BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Market Surveillance function is responsible for detecting, investigating and reporting market abuse across our regulated trading venues, spanning spot crypto markets, crypto futures, tokenised equities, OTC markets, and consumer trading. As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them.
We're hiring a Principal Compliance Associate to take on the function's most complex casework, and help shape how we detect and cover market abuse as the business scales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own complex investigations end to end, writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on, and present conclusions to a range of stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to periodic threshold and model reviews, recalibrating surveillance rules and alert thresholds as trading behaviour, products and market structure evolve.
- Support the design, build-out and integration of surveillance platform capability, including onboarding new products, venues and data sources onto the surveillance system.
- Contribute to market abuse risk assessments, helping identify and score risk across products, jurisdictions and entities, and translate findings into surveillance coverage.
- Use AI and automation tools responsibly to speed up evidence-gathering, case reconstruction and detection-model development, always with human judgement over the final call.
- Support conflicts of interest, information barrier, and personal account dealing matters across Markets Compliance, extending beyond surveillance casework where buy-side or asset management experience is directly relevant.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience investigating market abuse or trading conduct inside a firm subject to market conduct regulation, such as an exchange, broker-dealer, trading venue, or comparable regulated trading business.
- A track record running investigations end to end, including writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on and presenting conclusions to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of core market abuse typologies e.g. spoofing, wash trading, insider trading, front running, ramping.
- Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, threshold and model calibration, surveillance platform integration, market abuse risk assessments, and audit remediation.
- Comfort using generative AI and other automation tools to improve the speed and quality of investigative work, while maintaining the human oversight regulated casework requires.
- Familiarity with a surveillance platform (such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus, or NICE Actimize) and comfort with SQL or a similar query tool for evidence-gathering.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication - your case files, escalations and regulatory drafts will sometimes be read by auditors and regulators without you in the room to explain them.
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required. What matters most is regulated-market investigation experience; strong candidates from traditional securities or derivatives markets are encouraged to apply.
NICE TO HAVES
- E-comms surveillance experience.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Supplier Security & Assurance (SSA) team sits within Security GRC and is responsible for assessing the security of our suppliers: evaluating whether vendors meet our security requirements, capturing the deviations, and giving the business a clear approval decision it can act on. We assess the vendor population a frontier AI lab actually depends on: SaaS and software, human data operations, compute and data center providers, hardware suppliers, and services firms. The program is designed agent-first so that people spend their time on judgment, remediation, and the vendors that matter most.
As a member of the Supplier Security & Assurance team you will run supplier security assessments end to end: reviewing evidence, verifying agent-drafted evaluations, determining inherent and residual risk, and driving findings to closure with vendors and business owners. You will also carry the work that extends assurance past the approval, from contractual security terms and secure configuration baselines to continuous monitoring and reassessment, and you will help shape the tooling and requirements the program runs on.
Key responsibilities
Run supplier security assessments: review agent-prefilled outputs, evaluate vendor controls and evidence, determine residual risk, route to domain reviewers where deeper assessment is warranted
Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document each finding with a severity, an owner, and a due date, drive remediation with the vendor and the business owner, record risk acceptances, and roll open issues up to the risk register
Run continuous monitoring after approval: reopen an assessment on defined triggers (data classification change, new SOC 2 report, new subprocessor, vendor incident), investigate SaaS configuration, data, and use case drift signals, and queue a reassessment where the vendor's scope has moved
Improve the program as you run it: identify gaps in coverage, questionnaires, requirements, and tooling that surface during assessments, propose the fix, and carry roadmap items that mature supplier security overall
Tune and maintain our Claude-powered assessment platform alongside the team: prompt development, questionnaire and assessment type design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA
Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, open issues, and reassessments due
Minimum qualifications
Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company: scoping the engagement, determining inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure
Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and the judgment to apply them when the evidence is incomplete or the answer isn't in a framework
Ability to assess a vendor across security domains, and to recognize which findings you can close yourself and which need a security domain specialist
Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities
Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow, agent, or automation in a risk, compliance, or operations context, including tuning prompts and reviewing model output for accuracy
Experience building or operating issue management workflows: logging issues with a clear owner and due date, tracking remediation, and escalating when treatment stalls
Working technical knowledge of SaaS security configuration (SSO and SCIM, admin scoping, sharing defaults, audit log export) and of standard vendor security contract terms (DPA, incident notification, subprocessors, audit and testing rights)
Ability to read a SOC 2 report or penetration test and turn it into findings: identify control exceptions and carve-outs, map complementary user entity controls, and judge what the evidence does and does not prove
Preferred qualifications
Experience assessing cloud infrastructure, data center, or data-pipeline vendors
Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 third party or vendor management controls
Experience assessing additional, more specialized vendor cohorts from a security risk perspective: human data operations or data labeling vendors, hardware suppliers, compute providers and neoclouds, and others
Experience with post-approval supplier continuous monitoring: configuration, data, and use case drift detection, shadow IT & SaaS detection, vendor incident management, or evidence-based vendor audits/site visits
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LEASE AND FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTING
- Own assigned month-end and quarter-end lease-accounting activities, including journal entries, rollforwards, account reconciliations, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and reviewer-ready journal entries and supporting schedules for lease-related balances, including right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, rent expense, interest, amortization, remeasurements, and true-ups.
- Perform reconciliations over lease accounts and subledger-to-general-ledger balances; investigate reconciling items, document conclusions, and drive timely resolution.
- Perform fixed-asset accounting as assigned, including additions, transfers, placed-in-service assessments, depreciation, disposals, construction-in-progress activity, reconciliations, and period-end entries.
CONTRACT REVIEW AND LEASE-SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Read and analyze large, complex lease contracts, amendments, renewals, extensions, and termination agreements to identify relevant accounting terms, payment streams, options, incentives, obligations, and effective dates.
- Accurately enter new leases, modifications, remeasurements, and terminations into the lease-accounting system based on a complete understanding of the underlying contract.
- Validate lease-system inputs and outputs against executed agreements, payment schedules, invoices, commencement evidence, and operational data; resolve completeness and accuracy exceptions.
- Compile and validate information supporting quarterly and annual lease footnote disclosures, including maturity analyses, expense classifications, weighted-average metrics, cash-flow information, and required tie-outs.
CONTROLS, AUDIT, AND ISSUE RESOLUTION
- Follow U.S. GAAP, established lease-accounting and fixed-asset policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over lease populations, contract abstraction, system inputs, calculations, reconciliations, disclosures, and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks and evidence retention.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests by assembling contracts, tie-outs, schedules, explanations, control evidence, and other supporting documentation.
- Investigate accounting and control exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items through completion, and escalate significant matters promptly.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and business teams to resolve contract, data, system, accounting, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other stakeholders to obtain executed agreements, validate facts, and support complete and timely lease accounting.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders, and escalate judgmental matters with clear context and recommended next steps.
PROCESS DISCIPLINE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Identify recurring contract, data-quality, system, process, and control issues; surface trends and recommend scalable improvements.
- Write clear business requirements, test lease-system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring lease and fixed-asset workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support contract review, data validation, analysis, and documentation while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent, controlled execution as the infrastructure portfolio, accounting requirements, systems, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting and ownership of recurring close deliverables.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards, variance analysis, and reviewer-ready workpaper preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to identify and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret lengthy, complex contracts and translate legal and commercial terms into accurate accounting conclusions, system inputs, and supporting documentation.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, including the ability to work accurately with large datasets, and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Experience operating with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple agreements, systems, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; sound judgment; and clear documentation habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across accounting, finance, legal, systems, data, engineering, and business teams.
PREFERRED
- Hands-on lease-accounting experience under ASC 842, including contract abstraction, classification, measurement, modifications, reconciliations, and disclosure support.
- Hands-on fixed-asset accounting experience, including additions, depreciation, disposals, transfers, construction in progress, and related reconciliations.
- Experience with lease-accounting software and an ERP such as Oracle Fusion; CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Experience preparing or reviewing cash flow statements, including cash flow classification and presentation for lease and fixed-asset activity.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience in a technology, cloud-computing, data-center, colocation, equipment, or other infrastructure-intensive environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, data-query tools, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data, system, and process issues.
- Experience supporting SEC reporting, lease footnote disclosures, or public-company audit requirements in a high-growth or control-focused environment.
- Experience with process automation, systems implementation, or workflow redesign, and collaborating across time zones with distributed teams and external service providers.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the team
MetaMask's design team is working to establish MetaMask as the premier wallet in fintech, elevating the craft of design and leading the industry as the next phase of decentralized finance unfolds. Our focus is reducing friction while preserving user trust, so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.
Prediction markets are one of the most exciting areas in consumer finance right now, sitting at the intersection of trading, sports, news, culture, and real world events. This is a big growth area for MetaMask, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape where it goes next. This is a chance to take real ownership of the end-to-end Prediction Markets experience inside one of the most widely used products in web3 — helping define how people discover markets, understand what's happening, trade, manage positions, and come back as events unfold. The product is still evolving, so much of the experience is still there to be defined, and that's a big part of what makes this role interesting: we're not looking for someone to polish a finished product, we want someone who wants to help shape it. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a strong voice in what we build, and take ideas from early thinking through to something real in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail.
Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly.
High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Someone who genuinely loves sports and understands how fans follow teams, leagues, games and major sporting events.
Bonus points
Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces or other high frequency consumer products.
An interest in prediction markets and where the category could go.
Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts or financial positions.
Experience designing discovery, feeds, ranking or personalised content.
Experience with crypto or web3, although deep crypto knowledge is not required.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
Help build the operational foundation that powers Sierra's ecosystem—and the global community building the future of AI agents.
Sierra's ecosystem is growing rapidly. Customers, partners, and developers around the world are building on Sierra to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences. As that community grows, we're looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to help scale the programs, systems, and operations that enable it to thrive.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Sierra's Partnerships & Ecosystems team. You'll help operate and improve Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder community programs while strengthening the operational foundation that enables the ecosystem to scale.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships, you'll improve processes, coordinate programs, and build the operational rigor that allows our ecosystem to grow efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity—someone who can build scalable processes, execute high-impact programs, and continuously improve how we serve customers, partners, and builders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
- Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for customers and partners to learn, connect, and succeed.
- Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and operational support they need to activate quickly.
- Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials—that help builders get the most from Sierra's platform.
- Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
- Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships & Ecosystems team to scale efficiently.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships to coordinate ecosystem initiatives and keep programs moving.
- Measure ecosystem health through certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use those insights to continuously improve how Sierra serves builders and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
- Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
- Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
- Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and a strong understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools are transforming the way software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing content and executive-ready communications.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support Sierra University, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience at companies with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, or partner communities.
- Experience supporting both customer and partner audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
- Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience.
- Experience scaling global ecosystem programs in fast-growing environments with limited existing processes or playbooks.
OUR VALUES

What The Role Is
This role keeps Babylist Health’s billing operations moving and serves as the on-site anchor for our physical office. You’ll blend revenue cycle support — processing and routing critical billing documents accurately and on time — with the day-to-day of running the office. You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected. It’s hybrid in title, but the on-site presence is real: you’re on-site at our Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore) five days a week during business hours (EST). If you like being the dependable person who keeps things running and enjoy a mix of billing support and office ops, this is a strong fit.
Who You Are
You can run the operational backbone of an office
— sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track.
You’re available on-site at our Severna Park, MD office, five days a week
during standard business hours (EST) — you’re the in-person anchor for the office, so consistent presence is essential.
You’re detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
— billing documents and confidential data pass through your hands, and accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable.
You’ve worked in administrative, operations, or office support roles — healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
You’re quick with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall — or a fast learner who’ll be fluent in weeks.
You’re a clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners in the loop.
You’re proactive and flexible — you spot what needs doing and pitch in without being asked.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You’re already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what’s coming next.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support daily billing and revenue cycle workflows so operations stay timely and accurate.
Open, sort, and prioritize incoming mail and documents — routing or uploading each to the right place.
Upload and manage required documentation in Niko with care.
Flag urgent items, discrepancies, and issues, and escalate them to the right partners.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Answer live calls via Aircall during office hours, return voicemails promptly, and direct callers to the right people.
Monitor incoming communications and respond or route as needed.
Why This Role
You’re the connective thread between people, paperwork, and place — visible, relied on, and central to how the office runs day to day.
It’s a genuine blend of revenue cycle exposure and office operations — a strong on-ramp if you want to grow in healthcare ops.
Babylist Health is a small, growing team, so your reliability is felt right away and your ideas for smoother workflows actually land.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation.
The starting salary range for this role is
