BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward's Payments & Blockchain team owns the first and last mile of every dollar that moves in or out of its products. That means dozens of banking partners, PSPs and local rails powering deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
The team is looking for a product manager to shape the future of this platform, from the architecture underneath to the API layer internal clients build on. At the center is Payward's in-house PSP: a scalable, multi-tenant payments backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs, so any Payward business can plug in and reach pay-in and payout rails worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, covering both the shared backend and the integration surfaces internal clients build on (hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs)
- Map requirements across internal clients and use them to evolve the platform's vision and capabilities so it serves a growing range of use cases
- Partner with engineering to turn the target vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap, with milestones every client team can plan against
- Prioritize across competing client needs, make the trade-offs visible, and say no with a clear rationale
- Shape the client experience end to end, from first conversation to go-live, so teams can adopt the platform without heavy hand-holding
- Work with the banking and partnerships teams so each new PSP or bank integration is built once on the platform and reaches every Payward business
- Bring compliance, risk and legal requirements across Payward's entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap early, before they become launch blockers
- Set and track platform success metrics, such as time to launch a rail for an existing client, time for a new client to go live, share of rails available through the platform, and payment success rates
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform, API or infrastructure role where your customers were other internal teams or developers
- Working knowledge of payments: pay-ins and payouts, PSPs and acquirers, bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT and local methods), and how money flows between them
- Strong technical fluency. You can read an RFC, challenge an architecture decision, and write an API spec that engineers respect
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
- Clear, structured writing. You turn complex system designs into docs that product, compliance and business stakeholders can all act on
- Skill at managing many stakeholders with different priorities, and building alignment without direct authority
- Comfort working with data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator or payments infrastructure company, or building one in-house
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Workplace: Hybrid
Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to replace a manual, per-customer release process with real CI/CD, and to build the infrastructure and observability layer underneath a platform migration moving from a single-tenant-built, multi-tenant-operated model to a genuinely self-serve one.
This role is the reason the other roles on this engagement can move fast. Right now, standing up a new customer means someone manually editing a spreadsheet of build variables, committing, and running a pipeline by hand. You're the one who turns that into something that doesn't need a person in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign the current manual, per-customer release pipeline into an automated, parameterized CI/CD pipeline that a provisioning event can trigger directly — no manual pipeline run or spreadsheet edit required.
- Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure — vaulting, per-tenant scoping, rotation schedules — that the backend credential-issuance service runs on top of.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for all services being built as part of this migration — provisioning APIs, configuration services, admin console — across dev, staging, and production environments, with consistent and reproducible builds.
- Build monitoring and alerting for a distributed, endpoint-heavy system with known failure modes — stale proxy detection, retry storms, unbounded local queue growth — turning silent failures into pages before customers report them.
- Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software, making platform-specific configuration differences visible and manageable rather than a source of drift.
- Tighten access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tooling as part of the broader security posture of the release process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with real ownership of a CI/CD pipeline for a production system — not just consuming someone else's pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management — designing rotation schedules and per-tenant/per-environment scoping, not just storing static values.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or equivalent for standing up and managing multiple environments consistently.
- Experience building observability — metrics, logging, alerting — for distributed systems with many independent, loosely-connected clients.
- Comfortable working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems, including packaging and signing requirements.
- Security-conscious by default — this role directly replaces a process that bakes shared secrets into distributed software; access control needs to be a standing question, not an afterthought.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience turning a manual, human-run release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project — not just incremental pipeline improvements.
- Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
- Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models — warehouse-adjacent compute or native application distribution.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a team migrating a production SaaS data platform off a legacy ETL/streaming-based pipeline and onto a Snowflake Native Application built for self-serve distribution and per-tenant data isolation.
This isn't a greenfield build — it's a migration with real legacy constraints. You'll be working from an existing production system that has already been audited in detail, and turning those findings into a working Snowflake-native data platform. You should be comfortable reading someone else's architecture, spotting where it breaks down at scale or under multi-tenant isolation requirements, and redesigning around it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-architect ingestion — design and build the replacement for the current endpoint-to-cloud-function-to-streaming-queue-to-ETL-to-warehouse path, moving ingestion natively into each customer's own Snowflake account so the platform's data-sovereignty story is true end to end.
- Migrate legacy ETL logic — translate existing transformation logic covering activity, meeting/event, network context, and system metadata data into Snowflake-native pipelines using the right combination of native transformation tooling and orchestration.
- Design for per-tenant isolation — build data models and pipeline logic that hold up under a cross-account, multi-tenant distribution model, with tenant boundaries addressed explicitly at the schema, pipeline, and secret-management level.
- Work through known technical debt — shared credentials baked into client-side builds, build-time-only configuration with no live tenant provisioning, inconsistent cross-platform data-capture parity — deciding case by case what gets carried forward, redesigned, or retired.
- Rebuild the platform's core data model — activity, event, network, and metadata — preserving the analytics the business depends on while moving underlying storage and processing into Snowflake.
- Validate against real production data patterns — batch sizes, sync frequencies, offline-queue backlogs — captured during discovery to ensure the new pipeline design holds up under realistic load.
- Document migration decisions clearly enough to be defended internally, to downstream customers, and through a formal marketplace review process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years as a data engineer with hands-on Snowflake experience — native transformation and orchestration features, not just SQL.
- Real experience migrating an existing production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native target — not a from-scratch build.
- Working knowledge of streaming and event pipelines.
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about a system's security model — encryption at rest and in transit, key management, multi-tenant secret handling — well enough to flag when a proposed design reintroduces a previously identified gap.
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider's function/PaaS services, as parts of the migration will need to interoperate with the current production system during transition.
- Experience designing for multi-tenant SaaS data isolation — schema-per-tenant, row-level security, or equivalent patterns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and distributing applications through a cloud data platform's own marketplace or listing model.
- Background in workforce analytics, activity monitoring, or similar behavioral/event data domains — application/window/URL activity, meeting data, network context.
- Exposure to BI tooling migration alongside an underlying data platform move.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.

As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure.
Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. We must also balance security with maintaining productivity and building a compelling product offering for our customers.
Most of the code you will write will be written in Go. We strongly encourage you to explore our GitHub Repo https://github.com/gravitational to get a taste of what we are building.

HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote in London, UK.
You will carry a book of 40-60 mid-market and emerging accounts - companies in the <$1B range, closing 25-40 deals a year at $40k-$100k and building toward larger standard deal sizes as our packaging moves upmarket. You work in a pod with a dedicated Mid-Market Engagement Manager on a shared book, with a comp plan designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
We are architecting the best GTM team in all of AI. If you want to grow, run fast, and sell with a leading-edge frontier AI company with room to grow your career, please apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a high-velocity full-cycle motion: 25-40 closed deals a year across inbound and outbound
- Qualify hard and fast - your book is big, your calendar is the scarce resource, orientation to clear ROI and value orientation is a must
- Push deal size up: committed-volume, use-case expansion plays that turn $30k starts into $100k+ repeatable motions
- Turn product signals (usage spikes, team signups, credit burn) into pipeline
- Work with your pod's Engagement Manager so new customers hit consumption targets and your held-back commission unlocks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS/AI with a quota record above 100%
- Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals a year, multi-channel prospecting, disciplined qualification
- Native AI-tool fluency - you already sell with AI in your workflow, not despite it
- Writing and demo skills strong enough to carry a deal without a solutions engineer
- Coachability with a track record: name the coaching that changed your numbers
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold to creative or marketing teams
- PLG or usage-signal selling experience
- BDR-to-AE promotion in your history - we like people who earned the chair
COMPENSATION
OTE $270K - $300K (50/50 base to variable). Offers equity.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a high-scale payment orchestration platform that helps businesses manage and optimize payments across multiple providers, regions, and products.
As the platform continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own its digital presence and build a scalable marketing engine around the product.
This is a highly hands-on role.
You will own the full journey from positioning and website → content and distribution → acquisition funnels → qualified pipeline.
We are looking for someone who has already worked in strong B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, DevTools, or other technical startups and understands how to market complex technology products to sophisticated audiences.
You should be comfortable operating independently and using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve the output normally expected from a broader marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WEBSITE & CONVERSION
- Own the product website as a core acquisition and conversion channel.
- Continuously improve positioning, messaging, information architecture, and copy.
- Build and launch landing pages for products, use cases, industries, campaigns, and competitors.
- Improve visitor → lead → demo conversion through continuous experimentation.
- Run A/B tests and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Analyze visitor behavior and identify funnel drop-offs.
- Maintain and update marketing pages independently using modern web, no-code, and AI tools.
- Work with product and engineering teams when deeper technical changes are required.
CONTENT & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Build and operate the product’s content engine.
- Own the company blog, industry insights, guides, case studies, research, product content, and newsletters.
- Turn internal expertise from product, engineering, and payments teams into high-quality external content.
- Develop strong narratives around payment orchestration, payment performance, routing, retries, fraud, subscriptions, and related topics.
- Create content designed for both education and commercial intent.
- Repurpose strong ideas across multiple formats and distribution channels.
- Maintain a consistently high quality bar for messaging and content.
SOCIAL MEDIA & EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
- Own social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Develop and execute a consistent company content strategy.
- Help build the public presence of company leadership and subject-matter experts.
- Create thought-leadership content for executives.
- Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, and opportunities for participation.
- Grow a relevant audience of payments, fintech, product, and technology decision-makers.
PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, creators, communities, and industry platforms.
- Identify conferences, panels, webinars, awards, rankings, and partnership opportunities.
- Position the company and its leadership as credible voices in payment orchestration and payment infrastructure.
- Track competitor narratives and proactively identify opportunities to enter relevant industry conversations.
SEO & AI DISCOVERY
- Own the organic acquisition strategy.
- Perform keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Build content clusters around high-value payment topics.
- Create high-intent commercial and competitor pages.
- Manage on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives.
- Develop backlink and external distribution strategies.
- Optimize visibility across Google as well as AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads, and pipeline generated through search.
GROWTH & ACQUISITION FUNNELS
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels from first interaction to qualified opportunity.
- Develop landing pages, lead magnets, reports, webinars, and other acquisition assets.
- Build email nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation and lead-routing workflows.
- Experiment with inbound, paid, partnership, community, retargeting, and outbound-assisted acquisition.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Continuously identify new channels capable of generating qualified pipeline.
ANALYTICS & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own marketing analytics and attribution.

- Qualified pipeline
- Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
- SEO performance
- Content performance
- Campaign performance
- CPL / CAC where applicable
- Build clear dashboards and reporting around marketing performance.
- Maintain a structured growth experimentation process:
- Hypothesis
- Launch
- Measurement
- Learning
- Iteration
- Prioritize measurable business outcomes over vanity metrics.
AI-FIRST MARKETING OPERATIONS
