In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers and internal teams, solving complex HR challenges across a number of countries in Western Europe, primarily Portugal, Italy, and Spain. Cross-country HR experience , with a deep global focus (eg, APAC, EMEA, AMER, LATAM).
The garden3d Head of Technology has one mandate: everything we build works, holds up in production, and gets built the smartest way available to us. Working in close partnership with our founder & president Hugh Francis, this person sets the engineering standard, and builds the culture that holds it.
Location: North America
Workplace: Remote
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 30,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
At Linear, we are committed to quality. Security is an essential part of that quality — not a layer that we add later, but something we build in from the start. We have a foundational security program we're proud of but, as Linear evolves our product and scales into enterprise, there's meaningful work ahead: staying ahead of vulnerabilities as our attack surface grows, responding fast and cleanly when incidents happen, and hardening our product and infrastructure. As Security Engineer at Linear, you'll be operating in a high-autonomy role with real scope, doing hands-on security work across the product and infrastructure we build.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
Depending on your experience / skillset and our broader priorities, you could:
- Operate, automate, and extend vulnerability management end-to-end: triage, prioritize, and drive remediation across product, infrastructure, and dependencies, and keep the program’s SLAs meaningful rather than theoretical
- Run our bug bounty program: triage incoming reports, validate severity, work with engineering on fixes, and keep researcher relationships professional and responsive
- Lead product security testing: threat model new features (including AI/agent-facing surfaces), review designs and code for security-relevant risk, and do hands-on testing (manual and tool-assisted) rather than relying solely on scanners
- Be a primary responder for security incidents: lead investigation and containment, drive postmortems, and turn lessons into concrete hardening work
- Own meaningful chunks of our cloud/infra security posture on GCP/k8s/Postgres: harden configurations, close gaps surfaced by audits or scanning, and partner with infra engineering on secure defaults
- Build and maintain security tooling and automation, including using AI/LLM tooling to speed up triage, code review, and repetitive investigation work, so the program scales without linear headcount growth
- Partner with the GRC/Trust function: feed real findings into the risk register and control evidence, and help make sure compliance requirements reflect actual engineering practice
What we’re looking for
- A generalist, senior-level security engineer (5+ years across security engineering, with real depth in at least two of: vulnerability management, product/appsec testing, incident response, and cloud security). We need breadth, rather than a narrow specialist in any one of these.
- Hands-on and technical: you can read and reason about code (we use a lot of TypeScript), you’re comfortable in cloud environments (GCP a plus), and you can go deep on a finding rather than just filing a ticket for someone else to fix. You’re comfortable using AI coding/security tools as force multipliers (Linear Agent, Claude, Codex, etc).
- Calm under pressure: you can lead an incident from first alert through postmortem without needing to be told what to do next
- A builder: you’d rather write a script or ship a tool than repeat a manual process a third time
- A pragmatic risk-reducer: you optimize for actually reducing risk, not for checking a box or maximizing findings count
- Autonomy-oriented: comfortable setting your own priorities, working with significant independence, and knowing when to escalate
- A clear communicator: able to explain a technical finding to a non-technical stakeholder and write it up so it’s actually actionable
Our tech
This is a hands-on security engineering role. You'll be running tools, reading/writing code, building detections, working in our cloud environment, and partnering closely with the engineers who build our product. Our stack is fronted by Cloudflare and runs on Google Cloud with k8s, Postgres, and Node.
For day-to-day work, we use:
- Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace for collaboration
- Claude and ChatGPT for general & engineering-specific AI tasks
- Vanta for compliance automation and evidence collection
Our security-specific tooling includes:
- GitHub Advanced Security
- RunReveal
- SentinelOne
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Regulatory Legal team, the group responsible for maintaining and growing Kraken's product offerings across every region we operate in and for advising the business on its day-to-day regulatory obligations. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from tradfi (traditional finance), fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice. We partner directly with Compliance, Product and senior leadership to keep our licensed entities running smoothly and our regulators well served.
This is a remote role based in Hong Kong or Singapore, supporting our growing volume of regulatory work across the broader APAC region. You will operate as a practical legal generalist with a focus on Product legal advice: supporting launches and product changes across APAC, including derivatives and over-the-counter ("OTC") options, tokenised equities, earn and staking products, custody, and card and payments offerings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide product legal support for APAC launches and enablement across the entire Payward product suite, including xStocks, OTC options, institutional custody and execution, and cross-regional products rolling out across APAC
- Act as a gatekeeper for new APAC outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate the cost, and sign off before matters are routed externally, so that outside counsel is used where local-law advice is genuinely required
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into pragmatic, actionable guidance for the business, favouring plain-English communication, measurable risk trade-offs and decision-ready recommendations
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example for multi-jurisdiction licensing analysis, first drafts of regulatory submissions and matter tracking) to raise the speed and consistency of the team's work
- Own the APAC regulatory workload under the direction of the APAC regulatory lead, including licence variations, client and broker agreement documentation, licensing structure questions and routine regulator correspondence
- Take ownership of geography-specific licensing in markets such as Kazakhstan, Pakistan and the Philippines, instructing and supervising local counsel in region and in time zone, and supporting other APAC markets (for example South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia) as they arise
- Support Payward Group licensing initiatives in key APAC markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong, including preparing application materials and coordinating with outside counsel
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and Wales, or an equivalent common law jurisdiction
- 10 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, derivatives dealer or crypto services provider), at a law firm supporting such clients and/or at a relevant regulator
- Demonstrated ability to independently own regulatory relationships and business-as-usual regulatory workstreams, including notifications, information requests and supervisory correspondence
- Strong experience with the financial regulatory landscape in a major Asian financial centre (eg, Singapore and the MAS, Hong Kong and the SFC/HKMA)
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of local counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including in markets where you are not admitted
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing ("AML/CTF") obligations and regulatory expectations
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote, multi-time-zone environment, owning a broad workload from day one
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on virtual asset regulation in one or more APAC jurisdictions
- Familiarity with the regulation of derivatives (including OTC options), equities and emerging tokenised financial instruments
- Experience supporting change-of-control notifications or other regulatory aspects of corporate transactions
- Experience with payments, e-money or card regulation
- Working proficiency in a second APAC language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help local merchants reach more customers, and the New Verticals teams make sure those partners have a great experience working with us. You'll join the Quality team in New Verticals EMEA, which works across both regional and global levels to improve how we support, onboard and grow our merchant partners across all of our markets, including Wolt and Deliveroo.
You'll sit at the intersection of merchants, account management, and our support and quality organizations. You'll work on large, cross-market initiatives and partner closely with our regional teams and global heads.
What you'll be doing
This role is about taking a global view of merchant quality and operational excellence, and turning what you find into initiatives that make best practices. You contribute to our quality targets – most importantly reducing items not found and cancellations, and improving efficiency and product substitutions. You'll own the initiatives and projects you drive, for instance occasions and go-to-market, and you'll work hands-on with the internal team stakeholders, while staying close to the merchant experience.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Act as the point of contact and build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product and customer support, helping resolve defects and recurring issues at a global level
Drive product rollouts across markets, informing and training Account Managers and ensuring merchants are set up for success
Analyse how things work in practice across regions, spotting and grouping similar issues and feeding those insights back to the right teams
Lead global and cross-regional initiatives such as occasions and best practices, working with regional heads to improve performance in their markets
Collaborate with specialists across countries, running initiatives together
Use data and AI tools to analyse, automate and prototype solutions yourself, rather than waiting on others
Our humble expectations
Confident working with data. You can pull, analyse and draw conclusions on your own
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to automate work and speed up analysis, while knowing they're a starting point and not a replacement for judgment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from different markets and levels of seniority
Solid project management skills and a track record of taking initiatives from idea to delivery
A generalist mindset: you're curious, pick things up quickly and are happy to dig into the details
A strong sense of ownership and a drive to go beyond what's expected
Fluent English both written and spoken.
What we offer
Global visibility: work on initiatives that impact many markets and collaborate directly with global heads
A real opportunity to make an impact and shape how we work with merchants worldwide
A clear growth path. Many people in this role move on to take regional ownership or product ownership
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for distributed systems engineers and product-minded generalists to build the distributed runtime that powers large-scale LLM inference on Baseten. Our inference platform empowers customers to deploy and operate cutting-edge models with industry-leading performance, scalability, and reliability. It also powers Model APIs, our hosted endpoints for the latest open-source models. You'll work across the stack, from the developer experience customers use to deploy models, through the libraries behind features like tool calling and reasoning, down to the systems that orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes and route traffic efficiently. Your job is to make sure every model on our platform is fast, reliable, and cost-efficient. You'll join a small, high-impact team at the intersection of distributed systems, model performance, infrastructure, and product, helping define how developers use AI models at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning systems in production, solving hard integration problems, and making complex infrastructure simple and reliable for users.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll get to work on these types of projects on our Inference Platform:
- The Baseten Inference Stack at NVIDIA Dynamo Day https://www.baseten.co/blog/nvidia-dynamo-day-baseten-inference-stack/
- 2x faster inference with KV cache-aware routing https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-baseten-achieved-2x-faster-inference-with-nvidia-dynamo/
- How Baseten multi-cloud capacity management (MCM) unifies deployments https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-baseten-multi-cloud-capacity-management-mcm-powers-cloud-self-hosted-and-hybr/#comparing-deployment-options-cloud-vs-self-hosted-vs-hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the infrastructure and orchestration systems that deploy and run large-scale distributed LLM inference, including routing, autoscaling, scheduling, and runtime management.
- Design, build, and operate Model APIs, with a focus on advanced inference capabilities: structured outputs (JSON mode, grammar-constrained generation), tool/function calling, and multimodal serving.
- Implement platform fundamentals such as API versioning, validation, usage metering, quotas, and authentication.
- Instrument deep observability (metrics, traces, logs) and build repeatable benchmarks for speed, reliability, and quality. Help set best practices for testing, release automation, and operational excellence.
- Debug and harden complex production systems spanning Kubernetes, distributed runtimes, networking, and GPU workloads to improve reliability and scalability.
- Partner with Inference Performance engineers and other teams to make new optimizations broadly available to customers and easy to configure.
- Own projects end to end, from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and iteration on customer feedback. Along the way, make thoughtful tradeoffs between performance, reliability, operational simplicity, and developer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years building and operating distributed systems, backend infrastructure, or large-scale APIs where reliability, latency, and scale are first-class concerns.
- A proven track record of owning low-latency, reliable backend services, including rate limiting, auth, quotas, metering, and migrations.
- Infrastructure instincts with a feel for performance: profiling, tracing, capacity planning, and SLO management.
- Comfort debugging performance and reliability issues across multiple layers of the stack, from application behavior down to runtime and infrastructure internals.
- A strong sense of developer experience. You think about how systems are used, not just how they work.
- Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and systems, and a real interest in inference engineering. Prior ML or LLM experience isn't required, though experience with model serving or inference systems is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills, including writing clear design docs and working across functions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with or contributions to LLM inference engines and frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TGI, or Dynamo.
- Deep Kubernetes experience, including operators and custom resources, plus familiarity with service meshes or API gateways.
- Experience with distributed scheduling, autoscaling, or service orchestration.
- Experience operating GPU workloads in production.
- A background in developer-facing infrastructure or APIs, or contributions to open-source infrastructure or ML systems.
- Familiarity with observability tooling, CI/CD systems, or release automation.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

- In the near term, this will include managing creator and influencer partnerships including affiliates, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and building co-marketing programs with customers, technology partners, model providers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- You will work across the full program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing briefs, managing outreach, coordinating execution, tracking performance, and recommending what to scale, change, or stop.
- You will partner closely with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, business development, legal, and finance to make sure programs are clear, on-brand, operationally sound, and connected to business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for a marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and enough strategic range to work across multiple types of programs for a range of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of how long-form content performs differently from short-form and other social channels.
- 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
- Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and translating broad goals into concrete plans.
- Strong taste, communication skills, and judgment around brand, audience fit, creator quality, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch. This role requires someone who can create structure where it does not yet exist, but without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.
- You should care about measurement and be able to connect marketing programs to outcomes such as subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in AI, SaaS, subscription products.
- Experience creating partner-facing materials such as briefs, sponsorship packages, or co-marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Runway, AI video, creator communities, internet culture, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready.
This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio.
- Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup.
- KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages.
- Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People.
- Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals.
- Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business.
- Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings.
- Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions.
- Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action.
- High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar).
- Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness.
- International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
- Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks).
- Experiencing with litigation or employment matters.
- Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff product engineer — not a generalist who happens to touch frontend and backend, but someone who thinks like a product owner and ships like an engineer.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
End-to-end ownership
You take on the problems nobody's claimed — the ones that span squads with no obvious owner — and carry them from a fuzzy first conversation to what's actually live. If it touches the customer, it's yours to chase down.
Comfort in ambiguity
Half-formed problems and conflicting signals are your starting material, not a blocker. You define the problem before you solve it, form a point of view on what's worth building, and move without waiting for someone else to de-risk the call.
Customer-first, always
You think from the customer's problem backward, not the codebase forward. Every technical call traces back to what it does for the person on the other end of the message — and you can explain that connection to people who don't write code. Given the choice, you ship the thing that changes their experience, not the thing that's merely elegant.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Shipping your part isn't the bar. You bring in the right people before a problem becomes theirs to clean up, and you leave enough behind — docs, patterns, delegation — that the team keeps moving without you in the room.
What You'll Do
Own important, ambiguous problems from initial framing through launch and iteration. Set direction, align partners, and stay accountable for the result.
Partner with product, design, and data to shape priorities, scope the work, and define how success will be measured.
Lead technical decisions across the stack, including architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead work across teams and systems. Build alignment, resolve technical disagreements, and keep complex initiatives moving.
Improve engineering practices through mentorship, reusable patterns, and clear technical guidance.
Use AI throughout your engineering work, with sound judgment about where it helps, where it falls short, and how its output should be reviewed. Help the team improve by testing new workflows, sharing what works, and identifying useful opportunities for automation.
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the systems the team builds.
What we're looking for
A track record of leading complex work across teams or systems and delivering meaningful customer, business, or engineering outcomes.
Strong backend engineering experience, with the ability to work across the stack and lead end-to-end technical decisions.
Strong product and technical judgment, especially when the problem or path forward is unclear.
The ability to influence experienced peers and align teams without formal authority.
Experience using metrics, experimentation, and observability to guide decisions and improve production systems.
Regular, hands-on use of AI across the software development lifecycle, with the judgment to adapt as tools change while remaining accountable for quality, security, and outcomes. Experience improving how a broader team uses AI is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
Application
- We review everyone with care. Tell us why you're interested.
Recruiter Call (30 mins)
- Let's chat about what you're looking for and how we work.
Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)
- Talk with one of our hiring managers about your working style and a product you've owned end-to-end, plus a short AI-assisted coding exercise.
System Design Interview (60 mins)
- A collaborative conversation that moves between product tradeoffs and system design — how you'd scope something ambiguous and how you'd build it.
Take-Home Assignment
- Complete a short, realistic task similar to what you'd work on here.
Assignment Review Call (60 mins)
- Walk us through your work and discuss tradeoffs, priorities, and how you'd iterate.
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.
Customer.io

We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
An understanding of our target customers: The ability to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of data engineers, data scientists, data architects, and technical stakeholders.
