Задачи: — За 3–5 рабочих дней погрузиться в действующие процессы и подготовить первичную карту рисков, перечень недостающих данных и план работ. — Построить финансовую модель импорта по категориям товаров и сценариям поставок с учётом закупки, валютных расчётов, налогов, пошлин, разрешительной документации, маркировки, складских операций, логистики, страхования и обработки заказа. — Сравнить доступные модели работы, включая самостоятельный импорт и привлечение технического импортёра, и обосновать рекомендуемый вариант цифрами и рисками. — Сформировать требования к товарной матрице: коды ТН ВЭД, разрешительные документы, маркировка, требования к упаковке и ограничения по интеллектуальной собственности. — Подобрать и проверить участников цепочки: закупочного партнёра и склад в Китае, платёжное решение, перевозчика, таможенного представителя, органы по сертификации, страховую компанию и при необходимости технического импортёра. Требования: — Практический опыт организации импорта из Китая в Россию и самостоятельного ведения проектов от финансовой модели до выпуска товара таможней. — Понимание таможенного оформления, валютных расчётов, НДС, сертификации, маркировки, договорной работы и требований к первичным документам. — Опыт с многономенклатурными сборными поставками. — Опыт с потребительскими товарами для розничной торговли, хрупкой или иной сложной номенклатурой будет преимуществом.
