Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.
Collaborate internally with the User Acquisition team as well as externally with the Playtika organization to share knowledge and drive best practices across teams.
Advance our internal tools and processes using dedicated engineering and analytics resources.
Strengthen our relationships with advertising partners, including Applovin, Google, and others.
Identify and evaluate creative growth opportunities for global expansion.
Partner closely with the Creative Production team to develop, test, and iterate on creative concepts, translating UA insights and performance data into new creative hypotheses and opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Ad Monetization and other teams to identify and test opportunities that can improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the yoga, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Mistral AI’s Defense team to build software for defense institutions and industry.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and a background in data engineering or transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You will help shape the architecture, write production code and own substantial software components, from design through deployment and operation.
This role offers the scope and autonomy of a senior technical individual contributor in a small team. It is particularly suited to engineers operating at Senior or Staff level in demanding product engineering environments who want broad ownership and to stay deeply involved in implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build services for data ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and operational workflows.
- Develop shared data models, APIs and SDKs that help engineers build applications on a consistent foundation.
- Make authorization a core part of the architecture: define and enforce which users, applications and agents can access data or perform actions, with clear audit trails.
- Solve problems involving data consistency, schema evolution, concurrency, performance and failure recovery across services and data systems.
- Turn needs from our applied engineers and defense users into reusable software capabilities, making pragmatic choices about what to build and how to evolve them.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, testing, observability, debugging and maintainability in demanding deployment environments.
- Use AI coding tools and coding agents extensively to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring and debugging. Help the team improve these workflows while maintaining a high engineering standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong practical familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows. You use coding agents regularly, can break complex work into well-scoped tasks, provide effective context, review generated code and validate the result through tests and debugging. You remain accountable for the architecture, correctness, security and maintainability of what you ship.
- A strong track record of building and operating production software, with substantial ownership of complex systems.
- Experience in data engineering or in building transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You understand the trade-offs behind data models, storage, query execution and service boundaries.
- Experience building products where access control, permissions and data governance are central to how the system works. Work on platforms such as Foundry, or systems with comparable requirements, is particularly relevant.
- Broad software engineering skills and the ability to move between architecture, implementation and production debugging. You are comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language, solid SQL skills and the ability to become productive quickly in a Python and TypeScript environment.
- High autonomy and sound judgment: you can turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan, make technical decisions and deliver useful increments with limited supervision.
- A collaborative approach to technical leadership through code, design discussions, reviews and mentoring, and a clear motivation to build software for defense institutions and industry.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a data platform or developer product used by other engineering teams.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization, multi-tenant architectures, data lineage or auditable operational workflows.
- Experience with self-hosted software, restricted networks or other demanding deployment constraints.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and their integration with data and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. The people who use it are demanding, opinionated, and allergic to marketing.
We want someone who belongs in that room. Not a brand account with a person behind it, but a trader's trader who happens to be very good at building community.
Come here to build and grow this Community for us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Live in the trenches. Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, the group chats you're already in at 3am. You're not "monitoring channels". You're a participant, with standing.
- Be the fastest voice in the room. When a chain halts, a listing drops, or the market goes vertical, you're posting before the screenshots start circulating. Speed with accuracy, not vibes.
- Build the inner circle. Stand up an ambassador and power-user program: the market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders who'll tell you the truth about the product. Give them a reason to stay loud.
- Run the room in public. AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, post-mortems when we get something wrong. Own the format, don't just attend it.
- Close the loop with Product. You'll be the first to hear that the order entry flow is broken. Your job is to get it to the PM with receipts, then go back and tell the community what happened.
- Write things people screenshot. Threads on microstructure, teardowns of new features, release notes that don't read like release notes.
- Prove it worked. Sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, retention of the accounts that matter. You bring the numbers to the table before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You trade. Actual positions, actual scars. You can hold a conversation about funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency without reaching for a glossary.
- 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience. Crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools all count.
- You write fast and well. Short-form that lands, long-form that holds up under scrutiny from people smarter than the average follower.
- You have thick skin and good instincts. Crypto community management means getting yelled at with an audience watching. You de-escalate without going corporate and you know when to push back.
- You've built something from a standing start, not just maintained an existing account.
- You operate without a brief. Markets don't wait for approval chains, and neither should you… because you know where the line is and you don't need a committee to find it.
- You're comfortable with the ambiguity of a company that ships constantly and reorganizes around opportunity.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About the Role
We are an international broker. Our clients fund and withdraw through approximately 60 payment methods across Asia, Africa, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Payments Product is now a standalone function, and we are building the team around it. This is an early core hire.
We are looking for a Payment Integration Manager who will own payment integrations end to end—from the initial technical call with a provider through to stable production.
You will also be the first line of response for every payment incident and the person responsible for deciding whether a new integration is ready to go live.
This is a technical operations role rather than a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Provider Onboarding & Integration
Manage the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including:
Initial technical calls
Credentials and sandbox access
Configuration and test design
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Production launch
Post-release stabilisation
Define integration acceptance standards and own the go/no-go decision before launch.
Review provider API documentation and translate it into implementation-ready specifications for engineering, covering edge cases, failure paths, and confirmation model behaviour.
2. Payment Incident Management
Own the first-line response for payment incidents, including:
Failed and stuck transactions
Unconfirmed payments
Payment method-level anomalies
Investigate and drive incidents to resolution rather than simply escalating them.
Diagnose provider-side versus platform-side issues using logs, API responses, and transaction data.
Communicate findings clearly to providers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
3. Technical Testing & Verification
Perform hands-on verification of payment integrations.
Conduct manual checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Verify callbacks and API behaviour using Postman or equivalent tools.
Execute SQL queries to investigate transaction data.
Validate asynchronous payment statuses, confirmation models, redirect flows, and failure scenarios.
4. Payment Method & Provider Catalogue
Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of payment methods and providers, documenting:
Supported capabilities
Available integration types
Completed testing
Known failure modes
Build the initial capability inventory of all live payment methods and providers.
Convert ambiguous provider documentation and undocumented operational knowledge into actionable specifications.
5. Payment Performance Analysis
Produce a 90-day breakdown of deposit attempts, categorised by outcome:
Completed transactions
Declined by the provider
Abandoned by the user
Abandoned during redirect
Completed but never confirmed back to the platform
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms, with hands-on ownership of integrations rather than coordination alone.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, asynchronous payment statuses, callback mechanics, confirmation models, redirect flows, and common failure modes.
Ability to review provider API specifications and identify missing information.
Experience using Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.
Experience performing structured checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Proven ability to investigate live payment incidents using logs and API responses.
Ability to distinguish provider-side issues from platform-side problems.
Experience translating incomplete or ambiguous technical documentation into clear specifications for engineering.
Strong communication skills and composure during incidents.
Basic knowledge of using AI tools in daily work.
Working proficiency in both English and Russian, as both languages are used daily.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
First Few Months — Operational Ownership
Take ownership of first-line payment incidents, build the payment method and provider catalogue using documentation and direct investigation, and produce the 90-day deposit attempt analysis.
By Mid-Year — Integration Acceptance Standards
Establish the integration acceptance framework and apply it to a live provider onboarding process, from initial engagement through production launch.
Second Half — Established Processes & Decision-MakingAs the team expands, a Systems Analyst will assume responsibility for formal verification, while the integration acceptance gate remains under your ownership.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date provider catalogue, ensure the integration acceptance gate is fully operational, and take ownership of incident-related decisions.

HR Interview: Background, motivation, and overall role alignment.
