the client seeing measurable results: what was sold gets delivered, on time and on margin, and we can prove it worked.
You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team and delivery, go-live, stabilization and a clean handover to the account team. You'll run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client's own project team, and you'll be the trusted advisor to the client's executive sponsor.
Simply put: you are the single point of accountability for delivery, the client's partner in getting value from ClickUp, and a thought leader for how we deliver.
YOUR ROLE
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring delivery remains aligned to client objectives and contractual commitments.
- Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and program leads at VP and C-level, acting as their primary point of contact for delivery.
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and competing priorities across client functions (IT, PMO, business sponsors, procurement) and broker alignment when they conflict.
- Project Delivery Oversight
- Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality, using rigorous change control to protect timelines and delivery margin.
- Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones
- Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, sponsor check-ins and SteerCos, and provide clear, concise status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture while providing coaching, direction and support.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log, and act as the primary escalation point.
- Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin, flagging overrun risk early and agreeing recovery plans.
- Drive AI adoption
- Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations, and own post-go-live adoption outcomes.
- Drive Value and Business Outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities through delivery and co-sell with Account Executives, bringing the delivery credibility that secures follow-on work.
- Establish a value baseline before configuration begins, track benefits through go-live, and produce the value assessment that underpins renewal and expansion.
- Governance
- Design and run governance mechanisms
- Track delivery efficacy, timelines, value realization and customer experience
- Create continuous-improvement mechanisms
- Change Management & Communication
- Own communications around delivery status, risks and outcomes
- Manage escalation and communication across customer/internal teams
- Assess change readiness and resistance across impacted teams; build sponsor and champion networks to carry the rollout.
- Design the communications and enablement plan with the client, and sequence go-live to match the organization's capacity for change.
- Role Development
- Contribute to building the Engagement Management practice by iterating on templates, playbooks and AI workflows that make every engagement faster and more consistent.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead.
- Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption, ideally in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms.
- Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement. No coding required, but you can challenge an unrealistic technical scope.
- Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs.
- Commercial acumen: you've managed engagement budgets, SoWs, change requests and margin, and you know when to push for expansion vs when to stabilize.
- Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO in the room.
- Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don't directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources.
- Strategic judgment to separate genuine product gaps from client process or training gaps.
- Hands-on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Status reports people actually read.
Nice to have: Experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries. PMP Certification.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
- Impact: Lead high-visibility enterprise engagements with global brands, and see the result in their day-to-day work.
- Build something: Engagement Management is a new function. You'll help define the methodology, tooling and AI workflows that become the standard.
- AI at the centre: Work on the frontier of AI-driven work management, with ClickUp Brain and Super Agents in your own delivery toolkit.
- Career growth: A clear path from Engagement Manager to Senior or Principal Engagement Manager.
- Community: Learn alongside Paid TAMs, AI specialists and delivery leaders across EMEA and NA.

Interaction Design Lead
In a Nutshell
IDEO London is seeking an
Interaction Design Lead
with a passion for creating human-centred experiences and helping teams do their best work. You’ll lead and co-lead multidisciplinary teams, stay close to the craft, and guide clients from complex questions to tangible products and services. Your work will span digital and physical experiences, including new ways for people to interact with AI.
About IDEO London
We're a global design consultancy where curiosity, empathy, and solving complex challenges drive us. For over 40 years, we've partnered with clients to innovate in healthcare, mobility, education, retail, and beyond. Here, every challenge is a chance to grow, connect, and create impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO's work?
Interaction Design is at the heart of creating meaningful human-centred experiences that meet people’s needs and help businesses move forward. As an Interaction Design Lead, you’ll bring together craft, creative direction and project leadership to help teams turn strategy into experiences people can use. As AI becomes part of everyday products and services, you’ll help us explore how people understand, trust and stay in control of systems that can act on their behalf.
Once Here You Will
Lead and co-lead multidisciplinary project teams from research and framing through design, prototyping and delivery, balancing people’s needs, client goals and technical possibilities
Set a clear design direction and stay hands-on with journeys, flows, interfaces and interaction details, connecting individual touchpoints to a coherent product or service experience
Build and guide prototypes at the right fidelity to answer the team’s questions, using Figma, code and AI-assisted tools to make ideas tangible early and test them with people
Partner with researchers and technologists to plan experiments, test usability and accessibility, and use qualitative feedback and product data to refine designs and assess their impact
Explore conversational and agentic UX: design how people express intent, approve actions, understand what an AI system is doing, redirect it and recover when things go wrong
Own project plans, resource needs and delivery milestones; brief and delegate work clearly, spot obstacles early, and help the team navigate ambiguity while maintaining creative quality
Be a main client point of contact, facilitate working sessions and present compelling design narratives; align stakeholders on decisions, trade-offs and next steps
Help scope client challenges and shape proposals and follow-on opportunities with senior colleagues, drawing on project learnings and collaboration across Europe and beyond; travel as projects require
Mentor designers, give actionable craft feedback and build an inclusive team culture; share methods and learnings across our London community, including thoughtful use of AI that protects client and participant information
We're looking for someone with
6–8 years of professional experience in interaction design, digital product design, UX/UI or a related discipline, including 1–2+ years leading projects or multidisciplinary teams
Strong interaction design craft and a portfolio showing how you turn complex requirements into clear experiences; advanced expertise in one or more areas of digital, visual, service or systems design, with fluency across others
A strong grounding in human-centred design, research and usability testing, with the ability to guide a team from evidence to design decisions and measurable outcomes
The ability to scope, brief and delegate design work, manage timelines and resources, and empower a small to medium team to take ownership of different parts of a project
A keen eye for visual hierarchy, responsive interfaces, motion and micro-interactions, and the ability to critique work and offer clear, actionable feedback
Strong prototyping skills in Figma or comparable tools, and confidence experimenting with AI-assisted ideation and prototyping while checking outputs and making your own design judgements
A commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, and thoughtful judgement about privacy, bias and people’s agency when designing with AI
The ability to connect interaction details to wider service and system needs, and work with engineers to understand technical constraints and bring designs to life
Excellent storytelling, presentation and facilitation skills; confidence building trusted client relationships, aligning stakeholders and helping others succeed with empathy and openness
An Interaction Design qualification or equivalent work experience, alongside curiosity, self-awareness and a willingness to give and seek feedback
It's a bonus if you
Have worked closely with product managers and engineers to take digital products or services from concept to launch and learn from their use
Have used product analytics and experimentation to evaluate design decisions and improve outcomes
Have designed conversational or agentic experiences, including human approval, transparent system behaviour, error recovery and hand-offs between people and AI
Have built functional prototypes with code or AI coding tools, and can explain where these tools improved your process and where your judgement changed the outcome
Have helped shape proposals, scope engagements or develop repeat client work
Have contributed to design systems or reusable interaction patterns, or explored emerging technologies through creative experimentation
What does IDEO offer you?
Innovation and creativity: Dive into a variety of projects from creating breakthrough digital products and experiences, to designing new customer interactions, to building innovation capabilities – working alongside talented individuals across disciplines.
Learning and growth: Whether it’s strengthening your project leadership, deepening your interaction design craft or exploring new technologies, we’re here to support your journey.
Community and well-being: Collaboration and community are central to what we do. We foster moments for creativity, connection, and reflection, respecting the need for work-life balance.
Projects with purpose: We partner with clients to use design as a means of realising their purpose and making a positive impact. We work 'upstream,' from defining the problem, designing possible solutions, and exploring what, why and how they might be brought to life.
Compensation
£70,000–£80,000 GBP, depending on experience

- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.

While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team.
On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.
Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. We will never ask for personal financial information or conduct interviews outside of these official channels.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The AI Infrastructure team builds and operates the production systems that power intelligent agents at scale. This team sits at the foundation of the agent platform, ensuring that model inference, orchestration, and execution layers are reliable, observable, and performant under real-world load.
Working closely with the Agent Systems team and broader infrastructure partners, this group owns the core primitives that enable agents to safely operate across internal systems. The environment is high-scale and high-stakes — systems serve millions of users and must meet strict reliability, latency, and correctness standards.
This is a deeply production-oriented team. Engineers here combine strong systems thinking with applied ML infrastructure experience, building in Rust and operating services where performance and failure modes matter.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and build the infrastructure layer powering AI agent systems in production
- Develop high-performance Rust services that handle model inference, orchestration, and execution
- Architect scalable systems capable of supporting millions of users and high request throughput
- Build reliable ML infrastructure and MLOps patterns for model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
- Define guardrails, observability, and failure handling for agent-driven workflows
- Optimize latency, throughput, and cost across inference and orchestration layers
- Partner closely with the Agent Systems team to translate experimental prototypes into hardened production systems
- Contribute to foundational infrastructure decisions in a high-scale, high-impact environment

NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building infrastructure for agent-based or LLM-powered systems
- Background in high-performance networking, async systems, or low-latency architectures
- Experience with container orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and model performance monitoring at scale
