Lead improvements to ticket classification, queue design, backlog management, and skills-based routing to help Support scale

Experience administering or supporting multiple tools across a support ecosystem, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience leading systems changes independently or in partnership with Engineering, IT, Security, or Analytics
Strong communication skills, ownership, and sound judgment, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high bar for quality, documentation, and execution
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Zendesk Administrator certification
Experience configuring skills-based routing, intelligent routing, or classification
Experience with Zendesk Copilot, agent assist, or other AI-powered support tooling
Admin experience with Sprinklr, Gainsight, MaestroQA, Assembled, or Salesforce
Experience with APIs, webhooks, custom Zendesk apps, or scripting, plus SQL or analytics tools to evaluate workflow and tooling performance

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal builds the infrastructure that lets engineers run AI workloads without the usual pain. To do this well, we need exceptional people – and that’s where you come in.
As the first dedicated GTM recruiter on our Talent team, you’ll own sales, GTM, and other G&A searches end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, founders, and GTM leads to shape how we hire and help bring in the people who will define what Modal becomes.
What you’ll do:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for key hires across GTM and G&A functions (sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates)
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand the real work and calibrate on what great looks like
- Help set our hiring bar and how we evaluate talent
- Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies that resonate with a strong community of experienced GTM talent
- Deliver a fast, respectful, honest candidate experience
- Bring an equity lens to every stage of the process
- Use data and market context to keep searches on track and expectations aligned
- Support candidates as a trusted guide through high-stakes decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
- You know GTM recruiting inside and out and enjoy challenging searches
- You’re curious – you ask the right questions and love understanding how things actually work
- You influence with insight and honesty, not by simply having the loudest voice in the room
- You move quickly and communicate clearly, even when things get messy
- You’re a strong closer who builds trust early and stays ahead of concerns
- You’re steady when priorities shift and can recalibrate without losing momentum
- You care about people and want them to have a thoughtful, fair, and human experience throughout the process
Responsibilities Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interview loop that holds that bar.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services.
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction.
- Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways.
- Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release.
- Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release.
- Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly.
- Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a Solutions Architect at Baseten you will partner closely with Sales and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, run technical discovery, and guide repeatable deployments and proofs of value for customers. This role is a great fit for entrepreneurial, customer-facing technical professionals who want a front-row view into how modern companies adopt AI at scale, and who enjoy working across technical discovery, solution design, demos, deployment scoping, and hands-on customer implementations, in close partnership with Sales and Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Sales on customer discovery calls (most often second calls, occasionally first calls for large accounts).
- Lead demos and technical scoping to align on success criteria, architecture, and deployment approach.
- Own benchmarking and repeatable deployments, including:
- Handling standard deployment patterns and configurations across many modalities – LLMs, embeddings, image and video generation, Voice AI, etc.
- Advising on tradeoffs like H100s vs B200s and latency-optimized vs throughput-optimized setups.
- Driving consistent “playbook” style deployments for common models and use cases.
- Become a power user of different runtimes such as vLLM, SGLang, and TRT-LLM and all the common configurations and tradeoffs between them
- Drive POC and project execution, including:
- Scoping POCs and keeping stakeholders aligned on timeline, deliverables, and next steps.
- Acting as the “ringleader” or project manager for POCs.
- Pulling in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) support when deeper or more complex technical work is needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- AI/ML background and the ability to credibly discuss AI/ML topics with technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to run structured discovery and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Technical depth to scope solutions, without needing to write production code.
- Ability to script and prototype as needed, including comfort “vibe coding” to move quickly in technical workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tradeoffs relevant to inference performance and cost (for example GPU selection and latency versus throughput tuning).
- Experience serving as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs, including coordination across Sales and Engineering.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

About Us
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 120-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Close is a CRM built around the communication tools sales teams use every day: email, calling, SMS, workflows, reporting, and AI. Underneath that product is a broad technical surface — Python services and a large application backend, a TypeScript and React frontend, public APIs, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure, and integrations with providers that handle sensitive customer data.
Security work happens across it all today, but the ownership is spread across Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security & Trust. We’re hiring our first dedicated Product Security Engineer to make that work systematic. You’ll report to the Backend Platform team manager within EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design), while working across the entire product and infrastructure surface. You’ll find vulnerabilities, determine which findings matter most, and drive them through remediation. Often you’ll fix the problem yourself. Other times you’ll give the owning team a clear reproduction, a practical path forward, and enough context to prioritize correctly.
You’ll analyze code, build proof-of-concepts, test running applications, tune or replace noisy tools, and automate the repetitive parts of vulnerability management. This is not a role where you forward scanner alerts and call the queue managed. Product and application security will be your responsibility. You’ll partner closely with our Infrastructure team on cloud security, access, and secrets, and with our Security & Trust Lead on GRC Engineering https://grc.engineering/, compliance (SOC 2) goals, audits, and corporate security.
This role is a new one at Close. You’ll have significant room to decide where better tooling, clearer ownership, and a small amount of code can reduce the most risk.
OUR STACK
Our backend is primarily Python, with Flask and FastAPI services and TaskTiger https://github.com/closeio/tasktiger and Temporal handling much of our asynchronous work. We expose REST https://developer.close.com/ and GraphQL APIs and store data in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Our frontend is a large single-page TypeScript application built primarily with React. We bundle with Vite, target modern browsers, and test with Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Chromatic. The product updates in near real time and uses technologies including WebSockets and WebRTC. Our mobile application is built with React Native.
We build and test Docker images in CI/CD and continuously deploy them to Kubernetes on AWS. Our infrastructure uses managed services including EKS, MSK, and ElastiCache, alongside services running on EC2. Terraform and Ansible automate much of the underlying infrastructure, and our containerized local development environment lets engineers run the full system on their own machines.
For this role, our stack extends beyond simply backend or frontend: browser behavior, frontend state, API authorization, asynchronous processing, data access, third-party integrations, containers, and cloud configuration can all be part of the same attack path.
We love open sourcing our code and ideas on our GitHub https://github.com/closeio and on The Making of Close https://making.close.com/, our behind-the-scenes Product & Engineering blog. AI is both how we build and what we ship, and that's reshaped what engineering looks like. This is a transformation we’re embracing and find deeply exciting.
YOU ARE
- An application security engineer who writes code. You can move from reading an unfamiliar code path, to reproducing an exploit, to proposing or shipping a production-quality fix. Strong Python or TypeScript experience would be especially useful; fluency across both backend and frontend systems is even better.
- Skilled at finding vulnerabilities conventional scanners may miss. You use modern AI-assisted review pipelines, guided by expert judgment, to uncover subtle flaws in web apps and APIs—from authentication, authorization, and tenant isolation to injection, SSRF, unsafe data flows, and business logic. You can threat-model designs, white-box review code, and test running systems.
- Offensive-minded and operationally responsible. You know how to test like an attacker without being careless with customer data or production systems. You can turn a finding into a safe reproduction, assess exploitability and business impact, and retest the eventual fix.
- An automation builder. You have worked with some mix of SAST, DAST, software composition analysis, container scanning, secrets scanning, or cloud posture tooling. More importantly, you know how to tune tools, connect them to engineering workflows, and remove noise.
- AI-native and accountable. You use coding agents and LLMs to accelerate investigation, code review, and repetitive engineering work, but you verify their output. You think carefully about what happens when agents clone untrusted code, install dependencies, or receive access to credentials.
- Able to separate severity from priority. A score is an input, not a foregone conclusion. You consider reachability, existing controls, customer impact, and attack chains, then explain the risk in language that is legible to an engineer or business owner.
- Comfortable working across the business. You’ll collaborate with product engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Security & Trust Lead, auditors, and external researchers without confusing partnership for pass-off ownership. You will follow findings to closure even when another team is responsible for the fix.
- Self-directed in a remote environment. You can take an ambiguous surface (say, secret rotation or dependency remediation) and learn how it works across multiple systems then turn it into a practical plan with measurable progress.
You do not need to arrive as the deepest expert in every part of this scope. You do need to be able to investigate an unfamiliar system, determine what matters, and bring the right people with you.
YOU WILL
The work spans hands-on application security, security automation, vulnerability management, and infrastructure partnership. Depending on where you find the greatest risk and leverage, projects could include:
- Build a recurring product security review program. Threat model new features, audit high-risk areas, review code, and build safe proof-of-concepts in isolated development environments. Work across our backend, frontend, APIs, and customer-facing integrations.
- Improve application security testing. Combine static analysis, dependency and secrets scanning, dynamic testing in development, and carefully scoped production testing. Use existing tools where they fit and build focused automation where they don’t.
- Own vulnerability intake and remediation. Triage findings from HackerOne, scanners, penetration tests, audits, customers, and internal research. Reproduce issues, assess exploitability and impact, track remediation, and verify fixes. Serve as technical lead for our bug bounty program while contract and budget ownership remain elsewhere.
- Turn security alerts into useful engineering work. Verify scanner coverage and automate ingestion, deduplication, enrichment, prioritization, and routing—so teams spend less time interpreting alerts and more time fixing important issues.
- Make dependency remediation safer and less manual. Improve scanning across our Python and TypeScript codebases, then build workflows to assess upgrades, stage pull requests, run checks, and route work without exposing credentials to untrusted packages or build steps.
- Make secrets routinely rotatable. Partner with service owners and Infrastructure to inventory application secrets, add graceful rotation paths, document provider-specific runbooks, and automate rotation where the provider and risk justify it. Expand our use of Vault-backed dynamic credentials and reduce the number of rotations that require a coordinated fire drill.
- Strengthen AWS security with Infrastructure. Evaluate and improve automated detection of risky configuration across identity, networking, compute, storage, containers, and registries. Turn findings into secure defaults, just-in-time access patterns, infrastructure guardrails, and actionable remediation—not build a second Infrastructure team.
- Support audits and raising the security floor. Partner with Security & Trust on external assessments, provide technical context, and ensure findings are fixed rather than rediscovered. Along the way, create documentation, paved roads, and lightweight training that helps engineers make safer choices without waiting for a security review.
- Take a key technical role in security incident response. Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to coordinate investigation, containment, and remediation. Contribute to root-cause analysis and follow-up improvements, translating lessons learned into stronger controls and reduced recurrence.
Tech you’ll touch: Python, TypeScript, React, Flask, FastAPI, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Vault, GitHub Actions, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch and the security tooling you help us choose.
