Collaborative team culture without micromanagement
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal)
Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategies
Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and overall fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling
