Requirements 5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted. Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points. Strong data analysis capability. Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute. Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering. Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems. Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out. Independent thinking and high ownership. You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. About the Position We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work. You will: • Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation. • Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan. • Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer. • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope. • Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery. • Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support. • Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio. • Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures. Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management • Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts. • Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority. • Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff. • Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits. • Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows. Requirements You Have • At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. • A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread. • Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live. • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity. Nice to Have • Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders. • Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs. • Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners. Benefits 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year 💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live 🛋️ Work from home stipend!
