COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers — large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
- Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
- Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
- High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

🚤 The role
We're looking for a Sales Director to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy for our human-led Sales: the part of our business where a Sales rep steps in between a tenant and an owner to close the deal.
This is an inbound, transactional, high-volume business (40k leads per year), international and B2C, with an average basket of €7K.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead a team of 4 Sales Managers handling around 15 Sales Executives and 25 seasonal employees, with full ownership of your team's recruitment and the whole Sales cycle.

Your mission is clear: deliver the yearly expected revenue base while :
Challenging the Sales approach we've had for the past 10 years
Managing potential geographical and segment expansion
Assessing where AI could be wisely introduced in our Sales cycle.
You'll shape the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
🛟 What floats your boat
You will be responsible for the following:
Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
Managing the Sales side of potential business expansion into new geographies like the U.S. or segments like luxury yachting.
Introducing AI into the dealflow when relevant.
Managing your P&L according to budget.
🧭 What you bring aboard
8+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in a B2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
5+ years of experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
A first experience of managing managers.
A doer and problem-solver with a massive bias for action, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and balancing the long-term view with short-term workarounds.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) to report on your line of business with accuracy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
Spanish or French.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
You will carry a book of 10-30 accounts - $1B to $5B+ revenue companies. You work in a pod with a dedicated Enterprise Engagement Manager on a shared book: one account plan, shared customer outcomes, and comp designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
This is a role that requires a depth of expertise selling to Fortune 500 companies, knowing how to architect multi-disciplinary commercial deals, comfort regularly selling to C-Suite executives, and strategic GTM deal architecture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run 10-30 concurrent enterprise cycles a year at $100K - $1M+, from first outbound through production deployment
- Build multi-threaded relationships across creative, marketing, technology, and procurement in $5B+ organizations
- Win new logos in whitespace and source expansion in existing accounts
- Work your pod plan with your Engagement Manager so consumption milestones land quickly
- Forecast with the discipline of someone the CRO plans around: staged exits, named next steps, no happy ears
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales with consistent six and seven-figure deals
- A quota history above 100% you can walk through year by year, President's Club achievement, etc.
- Demonstrated account development: you have grown named accounts 2-3x, and renewals were the floor of that growth
- Command of MEDDPICC or equivalent, with the CRM hygiene to prove your pipeline is real
- Working AI fluency - you use generative tools yourself and can demo credibly to a skeptical enterprise buyer
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold creative or content technology
- Sold consumption or usage-based contracts
- Sourced the majority of your own pipeline

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
Runway is scaling its Enterprise revenue organization with leaders who know how to build and scale high-performance teams. And, who can operate a revenue machine while keeping customer value in mind - leading our industry-based revenue pods responsible for both net-new ACV, NRR, and Renewal.
This role is designed for the leader who wants to accelerate their CRO career trajectory. Someone who knows how to build and scale teams and leadership excellence from $100M to $500M+ organizations, operate in AI-native fluid environments, and have experience selling-to, expanding, and renewing with client operators from across a variety of ICPs (From operators in Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance, to technologists in AI, IT Infrastructure, and Security).
Runway is searching for leaders who enjoy the build - hiring top-performing AEs and frontline leaders to grow your teams for scale. You’re a leader-of-leaders who lead hybrid revenue pods of AEs + Engagement managers. We expect you to think like a CRO - every pod is effectively a P&L, expansion is as much your number as new logos, and any customer who signs needs to see value through consumption of the Runway platform.
If you have only ever inherited a running enterprise org, this is not the right fit. If you have built one, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead an Enterprise segment of 3-4 frontline sales managers; each with 3-5 revenue pods beneath them with operating Enterprise Account Executives and Engagement Managers in each pod. At scale, this role leads 25 - 40 GTM teammates
- Own the segment's new ACV and NRR targets - both numbers, one owner, reviewed weekly with the CRO
- Engage personally with C-level executives on accounts, building business cases and navigating procurement, security review, legal through to production deployment
- Run the operating rhythm: forecasting to +/-5%, deal inspection, pipeline generation discipline, and account planning across a long-cycle book
- Ensure that each of your leaders engages their revenue pods (AE + Engagement manager) to drive license consumption and value output. The more we invest in our customer’s adoption, the more everyone wins.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales with 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations with experience as a second-line leader
- A validated record of building - you have grown an enterprise segment past 25 sellers and beaten the number while doing it
- Personal history of closing and sponsoring $250k-$1M+ ACV deals with $1B+ revenue companies
- Experience running consumption or usage-based revenue models, where expansion is earned through customer value
- Fluency with modern AI - you use these tools daily, operate your team with them to drive productivity, you can demo Runway credibly to a CMO or CTO, and you have a defensible point of view on where generative media is going
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to reinforce value-orientation and deal progression with your teams
- A record of exceeding quota year-over-year
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience selling API and AI infrastructure solutions to CTO / CIOs
- Sold creative, media, or content technology to Fortune 500 marketing and studio organizations
- Built vertical pod or team structures with shared new ACV + NRR%/Renewal ownership
- Scaled a GTM org through the $100M to $500M+ revenue stage

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Render Startup Program is how we earn our place as the default cloud for the next generation of builders. The most important founders don't come to us through ads or big conferences, they come through trusted rooms, warm intros, and high-signal moments. This role exists to build and run those moments at scale.
As our Startup Marketing Associate, you'll be the operational engine and the on-the-ground face of the program. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day mechanics that keep the program humming, and you'll build our SF founder-dinner motion from the ground up, curating the right rooms, running flawless events, and turning relationships into momentum for Render. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Startup Program lead and our Developer Relations team to reach founders where they actually are.
This is a role for someone early in their career but already plugged into the San Francisco startup ecosystem, someone social and high-agency who can make a warm intro in their sleep, fill a room with the right people, and make every founder in it feel like their time was well spent. If you're looking to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth at a company moving fast to capture a generational market opening, this is a front-row seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program. Own application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable, so the program scales cleanly and our lead can stay focused on strategy.
- Build and run the SF founder engine. Source and curate guest lists of high-quality founders, manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics end-to-end, and own flawless day-of execution so every event feels effortless and worth a founder's time.
- Drive light event marketing and promotion. Craft invitations, event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture that resonate with a founder and developer audience.
- Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale and ensure the content, conversations, and programming land credibly with a technical crowd.
- Grow Render's footprint in the SF ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships across founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, and become a connective node in the community we're building.
- Close the loop on impact. Track attendance, attribution, and conversion from event to program to customer, so we know which rooms produce the best builders and can double down.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6 years of experience across some mix of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This isn't a role for someone fresh out of school, but it is a great step for someone ready to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth.
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem. You're genuinely social, a natural connector, and you can make a warm intro in your sleep.
- Fluency in the venture landscape and a real understanding of the AI transformation reshaping how startups build.
- An instinct for how developers adopt tools. You understand the technologies in the consideration set for technical teams and that developers hate being marketed to. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, you just need to get the landscape.
- High agency and strong organization. You find problems before they're assigned, you're comfortable owning logistics from invite to follow-up, and you're energized by being in the room.
- Based in San Francisco, including for evening events.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams.
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, and similar).
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

The role:
At IDEO, we help clients move forward when the path isn’t clear — whether driven by ambition, responding to disruption, or breaking out of entrenched ways of working.
As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.
The right person for this role has strong business acumen and strategic instincts, with experience in growth strategy, product management, go-to-market execution, or venture creation. They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.
Once here you will:
Creatively problem-solve by generating new ideas, viable business models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and ventures, exploring unconventional or hidden solutions in a business context
Build an understanding of IDEO’s client organizations, and partner with clients to drive change and innovation within their teams and organizations
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify new and emerging opportunities, inform decisions, shape business cases, and build conviction for new ideas
Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear narratives that guide decision-making and align stakeholders
Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community

A minimum of 4 years of full-time working experience – in a past life, you may have worked in strategy consulting, venture design, product strategy, product management, product innovation, corporate strategy, business insights, business analytics, business planning, go-to market, and/or growth strategy
Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
Strong storytelling and strategic narrative-building skills
Standout candidates for this role will bring:

Familiarity with tools (including AI) to accelerate thinking and workflow
Client centricity (direct experience or signals of this skillset)
Experience with venture building, incubation, innovation labs or product/service development

Lead with curiosity and optimism
Hold space for authenticity and psychological safety

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
GTM Systems builds and runs the platform that Sales and contracting operate on. These are production systems that process real transactions and produce the data the rest of the company depends on, and the team has grown into a scope where the engineering practices need to grow with it. The platform-developer model got us here. The next stage is a team that operates as software engineers on top of it.
We are hiring a technical lead to build that next stage. You will design and stand up the engineering motions the team runs on, from pull requests and CI/CD through automated UAT, and you will set the technical bar by working alongside the team rather than legislating from the side. Anthropic is also an unusual place to do this work: our own frontier models are part of your toolkit, the team already uses them daily, and a real part of this role is turning that individual usage into a coordinated engineering practice.
Key responsibilities
Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems that process lead-to-cash transactions and generate the data points the organization runs on, including changes originating in other teams that land on our platform
Architect and mature the engineering pipeline the team develops against: pull request workflow, CI/CD, automated UAT, and the deploy path from source control to production
Establish shared AI-assisted development standards for the team, converting existing individual usage into consistent practice that holds up under review
Work with engineering teams outside GTM on shared architectural problems and common tooling, where the right answer is a platform decision rather than a local one
Build and shape the agentic tooling running on top of our platform, and set the pattern other engineers follow when they build the next one
Trace the dependency chain from upstream data and downstream quoting and provisioning systems, and make sure design decisions account for what they break
Partner with the platform developers on the team as engineering practice deepens, expanding what the team can safely ship
Minimum qualifications
Have strong software engineering fundamentals: version control discipline, testing, code review, deployment automation, and a bias toward simple designs
Have built the delivery pipeline for a team, not just worked within one, and can describe the sequencing choices you made
Have led a team through a step change in engineering practice as its scope grew, including what you did when adoption slowed
Work fluently with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows, and have views on how a team should standardize around them
Can run a technical discussion across teams that do not report to you and leave it with a decision rather than a follow-up meeting
Reason about systems you do not own well enough to predict how your changes affect them
Prefer influence through demonstrated work over positional authority
Preferred qualifications
Have worked on business-critical enterprise platforms where financial correctness and auditability mattered
Have experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms, including their metadata and deployment models
Have built tooling or agents on top of an enterprise system of record
Have operated in a company under audit or compliance constraints
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
