Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.
You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo.
Annual Salary Range (range may vary based on skills and experience)
From £88,000

What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave

Workplace: Remote
RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP.
This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers.
You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails.
- Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently.
- Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries.
- Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data.
- Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services.
- Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting.
- Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own.
- Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them.
- Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance.
- Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements.
- Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs.
- Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks.
- Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation.
- Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter, GTM to join our Talent team in Dublin and own full-cycle recruiting across our Go-To-Market organization, with a particular focus on Applied AI.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role. You’ll partner with Applied AI and GTM leaders to define what great looks like, build pipelines in markets where these roles are still new, and close candidates who have competing offers. Some of the roles you’ll run won’t have an established market benchmark, so you’ll help build the playbook as well as follow it. Priorities shift quickly, and you’ll have real ownership of the searches you run.
Key responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London, Paris and Munich, from intake through offer and close
Run intake sessions that scope the role, calibrate the bar, and challenge hiring managers where expectations don’t match the market
Screen candidates against the JD with enough technical judgment to separate strong from merely well-presented
Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines in markets where talent is scarce
Run structured, rigorous and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Work with the broader Talent team, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Own pipeline health, tracking conversion, calibration and time-in-stage, and use the data to give hiring managers clear recommendations
Help build and document the Applied AI and GTM hiring playbooks as the team scales
Minimum qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets, with working knowledge of local talent dynamics, compensation norms and employment practices
Strong stakeholder partnership: you build trust quickly with senior hiring managers in fast-moving environments
Willingness and ability to build technical depth quickly enough to run credible intake sessions and screens for Applied AI roles
Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches at once
Comfort with ambiguity and with building something new rather than running an established playbook
Self-starter who works autonomously while staying aligned with global hiring strategy
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and an understanding of the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred qualifications
Experience hiring technical customer-facing talent (Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales Engineers, or Applied AI/ML-adjacent roles) at an AI, SaaS or high-growth technology company
Experience recruiting across Sales, Partnerships or Marketing in addition to technical GTM roles
Experience scoping roles that have no established market benchmark
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK, France and Germany
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills (French or German especially)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€125.000
—
€170.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly.
We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly.
As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you.
We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible.
Key responsibilities
Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus
Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product
Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners
Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most
Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric
Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area
Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption
Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them
Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools
Minimum qualifications
A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft
Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction
Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale
Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions
Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement
Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas
Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools
Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout
Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice
Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool
Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team
A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way
Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work
Representative projects
Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap
Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time
Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow
Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls.
This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money. That separation is the point of the role, and you will own the SOX controls that enforce it and help design the access model that keeps it that way.
This is an opportunity to build a vendor-master function from the ground up and leverage process automation with Claude while supporting the team making AI safe.
Responsibilities
Supplier onboarding
Run intake for every new vendor and payee: validate completeness, collect and verify supporting documentation, and enable records in the ERP backbone system against agreed service levels
Validate supporting documents; set 1099-reportable and tax flags correctly
Confirm third-party risk and restricted-party screening before activation
Set up one-time and non-vendor payees with the right record type rather than forcing them through full onboarding
Partner with TPRM and IA teams on control requirements and continuous process improvement
1099 annual reporting
Bank details and fraud prevention
Own every bank-detail setup and change; validate against a bank letter on letterhead or an approved equivalent (void checks, etc.)
Run independent callbacks per policy using contact details sourced independently of the request, and record the evidence
Validate international bank formats and addresses (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, ABA, SEPA, BSB, IFSC, Japanese bank/branch codes)
Identify and escalate business-email-compromise attempts and other payment-fraud red flags
Data quality and maintenance
Maintain vendor structure: parent/child and remit-to relationships, entity and country records, contacts and payment terms
Lead vendor consolidation: eliminate duplicate vendors and bank accounts, execute merges and inactivations in batched, logged, reviewed changes
Run periodic health reviews for dormant vendors, stale bank letters, missing tax forms and incomplete records; drive 1099 and TIN readiness for year-end
Own periodic vendor deactivation campaigns
Controls and audit
Own the vendor-master SOX controls as the named control owner: maker-checker on every create and change, change-log review, evidence retained on every record
Prepare the periodic review of bank-detail changes paid, and address Internal Audit and external auditor requests
Partner with Finance Systems to design and maintain ERP security roles so vendor master, invoicing and payments stay separated
Flag any suspicious vendor set-up activity through the appropriate channels
Process, systems and improvement
Own vendor-master documentation, intake checklists, requester guidance and service levels
Serve as the vendor-data expert through process migrations, including data conversion and post-migration fixes
Partner on automation: AI-assisted intake validation, document extraction, bank-format checks and a vendor self-service portal
Report monthly on onboarding volume, cycle time, bank changes, exceptions and data quality, and use the data to improve the process
Minimum qualifications
7+ years in vendor master or AP operations with 3+ years of ownership
Owned a vendor master in an ERP end to end — process, controls and data — across multiple entities and countries
Hands-on experience verifying bank details and preventing payment fraud: bank letters, independent callbacks, BEC red flags, international bank formats
Experience with vendor tax documentation: W-9/W-8 validation, TIN matching, VAT/GST IDs, 1099 flagging
Working knowledge of procure-to-pay controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker, change logs, audit evidence — and have performed or owned a SOX control
Led a vendor data cleanup, consolidation or ERP migration and can show the outcome
The confidence to hold the line with requesters, vendors and senior stakeholders under time pressure while staying clear and helpful
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets (dedupe, lookups, reconciliations) and exceptional attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
Workday Financials vendor management, and experience with Zip, Coupa or a similar procure-to-pay platform
SOX experience at a public company or one preparing to go public
Experience supporting APAC and EMEA vendors in a high-growth, multi-entity company
Experience designing or reviewing ERP security roles with a systems team
Comfort using AI tools to automate validation, follow-ups and reporting

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training

Advanced proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe CC, Google Suite,) integrated with modern AI plugins.
A demonstrated ability to create engaging, application-based content (we’ll want to see examples of your work!).
Understanding of the B2B sales cycle, buyer personas, and revenue metrics.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
This role is open to MBA students graduating in spring 2027.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The SABR team owns the top layer of request processing for product discovery. We own the service that first receives product discovery requests (autocomplete, search, browse & recommendations) & executes the entire business logic that drives product discovery. That service also functions as a gateway to parse incoming user requests, orchestrate calls across the internal services that do the ranking and retrieval, interpret their responses, and assemble the final response the customer sees. We also own the public configuration APIs customers use to control how discovery behaves, and the MCP layer that exposes all of it to AI agents.
Our team owns both platform & product components: Because of the positioning of our services, we take part in every architectural decision of our core product offering. At the same time, our goals are heavily influenced by direct customer feedback, because all product discovery-related features are either implemented in or integrated with our services.
All of our services are public APIs, so interface design and backward compatibility are a constant part of the job. But most of our attention goes to keeping them fast and up: we serve up to 15k RPS, fan out to many internal services on every request, and are expected to stay available and degrade gracefully when any of them fails or slows down.
The work is distributed systems in practice rather than in theory: request orchestration, failure isolation, caching, latency budgets, capacity planning, and the observability to know what is actually happening in production. The team is small enough that engineers own problems end to end, from design through on-call.
ABOUT YOU
You're a staff-level engineer who wants to own systems, not tickets. You've built high-traffic, low-latency Python services and carried the pager for them. You think in trade-offs: latency versus cost, flexibility versus a public API that customers can't afford to see break, the fix that ships this week versus the architecture that has to last two years. You can lead work that spans several engineers and several quarters, you enjoy mentoring others, and you're fine when a problem shows up half-defined. You don't mind being the one who reads the spec for some unfamiliar protocol, works out how it fits, and designs an integration that holds up at scale. You change your mind when someone has a better argument, you make the people around you better, and you still care about your code long after it merges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the technical direction of one or more of our services - architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Lead design of new systems and public APIs, and the evolution of existing ones as traffic and feature scope grow.
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code review, and mentor mid and senior engineers into owning bigger scopes.
- Partner with product, other engineering teams, and solutions/support to shape what we build and to represent search constraints and trade-offs honestly.
- Take part in on-call for the systems you own, and lead incident response and follow-through when things break.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TECHNICAL
- Substantial experience building and operating high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language).
- Experience with observability and performance work in live systems.
- Experience designing and evolving public APIs that external customers depend on.
- Experience designing & implementing scalable service-oriented architectures.
BEYOND THE CODE
- Track record of leading projects that span multiple engineers and quarters.
- Influence without authority, and willingness to change your position when someone has a better argument.
- Clear written communication - design docs, RFCs, postmortems.
- Good judgment about trade-offs and scope.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Ownership that extends past merge, to how the system behaves in production.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS
- Background in search, ranking, information retrieval, or e-commerce product discovery.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-facing infrastructure (MCP, agent tooling, or similar).
