Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The team builds observability for AI in Honeycomb. We help customers see what their agents are doing, what those agents cost, and where errors happen. We also give them insight into individual conversations so they can debug them. We're bringing LLM and agent observability together, and we own both the data foundation and the product experiences built on top of it. You'll work in a small, cross-functional group of engineers with a dedicated product manager and designer, shipping features customers use in production. If you want to define how people understand and debug AI systems, this is the team for you.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own end-to-end development of AI observability capabilities, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
Architect and evolve the data model and infrastructure that let us observe agents and their ecosystems across the Honeycomb product.
Build systems that analyze and surface AI-specific signals, such as cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
Collaborate with product and design partners to make sure what we build is usable, intuitive, and unlocks meaningful user workflows.
Teach best practices for exploring and understanding AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
Iterate through fast feedback loops and experimentation, and share both wins and failures.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Significant software engineering experience, with a record of shipping and owning features end to end.
Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company, beyond internal tooling.
Full-stack range, with proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React).
A track record of working closely with product managers and designers.
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day engineering work.
Experience being on call. You'd join our rotation after about 90 days.
A track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving field where requirements shift and experimentation is a core part of the job.
Bonus: Experience building LLM or agent-powered features in production.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with observability tooling, such as OpenTelemetry.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$183,340
—
$206,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood

Interaction Design Lead
In a Nutshell
IDEO London is seeking an
Interaction Design Lead
with a passion for creating human-centred experiences and helping teams do their best work. You’ll lead and co-lead multidisciplinary teams, stay close to the craft, and guide clients from complex questions to tangible products and services. Your work will span digital and physical experiences, including new ways for people to interact with AI.

We're a global design consultancy where curiosity, empathy, and solving complex challenges drive us. For over 40 years, we've partnered with clients to innovate in healthcare, mobility, education, retail, and beyond. Here, every challenge is a chance to grow, connect, and create impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO's work?
Interaction Design is at the heart of creating meaningful human-centred experiences that meet people’s needs and help businesses move forward. As an Interaction Design Lead, you’ll bring together craft, creative direction and project leadership to help teams turn strategy into experiences people can use. As AI becomes part of everyday products and services, you’ll help us explore how people understand, trust and stay in control of systems that can act on their behalf.

Be a main client point of contact, facilitate working sessions and present compelling design narratives; align stakeholders on decisions, trade-offs and next steps
Help scope client challenges and shape proposals and follow-on opportunities with senior colleagues, drawing on project learnings and collaboration across Europe and beyond; travel as projects require
Mentor designers, give actionable craft feedback and build an inclusive team culture; share methods and learnings across our London community, including thoughtful use of AI that protects client and participant information
We're looking for someone with

Strong interaction design craft and a portfolio showing how you turn complex requirements into clear experiences; advanced expertise in one or more areas of digital, visual, service or systems design, with fluency across others
A strong grounding in human-centred design, research and usability testing, with the ability to guide a team from evidence to design decisions and measurable outcomes
The ability to scope, brief and delegate design work, manage timelines and resources, and empower a small to medium team to take ownership of different parts of a project
A keen eye for visual hierarchy, responsive interfaces, motion and micro-interactions, and the ability to critique work and offer clear, actionable feedback
Strong prototyping skills in Figma or comparable tools, and confidence experimenting with AI-assisted ideation and prototyping while checking outputs and making your own design judgements
A commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, and thoughtful judgement about privacy, bias and people’s agency when designing with AI
The ability to connect interaction details to wider service and system needs, and work with engineers to understand technical constraints and bring designs to life
Excellent storytelling, presentation and facilitation skills; confidence building trusted client relationships, aligning stakeholders and helping others succeed with empathy and openness
An Interaction Design qualification or equivalent work experience, alongside curiosity, self-awareness and a willingness to give and seek feedback
It's a bonus if you
Have worked closely with product managers and engineers to take digital products or services from concept to launch and learn from their use
Have used product analytics and experimentation to evaluate design decisions and improve outcomes
Have designed conversational or agentic experiences, including human approval, transparent system behaviour, error recovery and hand-offs between people and AI
Have built functional prototypes with code or AI coding tools, and can explain where these tools improved your process and where your judgement changed the outcome
Have helped shape proposals, scope engagements or develop repeat client work
Have contributed to design systems or reusable interaction patterns, or explored emerging technologies through creative experimentation
What does IDEO offer you?
Innovation and creativity: Dive into a variety of projects from creating breakthrough digital products and experiences, to designing new customer interactions, to building innovation capabilities – working alongside talented individuals across disciplines.
Learning and growth: Whether it’s strengthening your project leadership, deepening your interaction design craft or exploring new technologies, we’re here to support your journey.
Community and well-being: Collaboration and community are central to what we do. We foster moments for creativity, connection, and reflection, respecting the need for work-life balance.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE:
A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation.
As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else.
This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them.
You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them.
We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us.
- Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves.
- Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress.
- Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them.
- Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over.
- Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects.
- Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help.
- Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead.
- Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context.
- Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you.
- The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region.
We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé.
Ideally, you:
- Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry.
- Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers.
- Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier.
What success looks like:
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together.
- Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist.
- Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area.
- Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps.
- Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates.
- Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience.
- Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes.
- Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a second Product Marketing Manager to help shape how Peec AI shows up in the world. You'll work side by side with our founding PMM, who sets the positioning and messaging foundation, and your job is to make that foundation work everywhere it needs to: in a sales pitch, a customer conversation, a launch, a competitive deal. You'll work closely with Growth, Product, Sales, and CX, turning what Peec does into stories and materials that customers understand and teams actually use.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with our founding PMM to sharpen and evolve positioning and messaging, and own how it gets applied across segments, use cases, and conversations so every audience hears a narrative that is sharp, specific, and credible
- Get deep into the product and stay exceptionally close to customers, turning that proximity into insight that’s reflected in everything we say.
- Turn product launches and the ongoing drumbeat of releases into the materials teams need to explain and sell them: pitch narratives, decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and demo stories.
- Make sure what we create gets used: train Sales and CX teams, join customer calls, see what works in real conversations, and fix what doesn’t.
- Run win/loss and buyer research with Sales and CX, and turn what you hear into findings that shape our messaging and inform the roadmap.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence in a category that moves weekly, keeping the team clear-eyed on what is real and what is noise.
- Refine our ICP and segment definitions, bringing what you learn from the field into how we talk about who we serve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You write with a point of view and hold your opinions loosely. Your drafts argue for something, and you change your mind when the evidence says to.
- You’re exceptionally curious about the product, the category, and especially the customer. You ask good questions, listen carefully, and spot things others miss.
- You get technical products. You can explain an analytics tool clearly, demo it with confidence, and hold your own with a technical buyer.
- You take ownership, bring your own ideas, and are as comfortable leading projects as you are running with someone else’s brief.
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a demonstrated history of working with sales and enablement teams.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week.
BONUS POINTS
- Background in an adjacent category: SEO tooling, analytics, developer tools, MarTech, or brand monitoring
- Public writing track record: posts, essays, conference talks, podcast appearances
- A personal on-camera or public-speaking track record (YouTube, keynotes, podcast hosting, webinars)
- Deep interest in AI and how it is reshaping how people find, evaluate, and trust information
- Experience at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup where product marketing worked closely with a scaling sales team
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid meal and Uber home when working late
- A beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin or New York

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $17M ARR in 22 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to help our sales team ramp faster, sell better, and win more deals. You'll own how our Account Executives and SDRs are onboarded, trained, and coached, and make sure they have the playbooks, content, and market knowledge they need in every deal. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
This role is for someone who holds a high bar on execution and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for new Account Executives and SDRs: build a structured ramp program with clear milestones and certifications that gets new hires productive fast
- Design and deliver ongoing training on our product, the AI search market, our sales methodology, and competitive positioning, for new and tenured reps alike
- Embed our sales process into day-to-day execution: train and coach reps on qualification, stage exit criteria, mutual action plans, trial management, and negotiation
- Standardize SDR-to-AE and Sales-to-CX handoffs, with clear expectations for qualification, documentation, and ownership
- Partner with Product Marketing, who own core positioning and messaging, to translate these into practical sales playbooks, training, and customer-facing materials: discovery guides, talk tracks, objection handling, battle cards, email templates, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies. Work with Design to keep them accurate, on-brand, and easy for reps to find
- Coach reps alongside sales managers: review calls, run role plays, and use call and deal data to spot skill gaps and sharpen messaging
- Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into battle cards and training reps use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership
- Measure what works: track ramp time, win rates, conversion, and content usage with RevOps, report on the impact of enablement programs, and cut what isn't working
- Drive adoption of our sales tools (HubSpot, call recording, and AI tools), and build workflows and automations that save reps time
- Translate new features and market shifts into training and materials within days, not weeks, so Sales, CX, and Growth all work from the same story
What we're looking for
- 3 - 5 years in GTM or sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- A track record of designing and running onboarding and training programs with measurable results, such as shorter ramp time or higher win rates
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills: you can run an engaging workshop, give direct feedback on a call recording, and adapt to reps at different experience levels
- Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and experience building one into training and process
- Data-driven and comfortable with tools: you work confidently in a CRM (HubSpot ideally) and call recording software, turn performance data into training priorities, and have built workflows and automations
- Strong stakeholder management: you work across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and CX with different goals, and keep reps up to date on process and product changes without slowing anyone down
- Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply
- Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips
- A strong eye for quality: you notice off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts, and misaligned elements, and you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, Google Slides, or similar
- Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly
- An ability and willingness to travel between our two offices (New York and Berlin) once a quarter
- Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place
Bonus points
- Prior quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or SDR
- Experience with an enablement platform or LMS, such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly
- Experience building competitive intelligence or a customer story program from scratch
- Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale
- Fluent German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language
What we offer
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken and Payward VIP team supports the firm’s highest-value private clients: high-net-worth individuals who expect a premium, secure, and deeply tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the exchange of choice for VIPs through white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits.
We are looking for a Head of VIP, Asia to lead and grow Payward VIP presence across the region. This is a player-coach role: you will build and lead a small, high-performing team while personally owning strategic client relationships, originating new business, and shaping the regional growth playbook.
You will set the standard for how Kraken serves, retains, and grows its most valuable private clients in Asia. You will be equally comfortable in a senior client meeting, building an introducer network, coaching a relationship manager, hosting a VIP event, and partnering internally to remove the product or operational barriers that cost us high-value business.
Payward VIP program is unique, and we intend to keep it that way. We don’t copy what other exchanges and desks do. You’ll take what makes our program different and adapt it to how Asia’s VIP clients actually trade, network, and build trust. That means testing new ideas, learning fast, dropping what doesn’t work, and scaling what does. If you’re bold, comfortable with ambiguity, and humble enough to fail fast and move on, this is your seat.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead, coach, and develop VIP relationship managers in Asia; establish clear standards for client coverage, pipeline management, service quality, and commercial performance.
- Build the operating model for VIP growth across Asia, including territory coverage, account segmentation, referral strategy, events, and performance reporting.
- Own regional AOP growth, net deposits, client assets, trading volume, retention, and revenue performance.
- Build a repeatable pipeline of qualified high-value clients through direct outreach, referrals, introducers, family offices, proprietary trading firms, OTC desks, miners, project treasuries, and high-volume traders.
- Represent the voice of Asia’s VIP client base internally: identify competitive threats, regional market dynamics, product gaps, and opportunities that influence where private-client capital trades.
PERSONALLY OWN STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
- Own and grow Kraken's most strategically important private client relationships across Asia, bringing our full VIP offering - ranging from trading and asset management to other services - to market locally, within Kraken's compliance and risk framework.
- Serve as the senior relationship owner for Kraken’s largest and most strategically important private clients across Asia.
- Bring Kraken’s VIP and private-client offering to market locally, including spot, margin, futures, OTC execution, earn and yield opportunities, lending, and tailored benefits.
- Build trusted, durable relationships while ensuring every client interaction and commercial initiative operates within Kraken’s licensing, compliance, and risk framework.
BUILD REGIONAL PRESENCE AND PARTNERSHIPS
- Develop Kraken’s presence in Asia’s VIP trading and investor communities, including private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor circles.
- Design and lead high-quality regional programming, including VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent events, and partner activations, in collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams.
- Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that create a durable source of qualified VIP opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, Client Service, and Operations to launch regional growth initiatives and improve the client experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in VIP relationship management, private banking, brokerage, private-client sales, account management, or business development, including meaningful experience in crypto or digital assets.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the judgment and practical coaching ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on with strategic clients and revenue opportunities.
- A strong personal network among Asia’s crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities. Experience across Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore is especially valuable.
- A proven record of personally originating and converting new business, not solely servicing an existing client book.
- Deep knowledge of crypto market structure and trading solutions, including spot, margin, futures, OTC, lending, tokenized equities, and yield/earn products.
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort managing KPIs including assets on platform, net deposits, revenue, trading volume, retention, pipeline conversion, and client portfolio growth.
- Native or near-native Mandarin and fluent English.
- Comfort operating across multiple regulated Asian jurisdictions, with sound judgment on when to engage Compliance and Risk partners early.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for strategic client meetings, events, and conferences.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building AI systems that will shape the trajectory of one of the most consequential technologies in human history. That work requires physical infrastructure at significant scale, and building that infrastructure the right way means being a real, long-term partner to the communities where we operate.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Louisiana to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centers are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbor, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organizations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build. You will surface concerns before they escalate, translate our technical and operational plans into clear local benefits, and build the coalitions that allow us to move quickly and responsibly. Because Anthropic's infrastructure footprint is still early in its growth, you will also help write the playbook: the processes you build in your first markets are the ones we will use as we expand.
You will travel regularly within Louisiana, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data center markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with parish presidents and councils, police juries, mayors and municipal officials, parish planning and zoning bodies, port, levee, and drainage districts, state economic development agencies, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the Louisiana data center markets you cover
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy for each of your markets, spanning site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations
Build external coalitions, host education and listening sessions, and design local solutions that deliver real benefits to the communities where we operate
Represent Anthropic in public forums, town halls, planning hearings, community events, and local media
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement
Partner with the Real Estate and Infrastructure team to bring community input into how projects are planned, communicated, and delivered, not just how they are announced
Work with the Communications team to develop proactive, locally relevant messaging
Coordinate charitable giving, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing nonprofit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use, including flood risk, storm resilience, and how large electricity needs are served by local utilities
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local or state government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with parish and municipal governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings, including town halls, hearings, and press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Louisiana or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the state
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data center, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the parish and municipal level, including local review of industrial tax incentives
Experience in communities with a long industrial, energy, or port presence, and an understanding of coastal, flood, and hurricane resilience concerns
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
Experience engaging with Tribal nations in Louisiana, including familiarity with consultation processes and Tribal sovereignty
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$295,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Virginia and West Virginia to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centers are sited, built, and operated.
You will travel regularly within Virginia and West Virginia, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data center markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with Virginia boards of supervisors, city and town councils, and planning commissions, West Virginia county commissions and municipal officials, state economic development agencies, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the Virginia and West Virginia data center markets you cover
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement, including in markets where data center development is already well established and community questions about its cumulative effects are active
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, noise, transmission, and land use
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local or state government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with local governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings, including town halls, hearings, and press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Virginia or West Virginia or willing to relocate to one of them, and prepared to travel regularly across both states
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data center, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the county and municipal level, including rezoning and special use permit hearings in Virginia
Experience with community concerns around data center siting, such as noise, transmission lines, water, and proximity to residential areas
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers, including in Appalachian and energy-transition communities
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing

You'll design the nurture engine that powers both our PLG and sales-led motions.

- Design and optimize onboarding journeys for ClickHouse Cloud signups, partnering with Growth PMs and the product team to align email touchpoints with in-product experiences and drive activation.
- Run always-on nurture for the sales-led funnel, with segmented streams by persona, use case, and funnel stage that warm prospects for sales and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel mix, using results to improve engagement and conversion.
- Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture, retention). Years can be combined across roles.
- At least 3 years at a database, data infrastructure, developer tooling, or API company, or another technical product sold to developers or data practitioners.
- Proven track record of building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that measurably improved activation, conversion, and pipeline at a PLG company with a free trial, free tier, or self-serve signup.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging content for developers and to work closely with engineers and product partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: experience at a company with an open-source product.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws.
As a Brand Insights, Measurement Lead at Anthropic, you will strengthen the evidence that fuels our brand decisions: knowing whether marketing spend and effort is working, saying so clearly on a schedule to the people who need to hear it. Marketing Insights turns market, campaign and user data into decisions that product, marketing, comms and sales leadership can act on. You'll tell us, with data, whether awareness is turning into consideration, whether consideration is turning into pipeline, and where that chain breaks down for a given audience. This role sits at the intersection of human understanding, marketing science discipline and organizational influence.
In this role, you'll own the team's recurring measurement readouts, including the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies and the metrics, headwinds and tailwinds that show up in front of business leadership and in all-hands updates, keeping them accurate, current and easy to act on. You'll partner closely with your Marketing Insights teammates, Comms and data science on the brand-health dashboard, Brand & Integrated Marketing leadership, brand data science, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, product marketing and finance.
Responsibilities
Own the recurring executive and all-hands readouts that put key metrics, headwinds and tailwinds in front of marketing management and the broader team
Lead process ownership of the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies, including managing the research vendor relationships that field them
Lead coordination across Comms, Marketing and data science on the brand-health dashboard, aligning all three groups on one consistent view of the data
Support media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and incrementality analyses that inform how marketing budget and effort get allocated, moving the team past correlation to a defensible read on what's actually driving outcomes
Run best-practice pre- and post-campaign analysis on individual campaigns, covering creative, channel, audience, and timing effects, and turn each read into a specific change for the next campaign
Roll up campaign-level learnings into a recurring view for leadership: which channels, creative approaches, and audiences are outperforming over time, and where the team should adjust the playbook next
Build audience and funnel analyses that quantify how different audiences move, and relate to each other, from awareness through consideration to conversion, and what that means for where to invest
Audit how customer sentiment gets reported across the business and design a more efficient, consistent process
Manage the underlying data pipelines so that recurring readouts stay reliable and don't get rebuilt from scratch each cycle
Partner with Marketing Insights teammates to keep measurement process and research design in sync, including feeding into the Marketing Business Review scorecard process
Develop one defensible view from first-party behavioral data, campaign and media data, and survey or attitudinal research, being clear about what each source can and can't tell you on its own
Present findings to non-technical audiences, including marketing leadership, enterprise sales and finance partners, translating hedged results into clear recommendations
You may be a good fit if you
Have a strategic orientation, strong curiosity for understanding what customers and users think and how to shift perceptions, and can use that to influence business and marketing direction
Are fluent in SQL and Python or R, and move comfortably between a quick exploratory pull and a more rigorous statistical model
Have designed or analyzed experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, lift tests) to establish a causal effect rather than settle for a correlation, and have applied regression, segmentation or other causal-inference methods to a real business question
Have run campaign-level measurement end to end, from a pre/post read on a single campaign to synthesizing learnings across multiple campaigns into a change the team acts on next time
Have built and maintained a recurring metrics report or dashboard that executives or cross-functional partners actually rely on, and kept it trustworthy over time
Can turn a hedged, caveated finding into a clear recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can act on, and know which caveat matters enough to keep in the headline
Start an analysis by pinning down the business question and the decision it needs to serve, not the method that's most interesting to run
Can reconcile data with no universal taxonomy across first-party, third-party, real-time and survey sources
Know when a directionally correct answer now beats a more rigorous one that arrives too late to matter
Work well across functions, building credibility with both technical partners and non-technical leadership
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution or incrementality and lift testing specifically, rather than general-purpose analytics
Experience advising marketing stakeholders on experimental design for live campaigns (email, paid social), or measuring marketing performance across multiple markets
Familiarity with survey-based quantitative research (MaxDiff, conjoint, brand and sentiment tracking) alongside behavioral and usage data
Experience with a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Prior experience in marketing, growth or brand analytics specifically, rather than data science in a general or product context
A graduate degree in statistics, economics or another quantitative field
A career trajectory spanning BI and dashboarding, applied causal inference and experimental design, and multi-market marketing measurement

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.
