Collibra Public Sector LLC is seeking a proven General Manager to create and execute the overall business strategy to achieve long-term profitable growth that outpaces competitors and peers.
Задачи:
— Recruit and lead a high-performing team integrating sales, consulting services, support, legal, operations, marketing, product management, and product delivery.
— Set the direction for the subsidiary to comply with government-required mandates such as CMMC.
— Identify untapped market areas and build plans to capture those opportunities.
— Operate as a true GM leading sales, services, and support aligning parent-company dependencies into a single, accountable operating rhythm.
— Optimize post-sales execution by driving consistent deployments, adoption, and renewal readiness across Public Sector accounts.
— Manage overall expense to revenue targets.
— Invest company resources wisely in new opportunities.
— Collaborate closely with the parent company to drive the Public Sector product roadmap and align support from shared services teams.
— Maintain positive evaluations from relevant government agencies such as DCSA.
Требования:
— Experience managing a complete public sector subsidiary within a larger organization.
— Experience in extended positions with increasing levels of responsibilities within enterprise software companies.
— Successful execution of business transformations and realignments.
— Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
— Demonstrated ability to manage directly and delegate effectively across all areas of responsibility.
— Ability to create a culture of trust and accountability.
— Political astuteness when dealing with diverse stakeholders and conflicting demands.
— Bold risk-taking based on deep understanding of complex data.
