The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.

Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on
Director of AI Enablement
to identify high-value business problems, deliver AI solutions in real operational environments, and turn proven approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.
The role combines the business immersion and problem discovery of a
Deployment Strategist
, the technical delivery capability of a
Forward-Deployed Engineer
, and the product judgment required to standardize successful solutions. You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.
Success is measured by business impact and sustained adoption—not the number of pilots launched.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems
Embed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.
Separate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.
Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.
Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.
2. Build and Deliver Solutions
Define the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.
Personally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.
For larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.
Own delivery from discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and handover.
3. Drive Adoption and Business Impact
Design solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.
Lead pilots, enablement, training, and change management required for sustained adoption.
Track outcomes such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, cost avoided, and active usage.
Ensure every initiative has a business owner, an adoption plan, and a sustainable operating model.
4. Productize and Scale What Works
Identify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.
Convert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.
Decide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.
Build practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.
Feed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.
What We Look For In You
4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.
Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.
Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.
Sufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Experience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.
High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.
Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, or other non-engineering functions.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.
Experience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.
Familiarity with Lark/Feishu and enterprise internal-tooling ecosystems.
Expected Outcomes
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Establish a repeatable approach for identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities.
Deliver production use cases with measurable operational impact and sustained adoption.
Create clear ownership and decision paths from prototype to production, scale, handover, or stop.
Turn selected deployments into reusable capabilities adopted by multiple teams.
Build a network of business champions and technical partners capable of scaling AI adoption across the organization.
Perks & Benefits

L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.

Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
You will carry a book of 10-30 accounts - $1B to $5B+ revenue companies. You work in a pod with a dedicated Enterprise Engagement Manager on a shared book: one account plan, shared customer outcomes, and comp designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
This is a role that requires a depth of expertise selling to Fortune 500 companies, knowing how to architect multi-disciplinary commercial deals, comfort regularly selling to C-Suite executives, and strategic GTM deal architecture.

- A quota history above 100% you can walk through year by year, President's Club achievement, etc.
- Demonstrated account development: you have grown named accounts 2-3x, and renewals were the floor of that growth
- Command of MEDDPICC or equivalent, with the CRM hygiene to prove your pipeline is real
- Working AI fluency - you use generative tools yourself and can demo credibly to a skeptical enterprise buyer
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold creative or content technology
- Sold consumption or usage-based contracts
- Sourced the majority of your own pipeline

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
Runway is scaling its Enterprise revenue organization with leaders who know how to build and scale high-performance teams. And, who can operate a revenue machine while keeping customer value in mind - leading our industry-based revenue pods responsible for both net-new ACV, NRR, and Renewal.
This role is designed for the leader who wants to accelerate their CRO career trajectory. Someone who knows how to build and scale teams and leadership excellence from $100M to $500M+ organizations, operate in AI-native fluid environments, and have experience selling-to, expanding, and renewing with client operators from across a variety of ICPs (From operators in Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance, to technologists in AI, IT Infrastructure, and Security).
Runway is searching for leaders who enjoy the build - hiring top-performing AEs and frontline leaders to grow your teams for scale. You’re a leader-of-leaders who lead hybrid revenue pods of AEs + Engagement managers. We expect you to think like a CRO - every pod is effectively a P&L, expansion is as much your number as new logos, and any customer who signs needs to see value through consumption of the Runway platform.
If you have only ever inherited a running enterprise org, this is not the right fit. If you have built one, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead an Enterprise segment of 3-4 frontline sales managers; each with 3-5 revenue pods beneath them with operating Enterprise Account Executives and Engagement Managers in each pod. At scale, this role leads 25 - 40 GTM teammates
- Own the segment's new ACV and NRR targets - both numbers, one owner, reviewed weekly with the CRO
- Engage personally with C-level executives on accounts, building business cases and navigating procurement, security review, legal through to production deployment
- Run the operating rhythm: forecasting to +/-5%, deal inspection, pipeline generation discipline, and account planning across a long-cycle book
- Ensure that each of your leaders engages their revenue pods (AE + Engagement manager) to drive license consumption and value output. The more we invest in our customer’s adoption, the more everyone wins.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales with 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations with experience as a second-line leader
- A validated record of building - you have grown an enterprise segment past 25 sellers and beaten the number while doing it
- Personal history of closing and sponsoring $250k-$1M+ ACV deals with $1B+ revenue companies
- Experience running consumption or usage-based revenue models, where expansion is earned through customer value
- Fluency with modern AI - you use these tools daily, operate your team with them to drive productivity, you can demo Runway credibly to a CMO or CTO, and you have a defensible point of view on where generative media is going
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to reinforce value-orientation and deal progression with your teams
- A record of exceeding quota year-over-year
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience selling API and AI infrastructure solutions to CTO / CIOs
- Sold creative, media, or content technology to Fortune 500 marketing and studio organizations
- Built vertical pod or team structures with shared new ACV + NRR%/Renewal ownership
- Scaled a GTM org through the $100M to $500M+ revenue stage
COMPENSATION

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
- Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
- Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
- Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
- Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
- Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
- Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
- Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
- Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
- Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
- Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
- Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
- Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
- A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
- Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first

Perplexity is an AI-powered answer engine founded in December 2022 and growing rapidly as one of the world's leading AI platforms. Perplexity has raised over $1B in venture investment from some of the world's most visionary and successful leaders, including Elad Gil, Daniel Gross, Jeff Bezos, Accel, IVP, NEA, NVIDIA, Samsung, and many more. Our objective is to build accurate, trustworthy AI that powers decision-making for people and assistive AI wherever decisions are being made.
Throughout human history, change and innovation have always been driven by curious people. Today, curious people use Perplexity to answer more than 780 million queries every month—a number that's growing rapidly for one simple reason: everyone can be curious.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Perplexity is building the AI platform for professional finance: Perplexity Computer, our agentic platform that navigates tools, completes multi-step workflows, and connects to the market data, filings, transcripts, and research that investment professionals already rely on, and our API Platform, which powers search, retrieval, and automation across structured and unstructured financial data.
At the center of this is our Applied AI / Forward Deployed motion: we work closely with buyside firms—hedge funds, private equity, and asset managers—to distill their core investment processes and embed them into bespoke solutions built on our platform. That means sitting with analysts and PMs to understand how they screen, diligence, monitor, and decide, then translating those workflows into custom skills, agents, and connector configurations that run inside their daily process—and feeding what we learn back into the product so it compounds across customers.
As an AI Strategist on our Applied AI team focused on financial services, you are the subject matter expert who makes this real for investment professionals. This is a commercial and sales engineering role: you will own strategic customer engagements end to end—leading discovery, defining what to build, demonstrating frontier capabilities against real investment workflows, and driving deployments from first conversation through production and expansion. You are part customer owner, part product strategist, part sales engineer—fluent in both the language of the deal team and the language of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OWN STRATEGIC FINANCIAL-SERVICES ENGAGEMENTS
- Lead discovery with banks, PE firms, hedge funds, and asset managers: what matters to the investment team, what problems they are solving, and which workflows are worth automating
- Define scope—what is the right thing to build—and own success metrics, pilot design, and commercial structure
- Drive deployment and rollout across front-office teams, with real revenue responsibility alongside Sales
BE THE DEMO AND TECHNICAL PROOF ENGINE
- Build and deliver compelling, workflow-specific demonstrations: screening, comps, diligence, earnings analysis, research synthesis, portfolio monitoring
- Prototype workflows, skills, and connector configurations hands-on in Perplexity Computer and the API Platform to prove value in the customer's own use cases
- Run pilots and evaluations that hold up to scrutiny from skeptical analysts and PMs
BRING DOMAIN JUDGMENT TO THE PRODUCT
- Translate how deal teams, research desks, and portfolio managers actually work into product, connector, and data-partnership priorities
- Assess whether we have the right market data, filings, transcripts, and research integrations to serve each finance sub-vertical—and drive the roadmap where we do not
- Codify repeatable engagement patterns: discovery templates, finance-specific reference workflows, demo libraries, and deployment playbooks
OPERATE AS THE COMMERCIAL LEAD
- Own senior relationships with investment professionals and technology leaders; move engagements through qualification, scoping, proposal, pricing, legal, and close
- Create urgency, write crisp follow-ups, and know when to push and when to wait
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of direct experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, equity research, or institutional asset management—you have built models, written memos, and lived the workflows you will now automate
- 6+ years of total experience spanning finance and some combination of technical GTM, sales engineering, solutions architecture, AI product strategy, or applied AI with customer exposure
- Deep fluency in front-office workflows: screening, comps, diligence, earnings, research synthesis, portfolio construction and monitoring
- Strong intuition for AI products, agents, and workflows, with the ability to understand technical systems without needing every detail pre-digested
- Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with Forward Deployed Engineers and technical teams: scoping builds together, pairing on prototypes, and translating customer requirements into engineering-ready specs
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped, executable deployment plans with clear success metrics
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating with MDs, partners, PMs, CIOs, and CTOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write proposals, customer memos, technical scopes, and launch narratives
- High agency and low ego, with the ability to run multiple complex customer workstreams in parallel and make progress before the playbook exists
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience building with agentic systems, tool-use workflows, MCP, or LLM APIs
- Working knowledge of institutional data platforms: FactSet, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Morningstar, or similar
- Experience selling or deploying technology into regulated financial institutions, including security and compliance review
- Founder or early-startup operating experience
- Strong network across buy-side and sell-side institutions
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Render Startup Program is how we earn our place as the default cloud for the next generation of builders. The most important founders don't come to us through ads or big conferences, they come through trusted rooms, warm intros, and high-signal moments. This role exists to build and run those moments at scale.
As our Startup Marketing Associate, you'll be the operational engine and the on-the-ground face of the program. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day mechanics that keep the program humming, and you'll build our SF founder-dinner motion from the ground up, curating the right rooms, running flawless events, and turning relationships into momentum for Render. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Startup Program lead and our Developer Relations team to reach founders where they actually are.
This is a role for someone early in their career but already plugged into the San Francisco startup ecosystem, someone social and high-agency who can make a warm intro in their sleep, fill a room with the right people, and make every founder in it feel like their time was well spent. If you're looking to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth at a company moving fast to capture a generational market opening, this is a front-row seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program. Own application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable, so the program scales cleanly and our lead can stay focused on strategy.
- Build and run the SF founder engine. Source and curate guest lists of high-quality founders, manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics end-to-end, and own flawless day-of execution so every event feels effortless and worth a founder's time.
- Drive light event marketing and promotion. Craft invitations, event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture that resonate with a founder and developer audience.
- Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale and ensure the content, conversations, and programming land credibly with a technical crowd.
- Grow Render's footprint in the SF ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships across founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, and become a connective node in the community we're building.
- Close the loop on impact. Track attendance, attribution, and conversion from event to program to customer, so we know which rooms produce the best builders and can double down.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6 years of experience across some mix of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This isn't a role for someone fresh out of school, but it is a great step for someone ready to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth.
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem. You're genuinely social, a natural connector, and you can make a warm intro in your sleep.
- Fluency in the venture landscape and a real understanding of the AI transformation reshaping how startups build.
- An instinct for how developers adopt tools. You understand the technologies in the consideration set for technical teams and that developers hate being marketed to. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, you just need to get the landscape.
- High agency and strong organization. You find problems before they're assigned, you're comfortable owning logistics from invite to follow-up, and you're energized by being in the room.
- Based in San Francisco, including for evening events.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams.
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, and similar).
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

SF IDEO Senior BxD Designer
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a Senior Business Designer who will frame complex business problems, translate insights into viable growth opportunities, and drive ideas toward real-world activation.
The role:
At IDEO, we help clients move forward when the path isn’t clear — whether driven by ambition, responding to disruption, or breaking out of entrenched ways of working.
As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.
The right person for this role has strong business acumen and strategic instincts, with experience in growth strategy, product management, go-to-market execution, or venture creation. They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.
Once here you will:
Creatively problem-solve by generating new ideas, viable business models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and ventures, exploring unconventional or hidden solutions in a business context
Build an understanding of IDEO’s client organizations, and partner with clients to drive change and innovation within their teams and organizations
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify new and emerging opportunities, inform decisions, shape business cases, and build conviction for new ideas
Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear narratives that guide decision-making and align stakeholders
Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community

Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
Strong storytelling and strategic narrative-building skills
