About Us:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hospitality-passionate operations person. Good onboarding is what sets our merchants up for success. From the first meeting and the go-live to working and growing together - this person will own the onboarding process and make it all happen. This role is for someone who likes working with the product, becoming an expert in it and teaching others.

- Problem-solve for our merchants on the ground while running live operations
- Support restaurants for the first month after the go live
- Find opportunities for improvement in our process, materials and systems
- Identify product and process gaps and bring it to internal central teams such as product, engineering and central operations
What You’ll Need:
- You are a creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses
- You are empathetic towards our merchants and curious about their business
- You can juggle multiple things at once and bring structure
- Curious about the product, want to be an expert in Tebi system and can apply your knowledge
- Good communication - you are great at proactive contact and managing expectations
- Being comfortable with high-pace environments: both the hospitality flow and the startup day-to-day

- At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations
- You are comfortable working in both English and Dutch
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Flexible Time-off

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the team in charge of building smart products offering the most delightful and scalable Customer Service to 1M+ members.
We have developed a team of AI agents that brings immediate and personalized answers to about 50% of member's questions.
And when it is not enough, we seamlessly transfer the question to our care experts team. We build the cockpit for that handoff and the tooling for the humans who take over. It lets a care expert steer, correct, and supercharge the AI: routing requests, surfacing the right context at the right moment and drafting replies. The expert stays in command; the AI does the heavy lifting.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Your decisions affect Alan’s scaling, growth, profitability and ability to provide delightful experience to members when they need it the most.
- Human + AI, done right: You won't build AI that replaces people. You'll build the control surface that lets human experts drive the AI - the tools that decide what happens when the AI alone isn't enough.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Full-stack experience (backend and frontend)
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef or Kubernetes.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Strong grounding in Security / AI technologies
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
About the team
Senior Professional Services Engineers are part of GitLab's Professional Services team. We partner closely with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to deliver consistent outcomes, and we work with GitLab's product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve GitLab. Professional Services operates in a fully remote and largely asynchronous environment, collaborating across regions and time zones. The team's challenge is to support customers with a wide range of architectures and deployment models while maintaining high-quality delivery and setting customers up for long-term success.

At GoMining, a General Manager is the end-to-end owner of a business direction, responsible for its strategy, P&L, product, team, and overall results. A GM combines business, product, and operational ownership — setting priorities, managing unit economics, driving execution, and making decisions based on data. The goal is to run the direction as a business and take full responsibility for its growth, profitability, and performance.
We are looking for a General Manager to own the Cards business at GoMining.
You will be responsible for the card product end-to-end — from issuing and processing infrastructure to activation, spending, subscription, cashback, KYC, provider relationships, and unit economics.
This is a business ownership role, not just a product role. You will own the strategy, P&L, product roadmap, delivery, key metrics, provider relationships, and engineering team behind the Cards direction.
Your goal is to build a card product customers actively use while creating sustainable economics for the company.
Responsibilities
Business Ownership
Own the Cards business end-to-end, including strategy, P&L, budget, roadmap, and execution.
Define and manage the economics of the card program.
Own TPV, active cards, customer spending, retention, and monetisation.
Build financial models covering revenue, card issuance costs, processing costs, customer margin, and LTV.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer engagement.
Present strategy, performance, and key decisions directly to C-level stakeholders.
Card Product
Own the full card customer journey from onboarding and issuance to activation and everyday spending.
Develop virtual and physical card products.
Own subscription, cashback, and other card-related mechanics.
Improve activation rates and increase customer spending.
Develop simplified onboarding and KYC flows together with Compliance.
Own card-related customer experience and continuously identify friction points.
Issuing & Processing
Own relationships with issuing, processing, BaaS, and other card infrastructure providers.
Manage integrations and operational dependencies.
Negotiate commercial terms with providers.
Reduce vendor lock-in and build resilience against changes in provider terms or availability.
Ensure the card business can continue operating reliably as it scales.
Manage critical incidents involving providers together with engineering.
Economics & Growth
Understand and optimize the unit economics of every active card.
Track customer profitability, card issuance and servicing costs, transaction economics, retention, and LTV.
Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and customer engagement.
Design product mechanics that encourage customers to keep spending through GoMining Cards.
Work with Growth and Marketing on acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
Team & Delivery
Lead the engineering team responsible for the Cards direction.
Work directly with the Tech Lead on architecture and delivery.
Own roadmap, priorities, backlog, releases, and key incidents.
Hire and develop team members when needed.
Build a high-speed, data-driven execution culture.
Use AI and automation across product development, analytics, specifications, QA, and operational processes.
Requirements
Strong end-to-end experience with card products.
Experience with issuing, processing, BaaS, or card infrastructure.
Experience launching or scaling a card program.
Strong understanding of card unit economics.
Ability to model customer margin, transaction economics, issuance costs, and LTV.
Experience negotiating directly with card providers.
Experience managing dependency on external providers and ideally reducing vendor lock-in.
Strong product and commercial mindset.
Experience owning revenue or P&L is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Technical literacy and ability to work directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing product or engineering teams.
Experience in fintech, neobanking, payments, crypto cards, wallets, or exchanges is highly relevant.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and campaign timing
Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meeting and pipeline targets
Stay on top of EMEA market trends, competitor activity, and regional communication regulations relevant to messaging channels
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
1–3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS, CPaaS, martech, or telecom
A track record of creative, non-generic prospecting - you don't just follow a script, you build one
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Spanish fluency is a strong advantage (supporting Spanish-speaking markets within EMEA)
Comfortable working across a multi-market, multicultural region with varying business norms and languages
Self-starter mentality - thrives with autonomy and ownership over their pipeline
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar)
Genuine curiosity about messaging/communication technology (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, push notifications) is a plus
What Success Looks Like:
A consistent, high-quality flow of qualified meetings booked for the sales team
Creative campaigns/sequences that measurably outperform standard outbound benchmarks

Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.
WHY TAXFIX?

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets and this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be our lead in-house payroll expert: the person we trust to own Dutch payroll end-to-end, build scalable workflows in AFAS, Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl, and set the standard for how payroll should run. If you've run native Dutch payroll from the ground up, know AFAS Nmbrs by Visma and/or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl inside out, have strong opinions on doing payroll right, and have helped build or transform a payroll function before, this role is built for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run payroll end-to-end. Own the full Dutch payroll cycle in-house; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data ownership. Oversee the validation of employee payroll master data; new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag), ensuring every change is processed accurately and within payroll deadlines.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run rigorous pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to keep payroll accurate before issues reach team members, customers or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. Loonaangifte (monthly payroll tax) and Jaaropgave (annual statement) — you own the Belastingdienst submissions. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing required government accesses (Belastingdienst, UWV).
- Own the payroll system. Configure and maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Product team to improve automation and scalability.
- Be the subject matter expert. Advise the business on Loonheffing (payroll tax), Sociale verzekeringen (social insurance), Dutch arbeidsrecht (labour law), 30% ruling applications and CAO (collective labour agreement) interpretation.
- Own the numbers. Oversee payroll journals, GL mappings, reconciliations with Finance, and full data integrity.
- Own complex escalations. Be the key point of contact for our most complex client payroll issues. Pair your deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to turn hard problems into a best-in-class experience.
- Reporting. Maintain and prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data, WKR and Ondernemingsraad (works council)-facing pay assessment documentation.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Level the team up. Improve processes, coach junior specialists through complex problems rather than solving issues for them, and back up Regional Managers when needed. Maintain a living knowledge base e.g. playbooks and SOPs. so legal updates and process knowledge stay documented and shared, never siloed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years running the complete native (in-house) payroll process for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a high volume of payslips per month.
- Advanced, hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl experience is non-negotiable.
- PDL (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie) and/or VPS (Vakopleiding Payroll Services) certification and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration; HBO (Bachelor) in Business Admin or Finance highly valued.
- Deep, current working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, and the confidence to advise stakeholders directly, not just execute.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable owning complex, sensitive client escalations; balancing technical precision with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- An analytical, productivity-obsessed mindset. You're not a corporate "just follow the process" type; you thrive working from a blank canvas to build and set up processes, with an automation mindset that keeps improving how the work gets done.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional change, even without an established playbook.
- Some experience coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues; you like building others up, not just solving problems yourself.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

Our Client's Digital Finance IT is building an AI-enablement layer on top of our enterprise data platform to enable business users across Finance to interact with governed data in natural language. We're hiring a
Data Enablement Engineer
to design, build, and operate the trusted datasets, semantic models, and embedded AI experiences that make this possible. This is a data platform engineering role, not a data science or model-building role. You will spend your time engineering the data foundation that makes AI reliable — semantic layers, governed data products, and embedded natural-language analytics — not training models.
What You'll Do
Design and build AI-ready data products on Databricks — trusted datasets with well-defined business semantics, KPIs, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
Implement semantic layers and governed datasets that support both traditional BI consumption and natural-language querying by business users
Deploy and operate Databricks Genie spaces with Unity Catalog, tuning them for accuracy, adoption, and business relevance
Build RAG pipelines and conversational analytics applications grounded in governed enterprise data — including Streamlit or Databricks Apps that let business users query data without writing SQL
Engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, PySpark) that produce and maintain the trusted data these AI experiences depend on
Implement data governance — RBAC, row/column-level security, masking, lineage, auditability, catalog and metadata management — in a regulated pharma environment
Optimize cost and performance on both the data platform side (warehouse sizing, cluster tuning, query optimization) and the AI side (token usage, caching, model routing)
Partner with Finance business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into semantic models and governed data products they can trust
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
5+ years hands-on data engineering on cloud data platforms — Databricks demonstrated in real project delivery, not skill-list-only
Direct hands-on experience with Databricks Genie — you have built, configured, and tuned these in production or advanced pilots, with specific reference to the flavors used (Genie spaces with semantic models)
Semantic layer / trusted data product delivery — you have built governed datasets that business users can rely on, with KPI definitions, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
dbt, PySpark, SQL, Python — strong across the modern data stack
Orchestration with Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or equivalent
Data governance in regulated environments — RBAC, RLS, masking, lineage, auditability
Experience integrating structured and unstructured data (PDFs, SharePoint/Teams content, enterprise knowledge sources) into AI-enablement workflows
Nice to Have
Pharma, life sciences, or regulated financial services domain experience
Veeva CRM, IQVIA, SAP, or clinical data source integration
Streamlit or Databricks Apps for business-facing analytics
Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent RAG frameworks
Cost optimization on both compute (warehouse/cluster) and LLM (tokens/caching/routing) dimensions
What We're NOT Looking For
Data Scientists
— this role is not model training, fine-tuning, LoRA/RLHF, or ML research
Pure Data Engineers
who list Cortex or Genie as a skill but haven't shipped it in production
AI/GenAI engineers
whose center of gravity is LangChain agents or RAG-over-documents, without a strong governed data platform foundation
Computer vision, NLP model builders, or multi-agent orchestration specialists
— wrong shape for this role

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible
Anywhere in France, Belgium, Spain; Toronto, ON, Canada
Milan, Italy
