ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programe for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in Spanish (LATAM), and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model outputs inSpanish (LATAM) and evaluate them for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality—would a native speaker say it this way? Fact-check each response against the provided source material.
Test the Spanish (LATAM) experience against English: confirm feature parity, complete an end-to-end user journey using non-English input, and verify that the product correctly handles non-Latin scripts, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input.
Identify any display issues (text cut off, overflowing, or rendering poorly) and any localization errors—incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, or untranslated strings.
Document each issue clearly so a developer can reproduce it—include steps taken, device and OS, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence. Retest after a fix ships to confirm it’s resolved.
Provide native-level insights on navigation and usability, calling out Spanish (LATAM)-specific nuances that only a fluent speaker would notice.
Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office; due to the confidential, pre-release nature of the work, remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Assist with other linguistic projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish (LATAM), written and spoken, with an up-to-date sense of real-world usage across both everyday and technical contexts.
Confident using smartphones and laptops; comfortable working across both iOS and Android.
Strong attention to detail and fair, objective judgment when assessing quality.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and clearly explain issues in English.
Previous experience in software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the language skills and attention to detail.
Welocalize helps the world’s leading brands reach global audiences—and language testing is at the core of that mission. You’ll work alongside experienced linguists and testers on pre-release technology, in a team that takes quality and precision seriously.
If you’re a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker with a keen eye for detail and an interest in how language and technology intersect, we’d like to hear from you.

Strategic Account Executive, LATAM
About the Role
Location: Brazil, Sao Paulo
Our Strategic Account Executives are expert storytellers and problem-solvers. In the LATAM region, you will help crypto-native organizations (exchanges, Web3, DeFi) and large-scale enterprises confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies. As the digital asset landscape evolves rapidly across Latin America—driven by institutional interest, the growth of Web3 ecosystems, and evolving regional regulations—you will be at the forefront of helping these organizations execute their cryptocurrency strategy.
Strategic Account Executives are experienced in high-stakes new business creation and deep account management. They are market specialists who understand the unique cultural and business nuances of the LATAM region. They establish trust and build long-term customer relationships within their target market, tailoring their sales approach to the specific economic drivers of the region and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling, approachable way. Success is measured by the attainment of assigned quota, new logos, and the strategic expansion of our footprint within the region’s most influential accounts.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive Regional Growth: Exceed your quota and substantially increase our foothold in the LATAM Enterprise and Crypto-native markets through aggressive prospecting, pipeline development, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute sophisticated go-to-market plans for the LATAM territory that result in predictable, increasing quarterly forecasts and long-term partnerships.
- Build Executive Trust: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build relationships with CXOs and Founders based on trust and transparency, positioning Chainalysis as a critical partner in their growth.
- Market Intelligence: Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to LATAM market trends, such as the rise of DeFi, Web3 innovation, and regional enterprise adoption drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing) to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting through disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of doing business across different Latin American countries.
- Bilingual/Trilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Proven Sales Excellence: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling complex software to large-scale enterprises or high-growth technology companies.
- Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communicator who can convey complex blockchain and technical concepts concisely to the CXO level.
- Blockchain Passion: A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, and the potential for blockchain technology to disrupt traditional business models.
- Adaptability: The ability to bridge high-level technology to a customer’s desired business outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Mobility: The ability to travel throughout the LATAM region as needed to build face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to have experience:
- You don’t have to be a blockchain expert yet, but you are insatiably curious and a fast learner.
- Experience selling solutions related to data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, or complex cloud infrastructure.
- An existing network of contacts within the innovation or technology departments of major LATAM-based enterprises.
Total Compensation:
• Base plus Commission: 50/50 OTE
• Offers Equity

About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
Role Overview
Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business.
This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms.
Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise.
Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals.
Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
Systems Architecture & Integration Design
Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems.
Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals.
Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes.
Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture.
Architecture Governance & Advisory
Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership.
Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes.
Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions.
Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs.
Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates.
Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards.
Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes.
Team Leadership & Vendor Governance
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction.
Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks.
Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective.
Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems.
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources.
Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
Preferred
Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level.
Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks.
Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.

Lead or contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

Design action plans to address recurring operational and database problems.
What We Value:
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
Someone who can work independently, take ownership, and drive complex technical problems through resolution.
Someone who steps up, supports teammates, mentors others, and shares knowledge freely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to improve the reliability and scalability of production systems.
Required Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, database engineering, or similar roles, with meaningful experience supporting production database systems.
Deep hands-on experience with MySQL and distributed or sharded database systems.
Experience with Vitess in a production environment strongly preferred.
Experience administering and supporting NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
How to Apply: Fill out the application form at the provided link; no cover letter required.

Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
