At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer on Developer Velocity, you'll design and build the internal platform, tooling, and automation that lets every Render engineer move quickly and safely. You'll drive changes in our local development environments, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and the metrics we use to understand and improve how we ship. You'll work across the entire engineering org, identify where friction lives, and remove it, measurably.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Improve speed and reliability of early change feedback
- Invest in build and dependency tooling, caching, incremental builds, and monorepo ergonomics, to keep iteration tight as the codebase grows.
- Accelerate our CI/CD pipelines - cutting build, test, and deploy times while keeping the path to production safe and reversible.
- Make our test suites fast and trustworthy: parallelization, smart test selection, flaky-test detection, and better local/preview environments built on the same primitives our customers use.
- Design and build tools to support concurrent agent execution
- Make test feedback fast enough to live inside an agent's loop, where slow or flaky runs compound across every attempt.
- Get agents the right context (codebase conventions, service ownership, recent changes, environment state) so their first attempt lands closer to correct.
- Simplify and establish repeatable patterns
- Reduce toil through automation, paving over repetitive workflows and manual steps wherever they slow people down.
- Instrument the engineering org with meaningful signals (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, time to restore) and turn them into action.
- Build and participate in an on-call rotation as the team takes ownership of critical systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building and operating developer-facing tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms that other engineers depend on every day.
- Experience driving cultural and process changes to make engineering teams more effective.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping, maintaining, and debugging production systems.
- Proficiency in Go (or a strong willingness to ramp quickly, it's our primary language).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (yup, Terraform).
- A bias toward measurement: you instrument what you build and let data tell you whether you actually made things faster.
- You empathize deeply with engineers, fixing developer pain points in an elegant and sustainable manner is something that resonates deeply with you.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience improving build systems, test infrastructure, or developer experience at meaningful scale - Bazel, Concourse, and GitHub workflows are old friends.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Comfort working close to the metal - Linux, containers, kubernetes - you get your hands very dirty.
- Security-minded instincts, especially around supply chain and the path from commit to deploy.
- Understanding that the question isn't "AI pilled vs AI skeptic", but rather where to use it as an accelerant, and where human context must come first.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

We are hiring the Procurement Lead to build the procurement function and policy from the ground up and drive standardization and savings across our largest spend categories: Networks, Sales & Marketing, and IT/Software.
You will design how Airalo buys, embed a disciplined purchase-to-pay process into our new ERP, and turn fragmented, function-by-function spending into a governed, competitive, and auditable process, and drive savings to every dollar we spend with third parties.
This is a senior role for a builder who will set the policy, run the high-value negotiations, and deliver hard savings that fund growth and protect EBITDA. You will report to the CFO and partner across every spending function in the company.
What you'll do:
Procurement policy & governance
Design and roll out Airalo's procurement policy, delegation-of-authority thresholds, supplier onboarding, and competitive-tendering standards.
Establish clear, proportionate approval workflows that bring control without slowing the business.
Category management
Own the category strategies across the major spend areas: network and infrastructure spends, S&M (agencies, media, martech), IT and SaaS, and professional services.
Build single source of truth with spends visibility and a vendor taxonomy so we know what we buy, from whom, and on what terms; build standardization and a framework to adhere to credit terms.
Maintain a validated savings pipeline reported with Finance, and ensure segregation of duties, audit trail, and anti-fraud controls aligned to the SOX-lite framework.
Strategic sourcing & negotiation
Lead competitive sourcing and high-value negotiations on a total-cost-of-ownership basis; set and deliver savings targets and improve working capital.
Partner with Finance's zero-based budgeting and the process to convert sourcing wins into budgeted savings;
Supplier & contract management
Own master agreements, a renewals calendar, supplier performance, and third-party risk and due diligence.
Purchase-to-pay process & systems
Follow through the PO/PR process and three-way match, support clean accruals, and embed procurement into the ERP as a core stakeholder.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial / category management, including building or materially scaling a procurement function in a fast-growth company.
Deep category expertise across indirect spend (marketing, IT/SaaS, professional services); exposure to network, telecom, or infrastructure spend like capacity, routing, wholesale in a must have.
Track record of running competitive tenders and complex negotiations with measurable, validated savings.
Hands-on experience designing PO/PR and purchase-to-pay processes, potentially within an ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft) environment.
Strong command of procurement policy, delegation of authority, supplier risk, and controls.
Influence without authority: credible with senior leaders across Networks, Marketing, and Technology, able to change buying behaviour with evidence.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a high-growth company, including controls and audit-readiness maturity.
Direct involvement in an ERP / P2P implementation.
Comfort operating in a globally distributed, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction business.

Are you driven to dig deep into runtime behavior, uncover complex failures, and ensure the foundation underlying millions of developer tools stays rock-solid? Do you understand that reliability at the runtime level directly impacts how developers experience their tools every single day?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
JetBrains Runtime (JBR) is our fork of OpenJDK, used to launch all IntelliJ-based IDEs. When runtime issues occur, they affect every developer relying on our products. This role exists to ensure JBR remains stable, performant, and reliable across platforms.
You’ll take ownership of quality across JBR builds, working closely with the engineers building features like Java Chromium Embedded Framework (JCEF) and contributing to OpenJDK projects. Day to day, you will:
Analyze automated test results from regular builds to investigate Java runtime and test failures.
Conduct thorough investigations into user-reported issues to ensure accurate triage.
Analyze thread dumps and JVM crash logs to pinpoint deadlocks, freezes, and Event Dispatch Thread (EDT) responsiveness issues in the IDE.
Communicate with developers to build a deep understanding of runtime architecture and ongoing changes.
Collaborate with the support team to reproduce and resolve issues reported in public builds.
Take ownership of JetBrains Runtime quality by identifying what needs to be fixed, keeping the tracker organized, and prioritizing quality tasks.
What you’ll bring
A focus on quality and deep technical investigation over quick surface fixes.
Clear communication skills and comfort advocating for your perspective while remaining open to others.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for keeping issues organized and moving forward.
The curiosity to understand underlying systems and application architecture rather than treating tools as black boxes.
What you’ll need
A solid understanding of Java, AWT, Swing, and Java2D.
Hands-on experience analyzing thread dumps, JVM crash logs, or memory issues using standard JDK diagnostic tools.
The ability to read and understand tests using test frameworks like jtreg, JUnit, gtest, or ctest.
Experience reproducing complex technical issues and working with issue trackers like YouTrack, Jira, or GitHub.
Familiarity with macOS and Linux environments.
What success looks like
Success in this role means runtime issues are caught early, triaged effectively, and clear context is provided to developers so fixes happen swiftly. You’ll have established a clear view of JBR quality, unblocked internal teams, and improved overall IDE stability for millions of users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll build and operate key parts of our cloud-native SaaS platform—spanning backend services, frontend applications, and cross-cutting system components. You will own features end-to-end, partner closely with engineering, product, and design, and help advance both the technical foundations and user experience of our products.
Industry Insight
Transportation logistics is massive, fragmented, and still largely underserved by modern software. You’ll be helping define the future of how freight moves by contributing to automation, operational intelligence, and workflow modernization at scale.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world’s most essential industries.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles:
Build for Real-World Impact
— Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every feature we ship is designed to reduce friction, increase efficiency, and drive tangible results for the people moving freight every day.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment
— Ownership extends beyond building—it means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours—bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental
— Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs
— Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency
— We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback—we systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture:
Move Fast, Learn Fast
— Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome
— Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end—identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Engineering-Led, Customer-Driven
— Engineering leads by shaping technical strategy, but never in isolation. Designers, PMs, and Engineers share context and decisions, keeping customer outcomes at the center.
Pragmatism Over Purism
— Elegant code matters, but business impact matters more. We choose solutions that scale, are maintainable, and solve real customer problems—not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics
— We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work—that's expected.

.NET/C#, CosmosDB, Cognitive Search, Azure Services

We are looking for a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
who is comfortable working on high-load, distributed systems and making architectural decisions, not just implementing tasks.
At MMDSmart, you will work on a CPaaS/CCaaS platform handling messaging and voice communication at scale. This is not a typical CRUD product: you’ll deal with real-time flows, external integrations, billing complexity, and systems where design mistakes surface quickly in production.
You will be expected to take ownership from design to delivery and challenge assumptions when needed.
Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a
leading supplier in cloud-based business communications
, delivering game-changing IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. Our success is fueled by the inspiration and innovative ideas of our team members, encouraging their growth and impacting our Messaging and
Voice solutions
. These empower our clients to communicate more effectively with their customers. Don’t miss this chance to excel in a rapidly expanding tech company, where your potential and ambitions are not just recognized, but celebrated.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Design and implement new platform capabilities across backend and frontend (not just “features” but system-level improvements);
Contribute to architecture decisions in a microservices environment (Go-based services, event-driven patterns, APIs);
Build and evolve React-based interfaces used by enterprise customers and internal teams;
Work on integrations with external vendors (messaging providers, voice, billing systems);
Investigate production issues in a high-scale environment and drive them to resolution—not just patch them;
Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews;
Occasionally lead initiatives or own a domain end-to-end.
You are a perfect match if you have:
4+ years of real production experience as a Full Stack Engineer;
Strong backend expertise with Go (3+ years), not just syntax, but concurrency, performance, and system design;
Solid frontend experience with React + TypeScript (2+ years);
Experience building or maintaining distributed systems / microservices;
Good understanding of data modeling (SQL + NoSQL) and when to use each;
Ability to debug complex issues across services (not limited to your own code);
Comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve and not everything is predefined.
Will be a plus:
Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or telecom domains;
Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka or similar);
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred);
Exposure to billing systems or high-throughput APIs.
What you get:
Work on systems that actually operate at scale and have real business impact;
A team where senior engineers are expected to influence architecture, not just execute;
Remote work.
Benefits

Embrace the opportunity to work in a company that cares about:

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they sell into. As a Majors AE covering some of the key ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-new revenue and platform expansion. You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Partner Manager, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to bring Vercel's platform into some of the most digitally ambitious and transformational companies in the region.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and execute multi-year account plans across a curated set of named Major Accounts, with hyperscaler’s, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution spanning engineering, product, procurement, legal, and the C-suite
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations and establish Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of closing six and seven-figure deals in major or strategic accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationship to open doors and accelerate deals, not just name-drop them
Fluent in English and local language requirements based on the territory you’re focused on;
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, builds executive relationships from scratch, and sequences complex accounts to maximize long-term revenue
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership — without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with business outcomes and customer pain, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players active in the ANZ market
Have experience navigating ELAs, global framework agreements, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the ANZ market
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The Australia based pay range for this role is 388,000 - 524,000 AUD OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. About the team
The Technical Success team ensures safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises, acting as trusted advisors to maximize value from models and products. The Ecosystem team builds and scales third-party integrations around ChatGPT and Codex, working across product, engineering, partnerships, safety, legal, policy, and go-to-market to create useful, trustworthy, and technically sound integrations.
About the role
The Applied Deployment Engineer will build and deepen ChatGPT integrations with third-party messaging platforms, focusing initially on partner work and future opportunities with other messaging apps globally. This hands-on, partner-facing engineering role involves working closely with external product and engineering teams to improve integrations, expand capabilities like image generation, increase retention, and translate partner needs into OpenAI’s product and engineering roadmap. The role requires daily coding, making changes across platform or monorepo surfaces, and balancing technical discovery, product tradeoffs, prototyping, debugging, and executive communication. It suits a product-minded engineer with excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizations. The role is based in the San Francisco office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
— Partner with messenger app product and engineering teams to design ChatGPT-powered experiences fitting chat, group, contact, and app-tab surfaces.
— Deepen existing partner integrations focusing on user experience, retention, reliability, and features.
— Build prototypes, integration guides, reference flows, and launch checklists to help partners move from concept to production.
— Debug API, latency, authentication, quota, quality, and user-experience issues across partner and OpenAI systems.
— Translate privacy, trust, login, and data-handling requirements into clear technical constraints and implementation plans.
— Collaborate with product, engineering, design, partnerships, legal, policy, and support teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and maintainable partner launches.
— Capture repeatable patterns from messenger integrations and create reusable playbooks for future partners.
— Travel periodically to meet international partners during key integration, launch, and post-launch milestones.
Requirements
— Strong software engineering background with daily coding enjoyment.
— Experience building or deploying API integrations with external partners, understanding client, backend, auth, privacy, reliability, and UX constraints.
— Strong product sense and design judgment for consumer-facing experiences.
— Ability to concretize ambiguous product ideas without over-specifying partner internals.
— Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
— Comfortable debugging distributed systems and narrowing performance or reliability issues into actionable hypotheses.
— Deep care about user trust, privacy, and product quality, especially in sensitive communication contexts.
— Ability to balance urgency with judgment and maintain launch momentum without skipping important details.
Preferred qualifications
— Experience with B2C consumer, social, or messaging products.
— Experience working with international partners or in cross-cultural product and engineering environments.
— Familiarity with OAuth/login flows, API rate limits, webviews, mobile release cycles, and partner launch operations.
— Experience with AI product launches, developer platforms, or API-first products.
— Prior customer-facing or partner-facing engineering experience, especially in startups or smaller companies.
— Ability to collaborate across APAC time zones and travel internationally quarterly, sometimes for up to two weeks around major launch milestones.
