Location: Amsterdam Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US: Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights. Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi. ABOUT THE ROLE: Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly. We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets. You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't. - Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors. - Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering. - Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team. - Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product. - Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking. - Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo. How we'll measure success: - Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them - Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels - How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market - Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it - Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week - Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work - Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products - Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack - Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer - Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too - Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you - Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus Nice to have: - Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools - Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality - Vibe-coding projects you're proud of We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you. Benefits: - Start-up Equity - Competitive Salary - Lunch Provided in Office - Team building events - Unlimited time off WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE? Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it. From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy. HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed. At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Location: Valencia Workplace: OnSite Role highlights: - Title: Satellite Systems Senior Technician - Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation - Reports to: Head of MAITE Spain - Location: Valencia, Spain - Type of Contract: Permanent - Working model: On-site - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Satellite Systems Senior Technician, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness. You will own the first power-on, initial software and firmware loading, and end-to-end systems verification of fully integrated SAR satellites, running automated functional, power, and bus test campaigns, diagnosing issues at the boundary between software, firmware, and electronics hardware, and ensuring configuration control on final activities. Your work lets test campaigns run independently on the line, without pulling engineers away from other teams. Who We Are ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth. ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Your day-to-day responsibilities - Execute initial satellite power-on, firmware flashing, and subsystem communication verifications. - Run, debug, and execute automated functional, power, and bus test scripts using Python, Shell, and Linux environments. - Work with Git repositories to manage test code, track updates, and verify software builds. - Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (GSE), and troubleshoot electronic hardware, power distribution, and digital interface issues using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters). - Diagnose whether an anomaly is a test setup issue or a genuine unit fault, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) in Jira. - Maintain detailed test logs and accurate documentation, and ensure configuration control on final activities. - Assist in managing activities related to satellite launch campaigns. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - procedures, processes, tools, test automation, and 6S. - Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, and communicate proactively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges or obstacles. - Work closely with the RF Senior Technician, AIT Engineering, and Quality, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met. What we’re looking for Must haves: - Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies, Applied Physics, Electronics, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related role. - 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up, debugging, and running real test benches and satellite systems or interfaces, not just executing someone else’s scripts. - Proficient in a Linux environment, comfortable modifying and debugging Python scripts, and working with Git. - Systems thinking across avionics, power, and software, enough to tell a test setup fault from a genuine unit fault. - Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. - Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics. - Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment. Nice to haves: - ICEYE-specific test frameworks, satellite bus specifics, Jira and MES flow, and launch campaign procedures. - Space or satellite AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) background. - Experience with environmental testing (e.g. vibration/shaker rigs, thermal testing). - Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence). - Lean & Six Sigma experience. Application Process - Talent Acquisition Interview - Hiring Manager General Interview - Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge - Final Interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; Limassol, Cyprus; Sofia City, Bulgaria Workplace: hybrid Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on. As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers. Responsibilities: Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation. Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one. Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves. Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure. Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards. Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level. Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms). Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources. Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services. Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants. Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role. Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA. Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers. Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently. Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes. Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership Requirements: 8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs. Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you. Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off. Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning. Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services. n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
