Join our CRM Marketing team!
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). You will experiment with new ideas, optimise conversion and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth across different OLX categories.
Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.
What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.

Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Lisboa.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)

About Us
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role
We're looking for our first hospitality fan Sales person in Hamburg. Sales is at the heart of our business growth right now, and you will be driving it forward in your day-to-day. This role is about more than closing deals, it is about blending with the hospitality scene and winning the market.
In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:
- Find the coolest new hospitality spots in town that everyone talks about
- Create engaging ways to show our product
- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully
- Efficiently use our CRM and other Sales tools (Hubspot, Clay, AI) to leave more time for creativity and connection
- Continuously improve and revisit our sales funnel
- Keep an eye on the new developments in the industry and the merchants’ needs to create our own path
What You’ll Need
You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:
- Hands-on approach, independence and hunger for fast-paced operations
- Natural curiosity and a healthy appetite for calculated risk - we want you to try new things and not be afraid to fail
- Strong and engaging communication skills - you can grab an attention of a busy hospitality owner and keep them interested
- Passion and curiosity for hospitality and hospitality tech
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
- Flexible time off
- Team events
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for
IT Support & Operations Specialist
.
Your main tasks will be:
Run the infrastructure end-to-end: VPS, dedicated servers, virtual machines, VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access — plus the monitoring, logging, and backups that keep it honest.
Administer Google Workspace completely — accounts, groups, aliases, security policy, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and any migrations that come with it.
Own Slack, OpenAI, and every other SaaS platform we run — including version and system migrations when they happen.
Be the actual IT support for a distributed team — L1/L2 on Mac and Windows, onboarding and offboarding, remote laptop setup, device lifecycle.
Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and control payment on cloud resources, licenses, and invoices — the part most sysadmins never touch, but you will.
Show up occasionally when we run an offline "station" and physically set up the room — laptops, mics, sound.
We expect from you:
You've spent 5+ years as a sysadmin or in IT ops, and you've actually run Google Workspace top to bottom — including a domain migration, not just user management.
You know Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SSO/2FA (Okta, Google, Azure AD or similar) from hands-on use, not a course.
You've got working knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and the on-prem basics — DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall.
You've built and tested backups, not just scheduled them, and you understand mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) well enough to fix it when it breaks.
You've dealt with vendors and procurement directly — contracts, invoices, renewals — this isn't a nice-to-have here, it's half the job.
Scripting (bash/Python/PowerShell) is a plus, not a requirement.
Your English and Russian are both solid enough — B1+ — to run a call with a vendor without a script.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
The
initial pay level
or
pay range
for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Compliance to join our team remotely! The primary goal of this role is to elevate decision-making by uncovering emerging trends and root causes, and by driving insights and actions that provide full visibility into business performance and operational efficiency.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with strategic thinking to deliver actionable recommendations, guide decision-making, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end data management, from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and delivering insights for the Compliance team. A core part of this role is owning the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals. You'll also contribute to experimentation infrastructure, laying the groundwork for future ML and intelligence initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals, partnering closely with Compliance to study patterns and refine detection logic
- Translate compliance requirements into production detection logic, preserving correctness across alert eligibility, thresholds, customer segmentation, date windows, and deduplication
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation, feature engineering, and detection workflows
- Evaluate detection rules and analytical models across coverage, alert quality, threshold sensitivity, and the impact of proposed changes
- Design reproducible evaluations on historical data that account for limited labels, class imbalance, and shifts in customer behaviour over time
- Own testing, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support for detection workflows, including investigating data quality issues, pipeline failures, and unexpected changes in detection results
- Execute historical backfills with clear validation and traceability, and maintain reliable downstream alert delivery and integrations with compliance systems
- Be at the forefront of data innovation by experimenting, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into action, while incorporating software engineering best practices into pipelines and dashboards.
