Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place. RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build. This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale. You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing. RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar. - You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure. - You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions. - You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque. - Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities. - Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition. - Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test. - Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages. - Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why. - Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet. - Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction. - Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment. - Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value. - Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area. - Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them. - Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone. - Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them. - Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area. - Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users. - Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars: - Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results? - Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems? - Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey? - Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions? - Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors. Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service. What we're looking for: - 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software - A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned - Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities - Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation - An action-bias that won't wait to create change - Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences - Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks - Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making - Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed. - Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success What you can expect: - Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives - A dynamic, highly collaborative environment - Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap - Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level - Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 CAD and $186,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law. 1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Director of Product, AI Growth grows 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence. In this role, you own driving growth for our AI opportunities by identifying which customers we target, which outcomes we win on, and proving it with design customers. You scale growth through our go-to-market organization and through partnerships with the agent ecosystem and channel partners. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. What we're looking for: - Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools. - Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run. - Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms. - Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems. - Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market. - Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams. - Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships. - Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in. What you can expect: GROWTH STRATEGY - Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market. - Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams. - Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back. - Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it. DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM - Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes. - Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team. - Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features. - Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on. - Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product. PARTNERSHIPS - Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving. - Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone. - Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch. - Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers. SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY - Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement. - Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions. TRAVEL - Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Support migrations and help the web ecosystem scale operationally. Hands-on experience running a CMS and publishing workflow at scale, including templates, metadata and SEO implementation, and comfort building and publishing pages yourself. Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content governance. Working knowledge of marketing and lead-generation tooling such as Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) and Chili Piper. A strong UX eye and comfort using analytics to find problems and prove improvements. Proven ability to lead cross-functional launches and keep many stakeholders aligned without direct authority.
