Defining data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities, ensuring the engineering team builds the necessary data extraction tools and validation checks. Leading the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements to ensure that technical delivery successfully satisfies the specific regulatory hurdles of each country. Managing the technical-regulatory checklist for various countries simultaneously, ensuring all dependencies are captured for the development sprint and risks are proactively escalated. Coordinating with local central databases and external partners to ensure interworking specifications meet local quality-of-service mandates and integration readiness milestones. Mentoring and upskilling Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on best practices for writing user stories, functional specifications, and traceability from regulation to implementation. Must haves: 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry. Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks. Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers. Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against. Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets. Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts. Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice to have: Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments. Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
