About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE SECURITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Infrastructure Security team provides and supports the primitives that enable engineering to securely build applications and meet compliance obligations, while abstracting away the underlying complexity for the best possible developer experience.
Our work centers on workload identity and authorization: how internal applications authenticate to each other and to the services they depend on, and how that access is granted and enforced. We're replacing static secrets with short-lived identity credentials, bringing identity-based authentication to the services engineers use every day, and unifying how authorization is managed across the company.
We're a platform engineering team with a security mission. We measure success by the security outcomes we enable and by how much engineers enjoy building on what we ship — the secure path should be the easiest path.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A platform builder. You love building infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day, and you sweat the developer experience details that make adoption effortless.
- Fluent in service-to-service auth. You know authentication and authorization deeply: JWTs, X.509 certificates, and when to reach for each.
- A systems thinker. You reason carefully about bootstrapping, circular dependencies, availability, and failure modes, especially for infrastructure that everything else depends on.
- A pragmatic migrator. You know that shipping the primitive is half the job. You can drive adoption across many teams, meet them where they are, and retire the legacy path.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities and making security frictionless.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build workload identity infrastructure. Make short-lived identity credentials a default part of every application's runtime environment, in partnership with application platform owners.
- Bring identity-based authentication to internal services. Work with the owners of major internal dependencies to support identity certificates, make them the golden path for newly onboarding applications, and drive migration of existing ones.
- Eliminate static secrets. Replace all static passwords and service tokens with short-lived identity credentials, and build identity-authenticated egress proxies and API abstractions that inject and automatically rotate managed secrets for the external dependencies that still require them.
- Unify authorization. Build a single interface and framework through which authorization policies are centrally managed and enforced.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security-related platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and authentication/authorization technologies such as JWTs, X.509 certificates, PKI, cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and OPA.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure that other teams depend on, with attention to availability and failure modes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities or lead large-scale migrations.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

We embrace the latest advancements in practices and tooling that make modern security teams effective.
We are comfortable in code and collaborate often with engineering to create products that are secure by default.
Who we’re looking for
- Risk-focused and pragmatic. You excel at identifying and reasoning about security risk in real-world contexts. You prioritize ruthlessly, always asking: what's the most effective way to reduce risk right now and in the long term?
- A builder who can break things. You're comfortable reading and writing code, and you have a passion for deeply understanding the products you secure. You think like an attacker to find subtle, high impact vulnerabilities and like a defender to design pragmatic, effective mitigations.

Responsibilities
- Lead secure design efforts. Partner with engineering teams on secure design and code reviews. Identify and prioritize risks early in the product lifecycle.
- Build secure by default systems. Develop paved paths that systemically reduce risk and make secure development the easiest path for engineers.
- Perform offensive security testing. Conduct penetration tests and code audits on new and existing products from an adversarial lens.
- Improve our security tooling. Integrate and improve our static analysis, supply chain security, and vulnerability management capabilities across engineering pipelines.
- Operate our responsible disclosure program. Run and improve our program by furthering automation, validating submissions, and coordinating remediation.
- Improve our products. Write and ship code to remediate vulnerabilities in production systems and improve the security posture of WorkOS products.
- Work directly with customers. Help build our customers' trust by directly engaging with their security-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a security engineering or security-focused software engineering role.
- Ability to execute across a wide range of security functions such as security assessments, penetration testing, responsible disclosure, security tooling integration, etc.
- Familiarity with and experience using common industry tooling.
- Proven ability to identify vulnerabilities in software, demonstrated through CVEs, bug bounty, blog posts, or prior work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in partnering with engineering teams.
- Comfortable reading and writing code, and able to effectively leverage AI during the process.
- Bonus: Experience in the authentication and identity domain.
- Bonus: Experience writing production level code, especially developing security features.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You’ll join a high-performing, strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb further into the enterprise space. We’ve proven product-market fit, closed Fortune 500 logos, and built a pipeline that’s primed for the kind of enterprise sellers who know how to multi-thread, influence the C-suite, and navigate $500K–$1M+ ACV opportunities. This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it’s built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and drive complex, 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
Build strategic, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership
Sell consultatively, bringing deep understanding of the customer’s business, technical landscape, and buying process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape high-value, tailored deals
Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets
Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
What you’ll bring to the role:
5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure
Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a $250 million dollar consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams.
What You'll Own
Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands.
Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others.
Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken.
Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them.
Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate.
Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday.
Skills & Qualifications
Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work.
Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly.
Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself.
Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches.
Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes.
Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics.
AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster.
Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility.
You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change.
You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call.
You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k).
Why You'll Love Working at Nysonian

We're founder-led and operate with speed, direct communication, and clear accountability
We invest in tools and management practices that help colleagues do their best work
Our products are used by customers globally
AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale

- Comfortable working with technical teams on integrations, data flows, field mapping, testing, and issue tracking.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies.

- Experience working with third-party implementation partners in a complex enterprise or multi-entity environment.
- CPP, FPC, PMP, or similar certification is helpful but not required.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
This is a temporary contract role expected to last approximately 3–5 months. The role will support GreenLight through implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and initial stabilization of the new payroll provider.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
- Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Visiting Sales Associate based in our New York office to support our sales and revenue teams as we scale Peec AI's customer base in the US. In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team on deal execution, sales content, and CRM operations while helping improve the systems and automations that power our revenue engine. You'll gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B SaaS sales, from outreach and pipeline management to revenue operations and automation, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn quickly and help build a fast-growing startup's go-to-market presence in New York.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the sales team in closing deals and managing key client relationships
- Develop sales content, from outreach sequences to pitch decks and case studies
- Design and implement automations across our sales stack to improve efficiency and tracking
- Contribute to revenue operations by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows
- Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and help make things happen
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available to start immediately full-time in New York for 3–6 months
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal: you're comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools
- Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Low-ego team player who's easy to work with and doesn't shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, Notion, or n8n
- Exposure to sales operations, CRM management, or data-driven growth
- Have built your own startup or cool projects you're proud of
WHAT WE OFFER
- A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (minimum 3-month duration)
- A high-impact internship at one of the fastest-growing Series A startups in AI, as part of the team building our New York office from the ground up
- Real ownership and visibility across the sales and revenue organization
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Dinner on us every evening, plus Uber rides home when working late
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment in NYC
