, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Define success metrics and run continuous improvement loops on trading experience, liquidity quality, and risk outcomes.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.
We're hiring an Enterprise product marketing leader for Runway Enterprise, leading the segment and developing priority verticals including Media, Retail/eCommerce, Software, and more.
This is not a purely positioning or “launch” role. You'll own the success of the enterprise segment, partnering closely with the sales & enablement team, enterprise marketing & growth. You’ll lead the development of Runway’s overall enterprise messaging and positioning and create tailored, vertical-specific messages and value propositions, built from your first-hand experiences engaging directly with Runway’s customers.
This is a builder's role. You'll be defining the discipline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, creative, marketing and growth; you'll be measured on the growth of the business (not just on assets shipped or messaging consistency).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Enterprise segment. Define Runway audiences in the enterprise: who they are, the jobs they hire Runway for, how they differ across verticals. Ground audiences in hands on customer research, win/loss details, and usage analysis. Turn these insights into a point of view that product and leadership actually build against.
- Own positioning and messaging for enterprise & vertical solutions. Define how Runway is positioned across its audiences, with tight value propositions and proof points for key verticals. You’ll make the story sharp, consistent, and reflective of Runway's ambitious brand, and make sure a professional buyer recognizes themselves in it.
- Drive acquisition and conversion, not just awareness. Partner with growth to move the funnel that matters for this segment: acquisition channels and targeting that find more customers within our ICPs. You're comfortable owning metrics and running experiments, not just producing the narrative around them.
- Drive competitive intelligence and response. Track and deeply understand the key players across the AI creative tools market. Turn your market understanding into a living point of view on where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond, and make it legible to product and leadership.
- Partner on enablement. Partner with the sales enablement team to develop assets that drive confidence in Runway’s customers and sellers alike.
- Player & coach. You’ll operate hands on as the direct owner of Enterprise and Solutions Marketing; opportunity to lead and manage a team of PMMs for candidates of the right seniority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped).
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals.
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself).
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow).
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them.
- (Bonus) Pricing and packaging experience. You've shaped how a product is packaged and priced across individual and team/enterprise tiers, and you understand the tradeoffs a self-serve-to-enterprise motion creates.
- (Bonus) PLG. You've led product marketing efforts in a growth stage company with both PLG & Sales Led motions.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Department overview:
At PlayStation, Data Science plays a critical role in shaping how we invest in, retain, and delight our global player base. The
CLV team
focuses on understanding player behaviour and driving more effective engagement across the player lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, monetisation, and long-term value.
As a
Data Scientist
, you will develop models and insights that help drive more personalised player experiences and inform commercial and product decisions at scale. You will work in cross-functional teams to translate player behaviour into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in player engagement and value.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from framing and modelling through to delivering impact — and partnering with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the development and delivery of machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, customer lifetime value.
Translate business problems into modelling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
Work with large-scale behavioural and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth and engagement.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and expand your understanding of more advanced modelling approaches (e.g. deep learning and sequence-based methods) as part of solving increasingly complex problems.
What we are looking for:
You're curious, analytical, and a strong problem-solver, with a structured approach to tackling business problems. You bring strong foundations in modelling and data manipulation, and are motivated by applying these to impactful, commercial problems.
Experience building predictive models (e.g. churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modelling) in a commercial setting.
Ability to independently take a problem from definition through to solution and delivery, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, tree-based models, clustering) and when to apply them, including how to refine and tune them for real-world problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Awareness of modern machine learning approaches (e.g. embeddings, sequence models, deep learning) and interest in applying them to real-world problems.
Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
A strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
Experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year

Founded in 2008 and profitable since 2014, our annual revenue is in the hundreds of millions USD and millions use our browser on Mac https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-duckduckgo-for-mac/, Windows https://spreadprivacy.com/windows-browser-open-beta/, iOS https://spreadprivacy.com/duckduckgo-privacy-browser-ios14/, and Android https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-app-tracking-protection/, our search engine https://duckduckgo.com/, and the DuckDuckGo subscription https://duckduckgo.com/pro. We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Marketing & Communications Functional Team, you'll drive profitable acquisition of paid subscribers and work on related projects that aim to help millions of people take back control of their personal information.
Recent projects include:
- Supporting strategy and planning for new paid advertising initiatives to profitably scale subscriptions
- Launching new ad channel tests and measuring incremental lift
- Executing in-market tests for new creative and messaging following a brand refresh
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage high priority marketing campaigns, including planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to optimize spend and drive profitable paid subscriber growth. This role will help create and execute a new marketing program for paid subscriptions. You'll deliver results from new channel testing, creative testing, and by optimizing paid subscriber conversion. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, with 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with both strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks) to profitably scale app subscriber growth.
- Hands-on expertise standing up paid subscription programs from scratch, with a track record of scaling subscriber growth profitably against LTV and payback — not just acquisition costs.
- Experience driving subscription growth within an established, high-traffic product where subscription revenue is a secondary — not primary — revenue model, preferred.
- Track record partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, product experiences, and instrumentation.
- Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.
- Advanced analytical and measurement abilities, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, whether verbal or written.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You'll own ClickUp's social strategy and build the systems to execute it at scale. You deeply understand what wins on each platform: the formats, the hooks, the timing, the tone. But you're not just a strategist who hands off a plan. You build AI-powered workflows and automation to operationalize your strategy so it runs continuously, learns from data, and scales beyond what any team could do manually. You're a social-native operator who builds systems, not an engineer who dabbles in social.
Responsibilities:
- Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels: define what ClickUp's voice, format, and engagement approach looks like on each, tailored to what works on that platform
- Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality
- Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with, and move fast enough to capitalize on them
- Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows to execute social strategy at scale: monitoring, engagement, response, and content distribution
- Create feedback loops between social performance data and strategy; use signal to iterate what gets made and how it gets distributed
- Own proactive engagement: identify and engage relevant conversations, mentions, and opportunities using AI-powered monitoring and automated response workflows
- Develop automated systems that handle routine engagement while escalating high-value or brand-sensitive conversations to humans
- Own execution end-to-end: strategy through measurement, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Partner with content creators, influencer team, and brand to ensure systems amplify their work
- Establish and report on social growth KPIs with clear attribution
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in social media strategy with demonstrated expertise in platform-native content and engagement strategy (you know what works on X vs. LinkedIn vs. TikTok and why)
- Proven track record of growing social presence with strategic intent: not just posting more, but understanding the mechanics of each platform and exploiting them
- Strong creative taste and editorial instinct for what resonates on social: you can look at a piece of content and know whether it'll hit before it goes live
- 2+ years building AI-powered systems and automated workflows to scale social execution (monitoring, engagement, response, distribution). Using ChatGPT to draft captions is not sufficient.
- Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom), and can deploy integrations between systems without an engineer
- Strong strategic thinker who takes things from 0 to 1 independently: vision to execution, measurable outcomes, zero hand-holding
- Data-obsessed: builds dashboards, runs experiments, iterates based on signal not gut

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Design Engineer at Ramp, you sit at the intersection of design and front-end engineering. You bring ambitious ideas to life in real interfaces, prototype directly in code, validate with customers, and ship production experiences with a high bar for craft, performance, and reliability.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM to clarify intent and constraints, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore and build, is tested with real customers, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. AI and self-serve research are default parts of the workflow, not side experiments.
We are looking for multiple design engineers who think like a designer, code like a front-end engineer, and treat AI as a real collaborator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build high-craft product experiences: Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production. Use layout, interaction, and motion to make complex behavior feel simple and safe.
- Work AI first with Cursor and Claude Code: Use LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code as your starting point. Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with AI in the loop. Apply your own judgment to refine quality.
- Prototype in code and validate with customers: Build interactive prototypes in React and TypeScript and test them with real users using self-serve research tools. Use what you learn to refine flows before full systemization.
- Bridge design systems, product, and brand: Translate Ramp’s design principles into reusable components and patterns. Extend the design system so expressive, brand-aligned moments are easy to build and scale.
- Reveal what our agents are doing without noise: Design patterns that show what AI and automation are doing on behalf of customers. Use hierarchy, copy, and motion to earn trust while keeping the default experience simple.
- Champion performance and accessibility: Ship work that is fast, accessible, and robust. Pay attention to semantics, focus states, reduced motion, and Core Web Vitals. Partner with engineers to debug and optimize over time.
- Share AI-native workflows: Document prompts, patterns, and workflows you use in Cursor and Claude Code. Share them with designers and engineers to raise the bar across the team.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering, with ownership from idea to shipped interface
- Fluency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS
- Active use of tools like Cursor and Claude Code, with clear opinions on how to get high-quality output
- A portfolio that shows high visual and interaction craft in live experiences or working prototypes
- A systems mindset and interest in building reusable components and patterns
- Care for performance, accessibility, and reliability as part of craft
- Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort pairing with designers, engineers, and marketers
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience contributing to a design system or front-end component library
- Familiarity with experimentation or analytics tools
- Experience with headless CMS, design tokens, or theming systems
- Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or other trust-heavy domains
- Interest in mentoring others on AI-native workflows
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Account Executives to grow Peec across EMEA. You'll run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, selling to SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market, enterprise & agency companies across the region. We're scaling fast and opening new markets as we go, so your territory will be shaped around where you're strongest and where the pull is greatest rather than handed to you fixed. You'll report to our Head of Sales, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and close new business across your EMEA territory, owning the full cycle from discovery and demo through negotiation and close
- Build your own pipeline through outbound, working alongside the SDR team on target accounts and messaging
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progress
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role
- A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1m+
- A self-starter who builds their own pipeline and does not wait to be fed
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience opening new markets or territories from scratch
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Additional European languages
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid meal and Uber home when working late
- One of the most beautiful office spaces and work environments in Berlin

If you’re passionate about digital marketing, love working with top brands, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you.
About the Role:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Poland for Amazon Ads. You will also mentor and grow a high-performing sales team while helping shape our market presence.
What You'll Do:
Own and grow our digital advertising revenue in Poland, from strategy through execution.

Build and scale relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies, negotiating big agreements including agency trading deals.
Sell innovative digital advertising solutions, spanning display, performance, video, and beyond, to both new and existing clients.

Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions/Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution and long-term client success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital ad opportunities across the Polish ecosystem.
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.

3+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or strategic account management within advertising or media.
Strong experience managing both direct brand clients and media agencies, including involvement in agency trading agreements.

Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills, a natural relationship builder.
Fluency in Polish and English.

What will make us really love you:
You're entrepreneurial, you don't wait for leads, you create them.
You have deep agency relationships and know how to navigate complex trading conversations.
You're as comfortable in a boardroom pitching a CMO as you are in the weeds of campaign performance data.
You've helped shape a market, not just sold into it.
What you'll love about us:
Lead the growth of a key digital advertising market with direct impact on brand success.
Work with iconic brands to create high-performing, inspiring campaigns.
Join an international, collaborative team that values innovation, results, and creativity.
Shape your own career trajectory in a rapidly growing digital advertising environment.
Access ongoing learning and development to stay ahead in digital marketing.
