Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on.
As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers.
Responsibilities:
Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation.
Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one.
Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves.
Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure.
Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards.
Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level.
Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms).
Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources.
Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services.
Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants.
Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role.
Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA.
Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers.
Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently.
Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes.
Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership
Requirements:
8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs.
Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you.
Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning.
Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services.
n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale.
Solid AWS for AI workloads: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, deployed and operated in production.
Solid GCP for AI workloads: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
Hands-on DevOps capability to deploy and run what you build.
Architectural thinking: end-to-end system design, clear trade-off documentation, and the ability to defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
Security engineering for what you build: secrets and credential management, key rotation, and least-privilege IAM across cloud and SaaS.
Data protection and auditability by design: classifying what data can reach which model and provider, controlling and logging prompts and outputs, and building audit trails that hold up to a regulator.
Fluency in the LLM threat surface, including prompt injection, data exfiltration through model outputs, insecure tool and agent use, and model supply-chain risk, with working knowledge of a recognised framework such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
Nice to have:
Fintech, brokerage, or financial services background.
DORA or ISO 27001:2022 knowledge as it applies to AI system risk.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and other AI regulatory requirements, as well as AI-specific risk and governance standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM guardrail and DLP tooling: Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex AI safety filters, or prompt-firewall and PII-redaction tools.
Experience building internal developer platforms or AI centres of excellence.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent.
Grow with Capital.com and help shape how millions of people access the markets.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker AI Gateway is our answer to the complexity of taking AI agents from prototype to production. It’s a powerful, intelligent, and secure control point that eliminates the toil of model orchestration, tool management, observability, and governance—so developers can focus on building incredible AI agents, not gluing together infrastructure.
The Gateway sits at the center of modern AI applications, offering:
- A model and tool routing layer with built-in security and cost optimization
- A familiar OpenAI-compatible interface and MCP server
- Unified observability and policy enforcement
- Auto-RAG, tool injection, session summarization, and more
We’re just getting started—and we need exceptional engineers to help us build the backbone of the future of agent-based development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement core systems powering the AI Gateway, including the model router, MCP gateway, and control plane

- Unified observability and policy enforcement
- Auto-RAG, tool injection, session summarization, and more
We’re just getting started and we need exceptional engineers to help us build the backbone of the future of agent-based development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set technical direction for core systems powering the AI Gateway 0 the model router, MCP gateway, and control plane - and make sure architectural decisions hold up as usage scales by 10x
- Consistently identify gaps in our infrastructure, process, or tooling before they become blockers, and drive the fix from idea to production
- Take a significant, hands-on role in defining, delivering, and implementing the Gateway's technical strategy, in close partnership with engineering leadership
- Own the hardest, highest-ambiguity problems in the system: dynamic model selection, auto-failover, cost-based routing, and policy enforcement that has to work end-to-end
- Act as the go-to expert for secure credential storage, session summarization, caching, and rate limiting - the capabilities everything else depends on
- Build the infrastructure that lets us, and our customers, evaluate, replay, and backtest agent and LLM behavior with confidence
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, and raise the technical bar for the team through code, design review, and example
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to shape not just what the control plane UI does, but where the product goes next
KEY PROBLEMS YOU’LL HELP SOLVE
- Define the unified abstraction layer across diverse model and tool providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock) that the rest of the org builds on
- Architect secure, scalable identity and credential vaulting for tool and model access, trusted enough to run at enterprise scale
- Build the infrastructure for real-time and historical analytics of AI agent behavior that leadership and customers both rely on
- Guarantee that policy enforcement and logging work end-to-end - from prompt to tool to response - with no gaps an auditor (or attacker) could find
- Set the bar for developer experience through intuitive APIs and first-class observability
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with a track record of owning production-grade systems at significant scale
- Deep specialization in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and API design - recognized by peers and cross-functional partners as a go-to expert, not just experienced
- Experience building secure, high-throughput services (gateways, proxies, load balancers, policy engines), and a history of making judgment calls other engineers rely on
- Fluency in Go and/or Rust
- A track record of identifying systemic gaps - in architecture, process, or tooling-— and driving the fix across team boundaries, not just within your own
- A strong product mindset, with real experience shaping technical direction rather than only executing against it
- Comfortable operating with wide latitude: given a problem and significant autonomy in how to solve it, including when and who to pull in
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
- Experience with policy engines (e.g., OPA), observability frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry), or API gateways
- Understanding of OAuth 2.1, secret management, and cloud IAM systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture

#LI-REMOTE
Location: North America
Workplace: Remote
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 30,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
At Linear, we are committed to quality. Security is an essential part of that quality — not a layer that we add later, but something we build in from the start. We have a foundational security program we're proud of but, as Linear evolves our product and scales into enterprise, there's meaningful work ahead: staying ahead of vulnerabilities as our attack surface grows, responding fast and cleanly when incidents happen, and hardening our product and infrastructure. As Security Engineer at Linear, you'll be operating in a high-autonomy role with real scope, doing hands-on security work across the product and infrastructure we build.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
Depending on your experience / skillset and our broader priorities, you could:
- Operate, automate, and extend vulnerability management end-to-end: triage, prioritize, and drive remediation across product, infrastructure, and dependencies, and keep the program’s SLAs meaningful rather than theoretical
- Run our bug bounty program: triage incoming reports, validate severity, work with engineering on fixes, and keep researcher relationships professional and responsive
- Lead product security testing: threat model new features (including AI/agent-facing surfaces), review designs and code for security-relevant risk, and do hands-on testing (manual and tool-assisted) rather than relying solely on scanners
- Be a primary responder for security incidents: lead investigation and containment, drive postmortems, and turn lessons into concrete hardening work
- Own meaningful chunks of our cloud/infra security posture on GCP/k8s/Postgres: harden configurations, close gaps surfaced by audits or scanning, and partner with infra engineering on secure defaults
- Build and maintain security tooling and automation, including using AI/LLM tooling to speed up triage, code review, and repetitive investigation work, so the program scales without linear headcount growth
- Partner with the GRC/Trust function: feed real findings into the risk register and control evidence, and help make sure compliance requirements reflect actual engineering practice
What we’re looking for
- A generalist, senior-level security engineer (5+ years across security engineering, with real depth in at least two of: vulnerability management, product/appsec testing, incident response, and cloud security). We need breadth, rather than a narrow specialist in any one of these.
- Hands-on and technical: you can read and reason about code (we use a lot of TypeScript), you’re comfortable in cloud environments (GCP a plus), and you can go deep on a finding rather than just filing a ticket for someone else to fix. You’re comfortable using AI coding/security tools as force multipliers (Linear Agent, Claude, Codex, etc).
- Calm under pressure: you can lead an incident from first alert through postmortem without needing to be told what to do next
- A builder: you’d rather write a script or ship a tool than repeat a manual process a third time
- A pragmatic risk-reducer: you optimize for actually reducing risk, not for checking a box or maximizing findings count
- Autonomy-oriented: comfortable setting your own priorities, working with significant independence, and knowing when to escalate
- A clear communicator: able to explain a technical finding to a non-technical stakeholder and write it up so it’s actually actionable
Our tech
This is a hands-on security engineering role. You'll be running tools, reading/writing code, building detections, working in our cloud environment, and partnering closely with the engineers who build our product. Our stack is fronted by Cloudflare and runs on Google Cloud with k8s, Postgres, and Node.
For day-to-day work, we use:
- Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace for collaboration
- Claude and ChatGPT for general & engineering-specific AI tasks
- Vanta for compliance automation and evidence collection
Our security-specific tooling includes:
- GitHub Advanced Security
- RunReveal
- SentinelOne
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE:
A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation.
As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else.
This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them.
You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them.
We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us.
- Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves.
- Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress.
- Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them.
- Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over.
- Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects.
- Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help.
- Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead.
- Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context.
- Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you.
- The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region.
We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé.
Ideally, you:
- Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry.
- Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers.
- Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier.
What success looks like:
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together.
- Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist.
- Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area.
- Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps.
- Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates.
- Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience.
- Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes.
- Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand and static design, 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work and simple 3D assets for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're equally comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma and creating simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand and visual quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design static 2D creative and simple 3D assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Create simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender, using ready-made models and elements where appropriate, and contribute to reusable asset libraries and templates.
- Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive.
- Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments.
- Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly.
- Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger.
- Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so 3D and static work travels well across formats.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus).
- A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, at least one simple 3D piece with a short note on your process, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from.
- Basic to intermediate capability in Cinema 4D or Blender and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials and rendering, with work or personal projects to show for it.
- Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on.
- Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design.
- Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion).
- Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon.
- Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

About NRS
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada. As a major player in the retail technology industry, NRS is expanding into next-generation cloud platforms, high-throughput retail ecosystems, and advanced analytics solutions.
We are building modern, highly scalable systems designed specifically for high-volume retail operations and real-time reporting. This project represents one of the most significant technical initiatives in NRS’s history and offers a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major strategic expansion.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
based in Minsk, Belarus to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will help architect and build core components of NRS’s next-generation retail platform. You will focus heavily on robust backend services written in Golang, high-throughput query performance, and leveraging ClickHouse for real-time reporting and large-scale data modeling, alongside modern front-end architectures using Vue.js and micro-frontends
Experience with columnar/OLAP databases like
ClickHouse
is highly desired to support our analytical engine, but deep, hands-on mastery of SQL, data indexing, and database performance profiling is the primary requirement.
You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and architects across Israel, Belarus, and the U.S., contributing meaningfully to the technical direction, data architecture, and scalability of our products.
This position requires
3 days a week in-office work
at our office in Minsk to collaborate in person with local engineering peers, along with regular remote collaboration across our global teams
Responsibilities:

Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications—ranging from real-time analytics dashboards to reporting pipelines—with a strong focus on
Golang
for backend microservices and
Vue.js
on the front end.
Design, model, and optimize high-speed relational and analytical data stores—writing advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies to power real-time reporting dashboards.
Leverage analytical data stores (ideally
ClickHouse
) to build ultra-efficient reporting engines and handle high-throughput data ingestion.
Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.
Take end-to-end ownership of core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices.
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices across the team.
Ensure platform scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design.
Execution & Delivery
Write clean, maintainable, highly efficient, and well-tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and locally to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews; we use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of our workflow.
Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Communicate effectively across time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-stack development experience
, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead capacity
.
Solid Backend Expertise in Go:
Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Deep SQL Mastery & Data Modeling:
Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including writing complex joins, subqueries, query execution plan analysis (EXPLAIN), indexing strategies, schema normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets.
Modern Frontend & Micro-Frontend Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks—specifically
Vue.js
(Vue 3 / Composition API).
Demonstrated experience designing or working within micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, component isolation).
Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse / OLAP Experience:
Direct hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a
strong plus
.
Working knowledge of
PHP
(legacy service integration/migration).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (ideally
AWS

People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
