Marketing Executive

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace: on-site About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and serves five brands from one marketing department: Deluxe Holiday Homes, ProKeep, HIVE Business Center, Deluxe Homes Interior Design, and Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. We run a platform-first model: our in-house Marketing OS and AI pipelines do the production-line work, and a small team does judgment, camera, and execution. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, decisive Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across all five brands: the video and photo shoot pipeline, the day-to-day operation of every social media account in the group, every marketing vendor (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, design freelancers), the physical launch of HIVE Business Center, and the trackers and weekly reporting the department runs on. You are the single point of accountability for one outcome: everything happens on the date it was promised. This is an ownership role, not a reminder-sender role. You make the routine calls — hold or release a shoot, pin a vendor to a date, reorder collateral before it runs out — and report after; you do not escalate and wait. You hold a written GO/NO-GO right on every shoot: if a shoot is not ready 3 days out, you stop it. If a vendor slips, you are on their phone the same day. Note: This role does not include marketing strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design, paid advertising, or SEO — those sit with specialist owners. Captions, scripts, and visuals arrive prepared from the content team and AI pipeline: you publish and operate, you do not write or design. The role has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Shoot Production • Own the shoot calendar across all brands: schedule every shoot 7 days out and issue the brief (properties, concept, video count) to the content and camera team. • Run the readiness gate: scripts in 4 days out, written GO or NO-GO to the Shoot Lead and GM 3 days out, by 6 pm, every time. • Lock properties with operations: units blocked, cleaned, and staged 3 days before every shoot. • Prepare the kit: wardrobe, props, and equipment ready on shoot day. • Log delivered-vs-planned for every shoot and keep host cancellation and standby penalties at AED 0. 2. Social Publishing & Account Operations • Publish the prepared content for all 5 brands, every day, per the approved calendar through the Marketing OS — and log the live link for every post. Flag any cadence break 24 hours before it happens, never after. • Operate every social account in the group (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube): bios, links, covers, highlights, pinned posts — complete and current at all times — and secure handles, profiles, and defensive registrations for any new brand or entity within 48 hours of its naming. • Moderate comments and DMs across all accounts with hard routing rules: booking or sales leads to the reservations and BD teams the same day, guest complaints to operations, spam hidden. • Keep Google Business Profile and Bing Places complete and active for ProKeep and HIVE (weekly posts, photos, Q&A), and execute the citation list set by the Search team. • Send review responses within 48 hours (AI-drafted, human-checked). • Run a monthly QA pass across every live channel and fix what it finds. 3. Vendors, Print & Physical Brand • Own every marketing vendor thread end-to-end: supplier, quote, approval, pinned date, delivery, and payment paperwork to finance. • Keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked across 700+ units on a reorder • Deliver uniforms and the vehicle-branding schedule (15 vehicles currently pending) to completion. • Chase trademark agents (EN + AR) and manage Arabic transcreation delivery from briefed vendors. • Run the physical launch of HIVE Business Center: signage, tour-route materials, print collateral, and opening-day logistics. • Bring every vendor decision to the GM as a 3-option comparison with your recommendation. 4. Trackers & Reporting • Keep every task, vendor, and budget line in ClickUp with a due date, updated every working day — without being chased. • File and index every photo and video asset within 48 hours of delivery so the AI pipeline can use it. • Send the Monday report to the GM: progress, blockers (with the date and person you escalated to), and spend. • Escalate any blocker — on anyone, including the GM — in writing within 24 hours. • Record every operational decision (cadence changes, vendor awards, holds) in the decision log. Required Qualifications • 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management, or event production — UAE experience required. • You come from a 50–500-person company — agency, hospitality, property, or D2C — where you ran schedules and vendors yourself, not through a department. • Decisive operator — reference-checked: your last manager will confirm you made calls inside your scope without waiting. • Proven vendor management: sourcing, quotes, negotiating to a deadline, accepting or rejecting delivery, and closing the payment paperwork. • Daily discipline in a task system (ClickUp, Asana, or similar): every task, a due date, a same-day update. • Fast, clear written English — comfortable issuing a written NO-GO that stops a shoot, to people more senior than you. • Native fluency in the mechanics of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube account operations — publishing runs through our platform, but you know how each platform actually behaves. • Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to move across Dubai daily: properties, vendors, print shops, and the HIVE site. Preferred Qualifications • Arabic — working level or better. • Hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate marketing exposure. • On-set experience: call sheets, shot lists, location logistics. • Enough Adobe/Canva literacy to catch a wrong export — you check design, you do not produce it. • AI tools in your daily workflow: drafting, checklists, review responses.

Recruitment Specialist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace: on-site About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding. This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready. Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment • Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding. • Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week. • Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia. • Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory. 2. Sourcing & Channels • Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting. • Keep the careers page ( jobs.deluxehomes.com ) postings current, accurate and closed when filled. • Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support. • Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff. • Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver. 3. Volume & Specialist Hiring • Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days. • Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors. • Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager. • Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV. • Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs. 4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience • Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions. • Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable. • Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners. • Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval. • Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next. Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred. • Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate. • Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray. • Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision. • Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers. • AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026. • UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role. Preferred Qualifications • Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background. • Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean. • Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian. • Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR). • UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar). What We Offer • Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week. • Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued. • Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

Link Building & SEO - Junior Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia Workplace: hybrid About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns. Role Overview We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you. This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it restored or replaced. Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them. Key Responsibilities Research and find link opportunities • Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research. • Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints. • Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site. • Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet. • Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data. 2. Outreach and negotiate • Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast. • Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price. • Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link. • Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them. • Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to. 3. Place and verify • Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page. • See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live. • Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it. • Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced. • Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period. 4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline • Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth. • Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending. • Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings. • Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them. • Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month. Required Qualifications • 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links). • Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty. • Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message. • Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them. • Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it. • Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office. • Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked. Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking. • Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage. • Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools. • Experience buying placements through link marketplaces. • Daily use of AI tools in your current work. • Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries. What We Offer • A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin. • A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets. • Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law. • A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

Accounting and Tax Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace: on-site About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property-management company in Dubai, managing 700+ premium short-term rentals. The wider Deluxe Homes Group runs several licensed entities, a real-estate brokerage and joint ventures across the UAE and Armenia. We are professionalizing the finance function and need a hands-on Chief Accountant to own the books, tax and audit across the group. Role Overview We are looking for a qualified, hands-on Chief Accountant + Tax to own month-end close, Corporate Tax and VAT, and the external audit across all group entities. You keep the books clean, the filings on time, and the auditors, banks and the FTA properly handled. This is a hands-on ownership role, not review-only. You close the books, file the returns yourself, lead the audit, and run the controls — supervising the Senior Accountant in Dubai and the accounting team in Armenia, and feeding clean numbers to the Financial Controller. You make the calls in your remit and escalate only what genuinely needs the Deputy GM or the Owner. Note: Sole bank-signing authority stays with the Owner: you prepare, control and release for approval — you do not self-pay. Key Responsibilities Close and consolidation • Own the month-end close calendar and deliver closed books on deadline across all entities. • Review and sign off journals, reconciliations and the trial balance before consolidation. • Prepare clean consolidation inputs for the Financial Controller’s management pack. Tax and audit • File Corporate Tax and VAT in-house, accurately and on time; keep CT / VAT and JV transfer-pricing working papers. • Lead the external audit (Deloitte) end to end — prepare the file, manage queries, deliver signed financials. • Be the primary point of contact for banks and the FTA on accounts, facilities and correspondence. Controls and intercompany • Run the controls framework — segregation of duties and payment-approval routing. • Keep intercompany balances reconciled and correctly eliminated on consolidation. • Oversee the Dubai cash-control framework: GRO handover reconciliation and deposit discipline. Team and records • Supervise the Senior Accountant (Dubai) and the accounting team (Armenia); review their work. • Maintain the fixed-asset register, accruals and prepayment schedules. • Ensure statutory and licence-linked filings are met on time. Required Qualifications • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 5+ years, including a senior or chief-accountant role. • Hands-on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT — you have filed both yourself, not only reviewed. • Strong month-end close, consolidation and intercompany across multiple entities. • Audit-firm or audited-company background — you can run a Deloitte-level audit end to end. • UAE-resident, comfortable fronting banks and the FTA; strong written English. • Decisive operator — you make the calls in your remit and report after. We will reference-check this. • AI tools used daily (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, reconcile and check. Not optional in 2026. Preferred Qualifications • Hospitality, real-estate or property-management sector experience. • Guesty, ERPNext or a similar PMS / ERP finance environment. • Experience supervising a remote (e.g. Armenia) accounting team. • Group / multi-entity and joint-venture accounting. • Arabic for dealing with authorities.
